The condo was beautiful! The beds were soooo comfy. A few minor improvements needed would be to replace batteries for the fan in the Living room. Also one of the blinds was missing the adjustment wand to open and close the blinds. Everything else was great! The staff was Beth quick to answer any questions we had and were very professional and polite in doing so.

Perfect stay, had a great time in Florida once again. Condo was very clean and had everything to make your stay enjoyable. Perfect pool for the kids. The walk to the beach is a bit long but very enjoyable. Only two things the host could improve. One, directions to the actual condo inside the building were not very clear and the code for the gate was given to us backwards. Two, the beds in two of the bedrooms were not very comfortable. Other than that everything was perfect and had an amazing vacation. Will definitely be back to this place!!

My family and I stayed for almost an entire week. It felt right home away from home. We did not want to leave. The beach is a bit of walk for some but we did just fine. There is also a Tom Thumb right down the road if you need anything quickly. The only cons we had were being able to hear everything the people on top floor were doing like, walking hard, running, moving furniture, slamming doors. The beds are a bit firm but they have padding available to make it feel like you are on a marshmallow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future. The beach is also gorgeous!

Great location! Close enough that you can easily walk to the beach and local restaurants. The condo was very clean and had EVERYTHING you would need. We will definitely look this place up next year when we are back on 30A.

All the beds were very comfortable. Never thought I would say maybe a few too many pillows?!? Did not need to worry about extra blankets. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen! Great location. Only thing that could make this better, or to be right on the beach. Other than that, this place far exceeded our hopes and expectations.

Walking distance to the beach and it is in a nice/quiet location. The house has everything you need and the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and with a good seize. The place is highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about our stay! It was like staying at an aunt’s house; we had everything we needed for our home-away-from-home and the apartment was so comfortable…it even smelled wonderfully.
The location was FANTASTIC! The beach was an easy walk right down the road. I loved that this area was not commercial at all.
We had two instances in which we had to reach out to Jamie: once when we wanted to extend by a night and once when our code didn’t work for the house (after extending). Each time he was quick with response and friendly.
We cannot wait to go back next year and hope to stay here again!

I cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the screened in porch and the house was very comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the Wi-Fi. We didn’t use it often, but it was very slow when we did.

When I opened the door to enter, I was blown away by the aesthetic of the place, from the smell to the background music playing upon our arrival! The kitchen is very well stocked, there are games and books available to use, and each bedroom is full of extra touches like extra plugs and charging stations, night lights and sound machines. The owners have gone above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and at home! Check in and check out were super easy and expectations from the management team were clearly communicated. I love the fact that guests can communicate with the management company through text - very convenient while on vacation and trying to stay away from email. :) This will be a place we come back to!!

Very comfortable, cooks kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of nice extras. Only issue, too many decor items down low. It was a lot of work to keep toddler from touching. Otherwise, wonderful and will recommend to friends and family!

This a great property in a wonderful location. This spacious condo was more than enough for our family of four. The rooms were clean, comfy, tastefully decorated, and the screened-in porch was a nice plus...which provided another option for dining. The condo is in a great location....about a 7-minute walk from the beach, and in easy biking distance to Seaside and Watercolor. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return!

Tracy is a terrific host and her condo is perfectly and well appointed for a family or two couples. Seagrove Highlands is positioned in the heart of Seagrove with easy beach access and an easy walk or bike ride to great restaurants and Seaside. We stayed during the 4th holiday week but Highlands is quietly tucked away from all the bustle of 30A. Enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings on the screened in lanai. Great spot, will return.

I loved this condo. I have stayed in other places in Seagrove but this condo was very peaceful and quiet. I loved the lake, we saw a Great Blue Heron! I liked that the condo is gated so we did not get any through traffic or cars driving around in the parking lot. The unit was very nice, the owner decorated well. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. My husband and I sat on the back porch quite often in the evenings when the kids went to bed. We had a wonderful time and would like to come back in the summer.
