Seascape Lakefront Villa 136, located at Seascape Resort, is a brightly decorated two-story vacation rental cottage that will make sure you are in the best mood for your vacation here in Destin, FL! With multiple pools on site (seasonally heated), a gorgeous view overlooking Stewart lake, and just steps to the beach from the white sands and emerald green waters, this vacation rental cottage in Destin makes for the perfect getaway in any season! The lake is stocked with fish and other aquatic life so you may just walk away with a duckling for a friend by the end of your stay! You will also fall in love with the rocking chairs located on the private screened-in patio right off the master. This two-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage features a full kitchen and a dining area that can seat 6. This vacation rental cottage is also equipped with a washer/dryer, and a double screened-in porch on both floors and sleeps 8 comfortably.

Upon entering this vacation rental in Destin, Seascape Lakefront Villa 136, you will immediately notice all the bright colors and the natural lighting that fills the rooms. The spacious living area offers access to a private screened-in patio with tranquil lake views, an HDTV, and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Two bar stools accompany the breakfast bar for additional dining seating. The master bedroom is a king suite on the second floor with access to the screened-in private balcony overlooking the lake, an HDTV, as well as a master bath with a shower/tub combination and his and her sinks. The second bedroom is on the first floor and it’s perfect for the kids with two twin beds, TV, and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor across from the master and offers a full bed. Enjoy a seasonally heated outdoor community pool conveniently located directly across from where the vacation rental condo is located and the beach access just across the road.

Seascape Resort offers easy beach access, a brand new Seascape Towne Centre, an 18-hole golf course, and more! Nearby you will find local seafood restaurants, shopping, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

Great

Its was a great stay but the bugs was very bad at night you couldn’t sit on the balcony cause the bugs was bad due to the lake was so close to the condo but overall its was a nice and very clean stay the upstairs bedroom didn’t have a tv but overall it was great I will stay again and walking distance to the beach

Excellent extended stay

We were very happy with the accommodations for our 2 month stay. Initially there was an issue with our parking pass, but it was rectified quickly. The property owner was wonderful to work with as well. The unit is very quiet, especially considering it is such a short distance to the beach and Scenic Hwy 98. We hope to return there soon!

An Amazing Month!

My wife and I work from home and decided to try working from home at Destin Palms. With this we had different needs then just having a place to stay we needed a true home away from home. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach, there's a beach bar we had mudslides and Long Island iced teas. Theres also a beachside restaurant called Surf Hut we really loved! The place also had every kitchen appliance you would need of so I made every kind of Pina Colada you can imagine. The grounds are worth exploring around. There's a very cute gazebo along a boardwalk pier on a little lake people golf around. This place is simply perfect! It you want to do what we did and take your home office on the road this place is ideal!

Spacious Villa with Great Location!

This beachy villa offered a ton of space and easy access to everything....pool, beach, restaurants, and more! Any needs/questions property management was quick to respond in a friendly manner! Enjoyed watching the turtles in the lake out back and walking the path to pick up morning coffee. Everything we needed was right there... beach chairs, umbrella, and a fully stocked kitchen. Super happy with the cleanliness and location!!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at your place. It was well stocked and in good shape. We happened to be there right before they were closing the beaches for the Covid 19, so it was nice to be in a pretty location/environment as things were being shut down. The only downside was that instead of having access to chairs and an umbrella at the beach, we were given a credit for LiveWell30A which does not work on the umbrellas at the beach. That was disappointing. We ended up having to buy our own chairs and umbrella due to the expense of renting.

The Live Well 30A credit is offered to all travelers who book their stay with us as of June 25th, 2019 and may use their credit towards beach chairs that they offer. If you happen to stay with us again and there is any issue with a particular rental service through Live Well 30A be sure to give us a call so we can get you taken care of. Often we will have travelers who will leave behind beach gear for others to use, however, this particular property is fairly new to our vacation rental program..We will certainly pass your recommendation onto the owner. I believe there are a few beach items such as chairs located on the back patio storage bin. Again, should any issues arise during your stay feel free to give us a call so that we can make it right.
