The property was beautiful and just as described. Everything you could need for the perfect stay was provided from nice bedding to beach chairs, you name it. We loved the layout of the house and how close it was to the beach. The personal at Glass Casa were very friendly and easy to communicate with. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

The Cottage was perfect for our Beach Vacation. Our grandchildren had a blast. Plenty of space for the 9 of us. The triple bunk bed was a favorite. Tha house was very clean and sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck in the evening after the beach was very relaxing. The gated entrance gave a nice sense of privacy. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and wagon to carry everything in made the quick trip across the street to the Private beach very convenient. We rented a motorized cart and got around without any issues. The Pool was fun and big. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade. We absolutely LOVED the Beach. White clean sand. Beautiful Blue clear water. Will come back again.

This was a very clean and spacious home for our vacation, close to the pool and the ocean. Just a quick walk to the beach. Loved that there were floats, chairs and umbrellas available.

The house was as described. Short walk across the street, to the beach. It's a clean, quiet, pretty and well-maintained little neighborhood. There are not a lot of businesses within walking distance, but stores and restaurants are a short drive. The swimming pool is big and pretty with plenty of lounge chairs in sun or shade. The kids enjoyed the bikes that come with the house. Check in and check out was a breeze and customer service was very responsive. Would rent again!

We had an excellent experience with this rental property. We have been renting in this area for years and specifically in the Beach Retreat community because we love it so much. This is a house that we will definitely be renting again! Everything was very clean, the layout was wonderful (we had two small families staying), and the location is perfect. The community & pool are beautiful as well. We had one minor issue with being able to access the house (the internet went out which was out of their control), we called Glass Casa and someone answered right away and gave us an emergency code to use so we were back in the house within 5 minutes! They also sent someone out right away to check the internet. We were very impressed with the resolution to what could have been a bigger problem. Looking forward to future stays!

This house fit our family and friends perfectly. It will well outfitted and a great location. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows. There is some general wear and tear to the property, but nothing out of the ordinary. There are some beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a cart. Want to rent a bike? - they drop if off at your door. There could be more plates and utensils. But as for cooking, it's got a decently stocked kitchen.

Great location. House was clean. Might wanna leave a few more trash bags and dishwasher soap. When 7 people stay a week they generate a bunch of trash and dirty dishes.

Thank you Gary for the Honest feed back. We provide all of our guest starter items which include dish and hand soaps as well as shampoo and conditioner. We also provide garbage bags and dish pods. However, these are starter Items and in your confirmation it is recommended you bring more because you will run out. Also we will provide the items graciously upon request. Very nice property, roomy, and loved the way it was decorated, and conveniently located. A couple of complaints: was not provided the code to enter the beach area and instructions to unlock the gate to the pool area. The hot tub was not working properly, however, we had an awesome time.

The house is well kept, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms with 4 big bedrooms.
Notice that the living room is in the second floor and being at the beach might be a little bit of discomfort.
2 min you are at the beach , the pool is great .
There are a lot of beach chairs and toys for the kids, including a wagon !
