Led by Randy Bacik and Kim Bacik, Glass Casa Vacation Rentals is a dynamic firm comprised of internationally experienced, vacation rental management professionals.

KIM BACIK - OPERATIONS MANAGER

In 1995, Kim and her husband Randy started Royal Shell Vacations on Sanibel Island in Florida. Kim’s dedication to exceptional customer service paved the way for her to assemble a staff of over one hundred and fifty dedicated industry leaders. Kim’s staff are trained to practice the “Hug Your Customer” philosophy of exceptional customer care with a distinct focus on every detail her clients have come to expect.

Kim has managed rental properties throughout Southwest Florida, Central Florida, and Western North Carolina.

Bringing a project together for her client’s benefit is a passion for Kimberlee.

Randy and Kim have participated in numerous charities and believe giving back to the community is a priority. They have participated in numerous Make A Wish Experiences, the Dream Foundation, CROW - Clinic and Rehabilitation of Wildlife, Harry Chapin Food Bank, F.I.S.H food pantry, Love That Dress, ASPCA, PURE, Big Arts, Sanibel School, and the United Yorkie Rescue along with many others.
