It was great, we picked a great week to be at the beach. A little foggy but overall the weather was wonderful. Our accommodations were wonderful, the beach person was wonderful and always had our seats and umbrella ready for use.

Crystal Dunes 306 is a beautiful condo. It was very clean with plenty of room to spread out. Ocean views from the balcony can’t be beat. Beach service was easy. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance.

The condo is well done and it is right on the beautiful Destin beach. Beach, pool, hot tub... The area is quiet and safe. Destin has many shops and restaurants. I wish the city was less "commercial", however the condo and private beach made it feel much more quaint.

This condo was beautifully decorated. Located in quiet Crystal Beach area of Destin. The master suite was ocean facing with sunrise snd sunset views. Three bedrooms easily allow for a family vacation or two couples. Will stay here again when traveling to Destin.

We loved the location of this condo. Not only that but the unit is updated and fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. This was an amazing location and perfect size for our family of 5. We love Destin and have stayed at high-rise condos and now smaller buildings as well. Being on the 3rd floor makes for an easy walk to/from the beach and we barely even used the elevator. It was also nice that the unit had sand toys and extra beach chairs to go along with the included beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs setup for you every day). Overall its a very nice condo. Our only complaint was the lack of any condiments. No coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc. This also could be due to the unit only having 1 reviewer prior to our stay which makes me think it was just recently put on here as a rental.

It’s a very nice condo and set up great. Little noisy though as you can hear the rooms above you walking and thumping. As for the master bedroom the bed is amazing and the walk in shower is a plus. The down side is there is no privacy in the master bedroom with the barn door. It has a 2 inch gap all the way around and the living room can look right in. Other than that the place is amazing and would definitely rent again

Loved this place for our family getaway!! Glass Casa Rentals took care of pretty much everything, even some fun activities around Destin. The condo was relaxing, comfortable, beautiful, & had all of the fun little things we needed for the beach, as well as to stay inside & entertain ourselves. And the view was incredible! It had almost all of the supplies we needed to cook & clean for our family of 5- really saved us time & money. We stayed 6 nights & did need to get some basics like dishwasher soap, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, & toilet paper (gave us 2 of each but those went quick!). We also had to go out & get seasonings like salt & pepper & such- not a big deal but it would be great to have a single service or smaller sizes option instead of having to buy it all & leave it there. Location was great too, close to everything & far enough away from the harbor for traffic not to be so crazy. We already want to come back!

Condo was very nice , clean beach themed decor and well stocked. Beautiful view! The weather was perfect the first week of May when we went. My only question or point of view for this condo would be the Master bedroom sliding barn door. Unless it is latched from the inside it is hard to get it to stay closed. The home & beach were beautiful. Had all of essentials plus more. Any questions that I had were answered immediately. The view of the water & beach was wonderful. Included were chairs & umbrella that were reserved for us everyday that we were there. The only glitch was initially getting the gate to open to enter the property. The pool was nice to have also. Everyone that we met was very friendly. It had everything we could have wanted.

Stayed at CD306 and was very satisfied with the unit. It’s more geared toward adults as there is not a lot of amenities other than a pool and hot tub. Didn’t matter being this was an adult trip. The unit was clean, well stocked and very nice. The view is incredible and it’s right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Overall no issues during our stay and had a great time. Good location between destin and Miramar. Gated access and private beach. Would definitely stay again.

Here is an honest review from a self proclaimed almost impossible to please vacationer ... The condo is as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and spacious with the most spectacular views of the gulf. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All appliances were modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable with hotel-like bedding. Master bathroom was incredible. Only thing I was not satisfied with was the condition of the stairwell to get to the unit and the pool/hot tub area. I know that is not the responsibility of the unit owner but it was disappointing regardless. Location was great. Beach was amazing. We had a really memorable vacation.

This is a great location to groceries, shopping & restaurants. Plenty of space! If your looking for a great place to stay, this is it! Always great to enjoy the white sand at the Destin beach! The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed and there were plenty of spare towels in the bathrooms. This was our first experience with a rental property and we were incredibly happy with our stay! We will definitely be back!

It was imperative to be on the beach and we were! The accommodations were very nice. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness and only found the bathroom floor to not be up to my standards. The location to anywhere you would want to go is perfect! Ability to have long walks within a neighborhood or on the beach perfect! The beach was roped off just for our building which was very nice. The only improvements would be the couch’s are in need of replacing… they are so broken down that they are uncomfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The decor in this condo is beautiful and relaxing. The building is quiet and the view is magnificent. I would change the master bedroom barn door asap, as it doesn't fit the door hole. We had to drape a blanket on the crown molding around the door to have privacy, but there was no sound privacy. No weird smells or broken things, a lovely place to stay.

Walking in for the first time upon arrival, our party literally spent about 5 minutes just giggling and saying "wow" at how nice it was. The interior is stunning - beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, luxurious master bath, looked clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable and I am a picky sleeper who usually only sleeps well on my tempurpedic mattress. The location is amazing! Directly on the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Publix and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean and the chair service was such a nice convenience. There were a few condition issues with the condo (master ceiling fan didn't work, stains on the upholstered furniture in the living and dining rooms, tvs in the bunk room not working) but everything else was perfect. The condo was sparkling clean when we checked in. I would absolutely recommend this rental if you are looking for a beach rental in Destin!

The property was beautiful and just as pictured. The sliding barn door on the master doesn't allow for a lot of privacy, and you can hear every sound in the living area. This may or may not be a problem for you. The only real complaint I have is that the WiFi didn't work, except for maybe the first day. Also, I'm not sure this service is related to the property, but at the beginning of the week, we arranged for a certain number of chairs and umbrellas. They got it wrong every single day. The main problem with this is that in addition to the cost of chairs and umbrellas, they take a 25% tip off the top.

Unfortunately, the beach service does not pertain to the property management company as we do not control the beach service there but we are still happy to pass along to their employer of the issues you experienced with them. This unit does, however, come with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily during the season. In regards to wifi issue, be sure to let us know of any issues you have during your stay next time, so that we can have that taken care of for you right away. The condo was just as pictured, very well stocked and clean. The property, including the pool, was clean and inviting. The internet was a bit troublesome as it continued to go out. When calling Cox Television we were told there was no such account, needed the account number which was not provided. In general we had an incredible vacation, great location, close to activities and restaurants. Our favorites are Dewey's on the Harbour and the main location. Back porch was good but expensive. Camille's, across the street, was amazing! We will be back next year.

The property was exactly as described. Very pretty. Nice location. Great view. The beds slept well. Kitchen was stocked with a lot of utensils and pots but only one pan. One towel for the kitchen and it was small. We brought our own thank goodness (I did forget my yellow dish rag so enjoy 😊) We washed bath towels daily. Security was very nice. I do not feel the condo was very clean. The fridge did not look to be cleaned very well. The master bath faucets were rough. The shower doors leaked so the floor was always wet. The rug in the master needs replaced it was very dirty almost black in color. The beach is first come first serve (unless you pay $35 extra a day then you can have reserved chairs) so if you are not down there at 8am you will probably not get a chair on the ocean. You may have to have chairs in the back row. We went down one morning at 8:30am and put our towels on a couple of chairs that were not tagged and came back about 30 mins later and didn’t have chairs. Our towels were moved and we had to get chairs put up for us in the back row. Overall we had a great vacation. We will be back next year just a different condo.

Great location, great stay! I would have like to have had more cooking pots and pans for cooking. Also, base boards were really dirty and dusty---recommend cleaning service do a better job on those. . The AC filter was very dirty but the minute I addressed it with management, they came right over and changed it out---so very prompt. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, since not many towels are provided . Beach was beautiful! Loved our view from our balcony. We will be coming back . Very few minor hiccups.

The condo was excellent with beautiful beach decor. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. The dryer is stacked so for the short people you need a tall person to turn on .Very easy beach access, there are carts to carry in your items. Even though the pool is in the front it was private, no one paid attention to it as they drove past. Over all very nice stay!

Almost all of our immediate needs were expeditiously met. The location is excellent and the beach chairs included is a huge bonus! Love the private beach. Condo was immaculate, pool was clean, elevators were an awesome bonus. Clean beach, clean space - very recently updated. My only ONLY criticism - if traveling with a family, there is no way to lock the door from the inside - there is no deadbolt that slide locks - there is a key deadbolt from the inside to which no key is provided, sadly. Our toddler kept escaping and we had to barricade the door. Just a note. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen with tons of space and the porch overlooking the ocean was wonderful. When the cable/TV got adjusted off kilter someone was there within the hour and fixed it immediately. Pool was also incredibly clean. Highly recommend!

Amenities are top-notch and clean, no disrepair or maintenance issues, convenient to all our needs and wants. Sand and beach are clean and picture-perfect. My ONLY complaint is with the umbrella/chair rentals; we did not want to rent, because we are a family of 6 and not only would we either have to rent multiples or have an odd towel configuration for the chairless, but we also just prefer to lay our towels out on the sand. The no-gap configuration of the numerous umbrellas meant we either needed to lie BEHIND the umbrellas (and lose our ocean view), or deal with a very small area of space between the umbrellas and water line (made trickier at high tide). I would have liked to have open space for those with towels, or for the company you’re contracted with to leave more space for us (gaps between sets of umbrellas), or only put out the umbrellas as they are rented, instead of anticipating full capacity umbrella/chair rentals (they weren’t).

The kitchen was fully stocked with high quality appliances and utensils. This unit is turn key ready. If I had to give feedback our 2 requests would be to replace 2 of the porch chairs with a high top table and 2 high top chairs. We really love sitting up high at night and in the morning to look out at the ocean instead of right into the railing. Our other recommendation would be to add some more ocean decorations. The renovation and finishes are beautiful but lacking a bit of ocean charm and color. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We did have a difficult time contacting the rental company during our stay. We had issues with our front gate code not working and I never heard back from anyone. Another guest graciously gave us their code to use for our stay. We also tried to have someone help us with the white storage boxes for guests that are located on the beach. In previous years, we have stored our beach toys in the boxes each evening, which was extremely helpful to us having small children. Those boxes would be locked at 5pm each evening and opened at 8am. This year however, the boxes were left open all night and we struggled to find anyone who could help us. The change in chair and umbrella servicing was noticeable too. In previous years, our name would be placed on our chair after the first day, reserving our spot for the week. This year, it was a mad scramble to the beach in the morning to claim a set of chairs. By 8am most mornings, only one set was unclaimed. This was a stress in the morning that wasn’t necessary. The guys were hard workers and willing to help. I think some instructions on how to make it a stress-free experience for guests would go a long way and make everyone’s experience better.

This unit has nicer patio furniture, and overall better furniture than the unit we stayed in two years ago. The barn door for the master bedroom while it may be attractive, is totally unfunctional. Does not close out sound or light. I highly recommend changing this door. The washing machine was not working during our stay. We were informed ahead of time, and were refunded our booking fee since they were unable to get it fixed during our stay. The whirlpool at the swimming pool also was not working and did not get fixed as scheduled. I question the capability of the maintenance personnel base on these two issues.

Our boys loved the bunk room and were so excited to each have their own TV. The queen bedroom was spacious and perfect for our daughter. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was breathtaking. We watched people surf and dolphin swim by each morning. Having the beach roped off specifically for guests staying in our building was extremely nice. There were two chairs and an umbrella set up for our daily use and we never felt crowded. The only “negative” for us was that the pool was small and on the parking lot side of the building. Other than that I would give this unit an A+

I will never travel for a family vacation to a hotel again. Kitchen was perfect size - we had all breakfasts and lunches in the condo and half our dinners. We packed light on clothes so we used the washer dryer several times. Absolutely loved the master shower. Beach views were fantastic though be careful of the lip coming in and out of porch - we had several trip over it. The beach was clean and appreciated that it was private. Overall great experience. My wife commented that she wants the owners to come decorate and that we will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the unit we stayed in was overpriced. We had friends at the same complex who had a 4-bed, 4-bath that had a much better price. My daughter, same thing, she was at Seascape and had a beautiful unit for about half the price I paid. I did like that Crystal Dunes was on the beach and that we were provided an umbrella and 2 chairs each day. Also, the complex was very well maintained. I received a call from maintenance that after doing their check list they found there was no blow dryer in our unit and they brought one to me. I didn't bring mine, figured they didn't provide one, and was getting ready to go buy one so that was a nice surprise.

Thank you for your feedback! We price our properties comparable with others in the complex. It is a very good possibility that the 4 bedroom that you are speaking of may have been offered a discounted rate. Also, your daughter's Seascape property is considerably less, because Seascape is not directly on the beach like your unit was. Gulf front properties will always be a higher rental rate than a property that is across the street from the gulf. We do hope that you return, and would love see you again! This property is about to go through some majors upgrades, so the next time you visit it won't even look the same :) - Destin Palms Vacations

Clothes washer did not work on arrival but they did there best to repair. The porch door and frame on the outside needs cleaning and paint. Master bed room matters was to soft for us. Had to use the other bed room.
