Bless My Sol is a home that perfectly reflects 30A beach life! With 3 king bedrooms and 2 with private bathrooms - no one makes sacrifices! On the top floor, the kids get the coolest bunk room and the best Gulf views. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for 12 guests, this is the perfect house for your group. This home also comes with 4 complimentary bikes at your leisure! Located in Summer's Edge neighborhood in Seagrove, you'll be delighted to find views of the Gulf from the balconies. The soothing neutral décor of the house has a warm beachy vibe and the walls showcase art hand-selected by local artists.

From the cozy front porch, you'll enter the main foyer of the 1st floor. There are 3 bedrooms on this first floor as well as the laundry area.

Head up to the 2nd floor for the main open-concept area. Grab a snack for movie night on the 60" TV. Show off your chef skills in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 8, or you can snack and relax on the balcony. There is a convenient half bathroom off the kitchen. The 2nd floor includes another king suite with a bathroom you just have to see! The kids can head to the 3rd floor to the bunk room with an awesome balcony view and convenient wet-bar area. And the best part of this home is the proximity to the beach with the boardwalk steps away from your front door!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, large shower.

1st Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.

1st Floor, Bedroom 3 : Queen bed, TV.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with duals sinks and tub/shower combination.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, TV and desk area. Private bathroom with dual sinks, large shower, soaking tub

3rd Floor, Bunk Room: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, TV and wet bar. Balcony access.

Summer's Edge is tucked along quiet tree-lined streets where kids can ride bikes and play. Only one side of the main street, is open while the other side is gated for owners, but rarely used. The neighborhood has 2 community pools, one at the end of S. Ryan (near the beach access point) that is heated seasonally and another pool on Chelsea Loop.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile bike trail that runs right up the road. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

We loved this home. It was perfect! The location is great! We have stayed all over 30A and this is top 5 for me. The only thing I would recommend is more gate entry keys for the pool and beach access. With a large family 2 became very inconvenient at times.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean and well stocked. The layout is great for families. The proximity to the beach access is fantastic, especially with young kids. We would highly recommend this home and gladly stay again.

Great Family Vacation

House was big enough for 10 of us. Close to both pools, and beach access. Property manager was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up. Our only complaint was we were only provided two key fobs.

Beautiful Beach House & Location was great

The beach house was beautiful and in a great location - off the main road. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool and never overly crowded in July, which was nice. It would have been nice if we could have turned the air down to 68 but there were signs saying we couldn't turn it down past 72 - so that made it a little harder to sleep at night. We were also glad there was a fan on the 3rd floor with the bunk beds because it got really hot up there for the kids. The house was nice and clean when we got there though and there was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 couples and 3 kids.

Great Vacation House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Rooms were spacious and the older children loved the third floor bunkhouse. The location was great with both pools very close and beach path right out the door to the right.

The main issue I have for the property is that the online guide did not align with the property. It talked about "trash chutes near elevators" and "trash bins/dumpsters in the parking lots" which would apply to a complex, not to private homes. And trash pick-up days were not listed. We discovered that when other houses put out their rolling trash bins. It also did not point out that a fob (2 provided in a bowl in the kitchen) must be used to get through a gate to exit the area when walking to the beach. We also had to ask for the check-out instructions (what needs to be done in the house) or how to signal we had departed. Finally, this should be a HOA-like-governed group of houses (Ryan St and Chelsea Loop) and should be bought in somehow to allow renters access to the beach just south of the property. Renting this house should not require you to drive to a "public beach access" area. From what I could see the beach south of the property was marked as "private" - FL ridiculousness.

Great Location

Although it rained most days we still enjoyed our time at Seagrove Beach. The property fit our need well and is in a great location, close to both pools and to the beach access.

Bless My Sol is an absolute gem!

Every part of the house is great, it allows people to have their own areas and still be comfortable. In this home the 30A beach life comes alive in each and every corner. The children were amazed with their bunk room on the top floor that had those stunning Gulf views. It was so convenient having four bikes included with our stay, we were able to easily cruise around the Summer’s Edge neighborhood. The design is very warm and has a perfect mix of beachy vibes and classy accents. Also, I love the art on the walls – such a local touch that adds tons of character! Perfect for large groups who want an epic beach getaway

Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor + laundry room. The 2nd level master bedroom was great and the open floor plan with the fully stocked kitchen and living room was perfect. The balcony off the 2nd level was also very nice and large. The girls enjoyed the upstairs bunks (4 twin beds) with their own mini fridge and sink area + balcony with ocean view. The only thing I wish we could have had was another full bathroom, but that by no means was a must or negative. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!
