Edgewater 1200 offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and some of the best views in Destin. The owners have done an incredible job of furnishing and decorating this vacation rental condo, not to mention the updates in the kitchen and bath. This condo features fresh paint, a new range, tile flooring throughout, and amazing new patio doors that lead out to the balcony from the Master Bedroom and Living Room. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the most amazing panoramic water views.

The Master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a master bath. The Guest bedroom features two double beds and an adjoining bath as well. In the living room, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa, so this lovely condo can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. With flat screen TVs in each room, dining at the counter top and at the table, and all the necessary kitchen amenities, you can enjoy the comfort of home in the luxury of your beach retreat.

Additional beach toys such as Stand Up Get Up Paddle Boards and Ocean Kayaks are also available for additional fees.

Edgewater Beach Resort is a gated community and offers several luxury amenities, including two Gulf front pools (one seasonally heated) spread out across multiple levels, a spacious sundeck, the poolside Tiki Hut Bar and Grill, a hot tub, kiddie pool, full exercise room, propane barbecue grills, picnic area, playground, sports courts, a putting area, a private beach, high-speed internet, and a large 2-level parking garage, lower level 6' clearance, upper level 5'8" clearance. Oversized vehicle outdoor parking all along the rear and sides of the building.

*Please Note: The HOA does not allow golf cart rentals to be parked on the property.

Wonderful condo, great location.

Our condo was great. It had everything we could possibly need. Washer and dryer work great. Everything someone might need in the kitchen. View is awesome. Location of condo is fantastic. Walking distance to a grocery store and several shops and restaurants. They are in the process of updating the entire complex with new elevators and updating paint. The pool area is wonderful, but needs more chairs around the pool. The beach is right there, steps from the pool. The outside parking for large vehicles fills up pretty fast with some smaller vehicles parking in these spots instead of parking in the garage. Overall it was an amazing time at the beach. Condo is updated and beautiful, and the complex is in a great location.

Spacious Rooms and Impeccable Service

My experience with Glass Casa Inc. was highly satisfactory. I made my booking well in advance, and upon arrival, I was delighted to find that they had provided me with ample, spacious rooms. Fantastic Rental

The only thing that did live up to expectations was the room. (Flight cancelled and lost a day and then no luggage for 4.5 days) But the room was nice. Great location! Really came into play with the outstanding outlet shops right across the street! Onsite management team was quite helpful. Loved the 2 pools and gated grounds. Always a parking spot underground and carts available on every floor. Grocery store and chick-fil-a was also right across the street. The published photos with ocean views are legit. I did do some handyman things during a rain storm but that's what guys do. (trimmed and cleaned the plants containers on the balcony, wd-40 all doors and fixed the freezer magnetic trim). We would stay here again in a heart beat. Book it now and enjoy!

Girls Trip

Great location! Room exactly as described. The Edgewater is one of our favorite places to stay and my girls had a blast! The only thing we ever had an issue with was the ice maker. Took way too long to make anything. Other than that we had a great time! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Relaxing Girls trip

The Edgewater was a terrific location for this girls get away. We had plenty of space. The beach was amazing - crystal clear water and soft sand. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella daily. We will plan on coming back.
