Over all was a great stay. We had a few issues but Customer Service was great and had them taken care of quickly. We had 10 guest and all of us enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, super nice to have a golf cart even though it only fits 4. The house is not far from the beach. Loved the fact of the gated community. Would highly recommend this house.

The house was perfect for our girls trip. The golf cart made it easy for us to get to the beach and the pool in the back was great for our group. We used the grill several nights too. Felt like home away from home!

This is a great house with a good sized heated pool. The younger couple used the nanny suite and the other two families were in the main area which worked out well. We enjoyed the open kitchen and the large doors out to the patio/Pool. It made for a wonderful vacation for our family and I would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful, worth every dime. But unfortunately we were there escaping the devastation of hurricane Ida. For my elderly sick Aunts with me it made the experience not so bad because they were comfortable. We plan to come back for a pleasant vacation.

Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids ages 5-11 enjoyed this home and it’s location. The grandparents loved the nanny suite and the kids loved the pool. The gated community was beautiful and had easy access to the beach, esp. with the included golf cart. Location is away from hustle and bustle but within minutes of everything. The house was very clean. It could use some updated furniture and had a lack of some cooking supplies but we made do. Twice I needed to call for some minor things but had a very quick response. We plan to stay at Destiny East again next year.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids ages 5-11. My husband and I loved having the separate nanny suite and the kids liked the bunk room to themselves. Of course the pool was the main attraction and used a lot. The pool alarm was a real annoyance however. The location was very convenient to the beach access and the included golf cart made it much easier. Home is away from hustle and bustle of crowds but not far from all activities.The gated community has beautiful homes. We used the community pool twice and wanted to make use of the private movie in the theater, plans changed. The house could use some updated furniture and there was a lack of some cooking supplies but we made do. I did have to call once for a broom and also for minor maintenance issue and response was very timely. The Hospitality app. was very helpful. We plan to return to Destiny East next year.

We will certainly pass your suggestions onto the owner and want to thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the pool alarms are necessary for our guest children's safety and is required in the state of Florida. However, for future stays just be sure to hit the entry button prior to opening the door to disarm the sensor prior to going through each time. Casa de Paz was exactly as the photos show. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The private pool and golf cart was great as well.

This was our 1st girls trip since the beginning of Covid and we had an amazing time. The property was excellent it's located close to all the restaurants and shopping. We would most definitely stay again

There were 9 of us on this stay. Everything was amazing here! The house is beautiful, and very well kept. We hated to have to leave! The beach is just a short walk, or using the golf cart is even more convenient. We will definitely be back!

This vacation home was awesome! The golf cart was super convenient to take everyone to the beach and back. Neighborhood was beautiful and close to lots of shops and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and great to have after a day at the beach! Would definitely recommend and will most likely book again in the future!

Our experience at Casa da Paz was exceptional. The house is welcoming with a open floor plan that offers guest room to enjoy each other’s company, to sit & relax when you come home at the end of a fun filled day. The pool to the back of the house is a great bonus and the private quarters were a perfect surprise. We enjoyed family time cooking in the kitchen that is inviting and sharing meals in the open dining. Our quick and easy golf cart rides to the beach were especially fun.
The gated community is beautiful and the folks are friendly, the amenities offered within the community give extra value to the guest. We had great service from property management. They were a pleasure to work with from our reservation through checkout. We made great first time memories on our deep sea fishing, snorkeling and dolphin viewing trips arranged by Xp!ore. Our first visit to Destin began with high expectations and ended with a desire to stay longer. We definitely recommend this home & community. Our visit to the “House of Peace”, the breathtaking beach, the opportunity for shopping, parks to explore & the restaurants made our first experience to Destin one that will always bring fond memories and will hold a special place in our hearts. We will always say...
“It’s all good and we wanna go back.”

Rented our home over Memorial Day weekend during Tropical Storm Alberto there communication with us was great. We had 5 vehicles and they helped us with overflow parking at another property of there’s. They kept very good and very polite and you felt they genuinely cared about our stay. Great experience...loved the separate area for the MIL suite..the golf carat was handy and neighborhood pool was great...the pool in yard was too cool to really enjoy which was a disappointment because that was one of the reasons we rented that house but otherwise no complaints...we will definitely return.

We enjoyed the home very much. Good location, clean and worked well for our family. We enjoyed having the golf cart to use. Our only complaint would be the upstairs bedroom needs its own thermostat. The room was warmer than the rest of the house.

Loved the house. Short walk to the beach. I found Destin in general was too much. Too many stores, traffic, people on the beach. Just way too much stuff.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Paz. The access to the beach is great and the golf cart is a nice touch. Our kids really loved the private pool in the backyard. I would recommend this to any of my friends. The Destin Palms staff was also very professional and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice home. Lots of leaves, but, private pool was fabulous. The only complaints are that there were no grilling utensils and the upstairs apartment needs its own AC unit.

Two families stayed at this house, 10 of us total, and had a wonderful time. GREAT location to the beach, 5 minute walk if you're not taking the golf cart. Kids were able to go long boarding and their scooters up and down the coast while we were walking. Layout of the house was great as well, I could be in the kitchen cooking dinner and watch my 5 year old play in the pool at the same time with a clear view. We will definitely be back!
