This beautiful, new, and modern vacation rental townhome, Emerald Coast Getaway , is located in Sandhill Pines community on the Emerald Coast of Florida. It is centrally located between Destin and 30A, just a short drive to the beach, and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 7. This property also comes with 4 complimentary bikes!

Upon entering this Santa Rosa Beach townhome, Emerald Coast Getaway, you are greeted with a cozy living room area for the family, or friends, to converse on the sofa while also including an HD TV for movies! Just behind the living room area is where the dining area is located with a table to seat 4 and a breakfast bar just along side that will seat an additional 2 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal including granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Leading over to sleeping arrangements, this home begins with a master king suite that includes an HDTV and a private bath that has a stand alone shower and double sinks! Continuing on to the second bedroom and third bedroom we have a guest room with a full bed and another bunk room with a twin over full. There is also a full guest bath with a shower/tub combo and a half bath for additional guests.

Sandhill Pines community is just a short drive to the beaches of Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A areas. This vacation rental is also located near several attractions, shopping, beachfront dining, and live entertainment. While on vacation on the Emerald Coast be sure to check out the Sandestin Grand Boulevard Shops, Seaside, The Hub, Red Bar, The Track, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, HarborWalk Village, Pompano Joes, The Crab Trap, The Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and several golf courses!
