The location of the rental was great; however, the general condition of the rental was not what we expected for the price we paid. First of all, it was not very clean, dusty outdated chipped furniture, lint kept coming off the rug in main living room space and the broom was not any good, falling apart and no dust pan to pick up trash so we had to use Lysol wipes/napkins. The bedframe in master bedroom had big tear/crack on headboard and the mattress was so uncomfortable and noisy. Same with the king bed in the first bedroom to the left when you enter. The refrigerator was not cooling so we filled out Fix It Form and they brought us new fridge. The dryer was taking forever to dry clothes, you had to dry same load like 3-4 times. Need better cooking utensils/pans/pots in kitchen. We had to go buy our own. Being that it is such a great location, owners need to invest in making the interior nicer.

We had a great stay with plenty of room for a family of six with the youngest being 16. The only problem was that the dryer DID NOT DRY!! Tried running it 4 times and clothes/towels were still pretty damp. Pretty inconvenient when staying a whole week and going to the beach and pool every day. Overall, it was beautiful, quiet, and pretty great.

great size. everyone had their own bath and plenty of privacy. the view was fabulous and so close to everything!

This condo was very spacious and accommodating for a large group. We loved that each bedroom had their own private bath. The pull out sofa was also a plus! The view from the balcony is perfect and the condo location to/from the pool was awesome. The condo was located within walking distance of restaurants and stores. This was very helpful. This condo comes with free parking for up to three cars. There was also parking up front, making it very easy to enter the building for elderly/handicap. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The washer/dryer was also a HUGE plus. We had no issues at all. The only thing I can think of is this condo does not have a keurig coffee machine but it did have the old school style pot. We were TOTALLY satisfied and will definitely be going back!
