Captiva Resort Villas 3230

Our family had an incredible stay here! While the building and elevator are a bit older, don't let that fool you—the condo itself is beautifully updated and felt like a modern oasis. The decor was perfectly curated and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in.

The kitchen was a highlight for us. We cooked most of our meals and were impressed by how well-stocked it was. The pots, pans, and silverware were spotless and high-quality, and the appliances (especially the new fridge and the washer/dryer, which is better than mine at home!) made the stay effortless.

The master suite is a dream—the rain shower head in the updated bathroom was a personal favorite. The beds were all very comfortable, and the entire place was exceptionally clean. Being on the top floor meant we enjoyed a wonderful breeze and a beautiful view of the bay from the screened-in porch.

A few tips for future guests:

The Beach: It’s a very short walk (maybe 300 feet) to a private beach area with crystal-clear water and tons of shells. The condo provides great beach chairs, umbrella, which we used and appreciated.

Location: You are located within the South Seas community but do not have water park access. However, this is actually a plus for quiet! The park closes at 5:00 PM, so the evenings are incredibly peaceful and safe.

Parking & Logistics: Parking is easy and unassigned. Trash disposal is conveniently located at the bottom of the building.

We had great dinners out at The Lighthouse and Green Flash, but honestly, the condo was so nice we were happy just staying in. We walked around as it was super easy to get to again like 400 feet away to the main street of the small "town" area of Captiva, they have restaurants there, ice cream, souvenirs and water sports rentals.

The owners truly thought of everything at Captiva Resort Villas 3230, Our stay was lovely and would return again to this rental!

The unit was very, very nice. The beach and island motif was very well done. The shell sculptures were truly artistic and beautiful.

We loved the unit. Wouldn't change a thing. I worry about the resort and the issues between the owners and the resort. Elevators are old, and one didn't work all month with no repair scheduled. The pool was nice as most of the time there were very few there. But the heater wasn't working or turned on. The artwork and furnishings were exceptional. Also, a short walk to the beach, and they had beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart in the unit. There were few cleaning equipment, but when we called Glass Sasa, they brought us a broom and toilet bowl brush (we were a long term rental).
Enjoyed it very much.
