The perfect home with all the amenities. Located perfectly center of 30A with walkable beach access near lots of amazing restaurants and shops. Would definitely return and stay longer.

This home exceeded all my expectations—spotlessly clean, ideally located near the beach and great restaurants, and the management was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

This was our first vacation as a blended family of 7 AND 3 friends. We had 10 total and lots of other friends visited throughout the week. The house was clean, the management group was great to work with, and we loved the location. The only thing missing is a pizza tray!

I had high expectations for our weekend at 30A. All were exceeded...but this home was easily the biggest part of that. Beautiful, well appointed, beautifully decorated, thoughtful layout....the list goes on. I can honestly not think of a single thing to improve upon. We will absolutely return!

I had high expectations for this trip....and this home exceeded them by a mile! Well appointed, elegantly decorated, thoughtful layout, extremely comfortable...the list goes on. Very well laid out for groups or multiple families. I honestly can not think of a single thing to make this rental better. We will absolutely return!

We totally loved this home. It was super close to the beach, beautifully decorated and super clean. The bunk room on 3rd floor with double showers was the best for the kiddos. I would definitely rent this home again.

Our group does an annual girls trip and this year we chose 30a. Some of the ladies had been before, some had not, including me. It was unanimous that this was our favorite trip so far. From what we were told, the house is brand new, so I was surprised at how well it is set up and stocked. When we arrived to the house, there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us, which was a great way to start our trip. Every room in this house looks instagram moment waiting to happen! We loved the decor. We did a lot of shopping, eating and exploring in the area. The beach access is really close (just exit the neighborhood and cross 30a) and you can walk to multiple restaurants... We had one car, so we did not rent a golf cart, but we found we didn't really need it. We took Ubers several times with no issue. The standouts of the house for me were: Ice machine! This was so great for filling up our cooler on the way to the beach. Firepit and outdoor dining area. We sat outside in the back several nights, drank wine and roasted marshmallows. Quietness of the neighborhood. It's a U-shaped gated street (although the gate stayed open while we were there). It felt secluded but you were close to everything!

This was our 4th time vacationing in 30a and this house was by far our favorite. First of all, the location is fantastic! The beach access is only 1.5 blocks from the house, so the walk is less than 5 minutes. The access itself has a shorter staircase compared to others in the area, so it was really easy to get our beach wagon up and down. Major + with the kids. The house come with 4 bikes, which we used for morning and evening rides. There are so many little shops and restaurants that are in walking distance and it's only a 5 minute golf cart ride to Seaside. The house itself was awesome! It was a such a great vibe when you walk in. We loved all the furnishings and decor, The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook. The kids were so obsessed with the bunk room it was hard to get them out of there. Our favorite was the comfy beds! It was a true vacation!

Just returned from an amazing trip staying at this lux property. The layout is very thoughtfully planned to accommodate all types of groups; couples, families, girls/boys getaways, etc. Each room is welcoming and comfortable with tasteful details that bring it all together. Kitchen is perfectly equipped and was stocked with nice dish ware, glassware and even aluminum to-go cups for the beach! There’s a grill, fire pit and seating in the backyard for evenings outside. The beach is a short 5 min walk and owners provided us with bicycles, beach chairs and we had option of renting a golf cart. The beach is gorgeous!! The weekend was perfect because of this wonderful property and great service by the owners/management company.

This house is incredible! I stayed here in October with a group of 10 women celebrating milestone birthdays. The house is brand new - I believe we were one of the first groups to stay there. All of the finishes are very high end. It feels more like a personal residence than a rental. The bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival was a great touch. I can't wait to come back to this house with my family.
