Two minute walk to the beautiful Emerald Coast! We drove but used the car rarely. Great eateries and pubs within walking distance as well. Property itself was warm and inviting. Comfortable furnishings, beds, etc. Bery clean and neat! Beach chairs and umbrellas were complimentary. I mean the big ones the condo sets out on the beach each day! Saved us between $25-40 per day. ANY questions we had about ANYTHING were answered immediately by the management company. Mentioned by text that a couple of lightbulbs were out in a lamp and that maybe the condo could use a little more plastic food storage containers and BAM, came back from the beach and voilà, new bulbs and food containers! Great support if needed.

My family of 6 adults and 2 small children stayed here in September for 8 days. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable, but the place is too small for 6 adults and 2 bathrooms. We probably will not stay here again since the beach access is to cross a very busy highway, which was very scary with 2 small children. I do highly recommend staying here but for adults only. I have a small yorkie and her stay here was exciting, she met lost of furry friends on our stay!

The condo was very nice. We were close to the beach and pool. We were so glad that we could bring our dogs with us. We will be back next year.

Had a wonderful time at Maravilla! The condo was clean, spacious and welcoming. Perfect location directly across from the beach! The 2 pools were refreshing. Absolutely loved being able to take my dog and the free beach service everyday was a welcome relief from the hot, Florida sun!!

The walk to the beach from the room was just a bit longer than I expected from the pictures but not bad. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was everything we could hope for. We had a wonderful family vacation in this rental. What made it even better was the fact that we could bring our family pet. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the beach. Also having beach service every day was one of my favorite parts. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially those wanting to bring your pet.

We were pleased with the rental. Responsiveness was top notch. Not the most luxurious property you'll rent but clean and perfectly fine for a family vacation. Definitely one of the better you'll find that is dog friendly and that close to the water.

It was wonderful for our family to stay in together, it was close enough to walk to the beach with two different pool options for the kids, walking distance to several places too. The condo was clean and ready when we landed. The guest perks were handy for some excursions! We Loved it and highly recommend it and would come back over and over!

If you have a pet this is the place for you. Great location for eating, shopping, golfing and the beach. The owner and management team was great to work with. Unit was nice and clean very comfortable.
