My family and I had the best time. The property was beautiful and just as described. We loved the pool and the property's close proximity to the beach. We will definitely be staying at this property or at another Glass Casa property in the future.

The property was beautiful and just as described. Everything you could need for the perfect stay was provided from nice bedding to beach chairs, you name it. We loved the layout of the house and how close it was to the beach. The personal at Glass Casa were very friendly and easy to communicate with. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

The Cottage was perfect for our Beach Vacation. Our grandchildren had a blast. Plenty of space for the 9 of us. The triple bunk bed was a favorite. Tha house was very clean and sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck in the evening after the beach was very relaxing. The gated entrance gave a nice sense of privacy. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and wagon to carry everything in made the quick trip across the street to the Private beach very convenient. We rented a motorized cart and got around without any issues. The Pool was fun and big. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade. We absolutely LOVED the Beach. White clean sand. Beautiful Blue clear water. Will come back again.

The location of this property is perfect! It was so nice being able to walk across the street to beautiful Miramar Beach or to walk the few steps to the pool. The house does have a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas, which I don't think is listed on the site so that was a pleasant surprise. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful! This home was spacious and very close to the pool and the beach. Such a relief to be able to walk to the beach and back easily whenever you wanted. Miramar was a nice step away from Destin but close enough to go in for groceries, etc

It was a lovely stay with my family and we had the greatest time. Pros were accessibility to everything, a clean, gorgeous house, and great communication with Glass Casa. Cons were the downstairs shower handle was broken so we had only two showers available for 8 people, and on our last day our door code malfunctioned and it took awhile to get it fixed.

The home was even better than the pictures and description provided. Newly renovated and extremely clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and those staying were exceptionally nice. The management group was fantastic and very accommodating. We had a couple of questions and they were very quick and helpful. Overall a great experience and we are planning to do it again.

We had an excellent experience with this rental property. We have been renting in this area for years and specifically in the Beach Retreat community because we love it so much. This is a house that we will definitely be renting again! Everything was very clean, the layout was wonderful (we had two small families staying), and the location is perfect. There is some general wear and tear to the property, but nothing out of the ordinary. There are some beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a cart. Want to rent a bike? - they drop if off at your door. There could be more plates and utensils. But as for cooking, it's got a decently stocked kitchen.

Great location. House was clean. Might wanna leave a few more trash bags and dishwasher soap. When 7 people stay a week they generate a bunch of trash and dirty dishes.

Beach retreat 116 was excellent for our family vacation. The house was clean for the most part. There are some stains on the carpeted stairs but you can tell it's from being in a high traffic area. We tried using the jetted tub but I don't think it's been used for a very long time because black specs started coming out of the jets. Those two things are minor to me. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and clean. We loved that we all had our own bathrooms. Anytime I had a question or issue, I would text the management company and they were quick to respond and very polite. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely rebook in the future.

Very nice property, roomy, and loved the way it was decorated, and conveniently located. A couple of complaints: was not provided the code to enter the beach area and instructions to unlock the gate to the pool area. The hot tub was not working properly, however, we had an awesome time.

My family, a few friends, and I came down to Florida, for the first time since the pandemic, and we absolutely had the most amazing stay here! From the location, to the amenities, to the communication; it was all great! The only problem we ran into during our stay was the parking situation. You are only given 2 parking spaces and permits for each rental. We had 3 cars and had rented a golf cart. So we ended up needing to buy 2 extra parking spaces for the extra vehicles. The community offers extra parking spaces, but the office is closed on weekends, which made it difficult to get ahold of them to actually buy the parking permits Saturday and Sunday. After emailing all weekend, and frantically calling to get ahold of someone, while risking our cars getting towed for those 2 days; but as soon as they opened on Monday, we had our parking passes printed and ready as soon as we got up in the morning! The rest of the trip went smoothly and would definitely recommend this to all that are coming to Destin, Miramar area!

The house is well kept, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms with 4 big bedrooms.
Notice that the living room is in the second floor and being at the beach might be a little bit of discomfort.
2 min you are at the beach , the pool is great .
There are a lot of beach chairs and toys for the kids, including a wagon !
