We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The house was great. Well stocked with everything you needed. Pool was great. Location is excellent. Very private feel. A++ 5 stars.

The property was perfect for our trip. Easy to get around and find our way to the beach and back. It was quiet and the pool was a great way to unwind during the day when the beach was crowded. It was located close to shopping and eating places which was nice. We did have an issue with a pool alarm and they came and took care of it immediately, and the wi-fi was spotty at best which was a bit frustrating.Overall it was a great time and is a good property for large groups!

Our family ranged from 9 to 84 years old and we came from the Midwest and South for our family vacation. It was a perfect space for us and any questions we had were immediately resolved. Very clean property and we greatly enjoyed the pool!

This was our third trip staying in this same home! The home is perfect for our two families with small children who travel together! The included golf cart is amazing and very nice to have! We absolutely love staying in this unit and look forward to many more beach vacations here!

This place is the best! It’s conveniently located a golf cart ride away from everything you need. From the beach to shopping malls you can get everywhere by just hopping on the golf cart. And it’s the perfect place to stay away from the busy beaches for a day and enjoy the private pool. The house is a blast for a large group and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it!

House was amazing. Lots of rooms, kids room on top floor was perfect for our 8 year old. Location to beach was so great. 4 minutes golf cart ride was all it took. Only negative was that the appliances did not all work great. Ice machine didn't work, first floor bathroom kept running. There were no bikes like the listing said but the property manager did agree to reimburse us for rentals

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. They have this house supplied with everything you can think of. Only thing that needs to be checked out is the property golf cart. The golf cart ran fine from Friday to Monday. We didn’t get any use of it on Tuesday and Wednesday, I’m not sure what the issue was because we kept it on the charger but it wouldn’t even make it out of the neighborhood before it would die. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again myself. We loved it and enjoyed every second of our time there.

Excellent home for family. Loved the swimming pool and the large kitchen. Everything was better than we anticipated. Rode the bikes every day. The golf cart was great for going to the beach and restaurants. Location to gates and club amenities was excellent. No complaints here.

Great rental home! Very spacious, with lots of room for 10 adults. We had space to cook and eat as a group, and we all enjoyed the pool, outdoor space and pool table. And the beach was just a short bike or golf cart ride away!

We had so much fun staying at El Casa Grande! It is a perfect house for multiple families or friends. The house was very spacious and clean. TONs of activities to at the house too. The golf cart and bikes made the short trek to the beach a breeze. The part of the beach we were closest too did not have a ton of people which was nice. The Crab Trap restaurant is right by that beach entrance if you want food but don’t want to drive. The gated community made it feel safe and secure. It was nice being right off the main highway if we needed to run to the grocery store. We would definitely stay there again!

This vacation home was perfect for our friends vacation! So close to the beach, numerous room options, everything was provided and available in the home, and the pool/grounds at the home were great! My husband and I went with our family (6 total), and it was the PERFECT house! We had so much space, and we all had our own area to go to at the end of the day, or needed our own space. We had the master, which was stunning! The house was so much more than we were expecting! Very clean, and the pool was super nice. The ice maker was a huge hit for us! We filled up our cooler with ice every day for the beach! Also- being so close to the beach was great. Being able to take the golf cart to the beach was a great addition! It felt like we were in our own little secluded oasis, because it was at the end of the street, and felt far away enough from neighbors. Super easy to get to as well! We definitely will be back, and we can’t wait for more memories to be made when we go back again!

It was easy to book and they keep you informed. This house was definitely good for a family of all ages. There was things there for all even the babies. They had things for the pool and beach and kitchen fully equipped. We felt like home away from home. Clean and plenty of space. You just have to be ok with stairs to the other 2 floors up. No pest! Our family loved our stay. The house was gorgeous and had plenty of room for all 9 of us. The heated pool was great and we also enjoyed having the golf cart to use. The kids got plenty of use out of the pool table. I liked that it was in a gated community and in good location to the beach. A few cons to note: the pool plaster needs to be re-done, the hot water runs out pretty fast, there are no spices in the kitchen so make sure to bring your own snd a couple other nit picky things. These are inconveniences but would in no way keep me fromrecommending this home. We did book during the off season so it wasn't as expensive but if we had paid the summer cost to stay i would expect the property to be top notch.

The house is everything as described. Extremely comfortable, clean, and welcoming home.

This house provided everything for all ages. All you is beach towels, toiletries, maybe clothes & dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels depending on how long you are staying.

Hiccup situation:
I felt like I had to prove that I was told that the pool will be heated before our arrival. I went above and beyond sharing emails. The reason why this was a big deal was because it takes a day or two for it to warm up and therefore loose time enjoying it when the beach is not an option.
The person I was working with I had never spoken to the person before and he was not professional until the last call when he apologize for how the communication was and the situation I was put in. All you is beach towels, toiletries, maybe clothes & dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels depending on how long you are staying.Hiccup situation:I felt like I had to prove that I was told that the pool will be heated before our arrival. I went above and beyond sharing emails. The reason why this was a big deal was because it takes a day or two for it to warm up and therefore loose time enjoying it when the beach is not an option.The person I was working with I had never spoken to the person before and he was not professional until the last call when he apologize for how the communication was and the situation I was put in. This home was perfect for our family getaway. It has everything you need to accommodate multiple families with kids. There is plenty of places to sleep. Each person in my family had their own bed. The home is walking distance to the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Large property with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the location and on site pool. The only downfall is furniture is in rough shape and needs replaced after many years of use. We were overall satisfied with our stay and would go again.

Wonderful stay. Only slightly negative about the house is the gold cart sat 4 with a 15 person house. Many neighbors had larger golf carts. Other than that, everything else was great!

We had such a wonderful time at this vacation home. It was very clean and had minor things that you noticed were broken. It didn’t affect the functionality of things, just an esthetic thing. It was nestled in a great neighborhood and very close to the beach and other activities. The golf cart was a fun addition that we found necessary to use. My daughter couldn’t stay off of it. All in all we would for sure come here again. It was a great week!! You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The golf cart was a Plus! and all the things to do from the pool table to the beach toys were a success.The down side is the pool did not have enough water and the heat would not stay on. A bit of maintenance before hand would have made it usuable for us. The Kitchen was in desparate need of pans these had seen their best days ages ago. The floor was Very dirty..our feet were black in a very short time, But the spacious yard where we were able to play hours of cornhole and kick the ball around made up for any inconvenience. The staff was Amazing just absolutely kind and quick to take care of things. WE will be renting through Destin Palms again..we really had a good time.

From the spacious floor plan to the lovely patio and the way the home was wrapped around the pool; this home was one of a kind! The bathrooms were super clean and nice - the master bath had very tall ceilings and amazing tile work. The kitchen was perfect! Nice chef style stove, dual dishwashers and stainless steel finish appliances were very classy and clean. The patio provided space for a formal dinner outside several evenings and a nice little sitting area for cocktails or conversing are outside as well. The guest house was a great feature - it is on the other side of the pool. It has a nice bed, bathroom, etc. There is a surround sound stereo system that services the entire home, pool and outside areas. Super fun! If you are wondering if you should rent this house - the answer is YES! It was a beautiful, fun home and you won't be disappointed. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was because I thought that there were a couple little housekeeping things that should have been completed before we arrived. I notified the property management company and they were very attentive, but there was a light bulb on the bar lights over the countertop that needed replaced and made it look a little funny since it was burned out. One of the wicker chairs in the backyard had a broken leg and so we were not able to use it and the cushions on the outdoor furniture are white and definitely needed to be cleaned. Finally, the tile floors on the first floor were filthy dirty. We took our shoes off when we entered the house and our feet with covered in dirt just after taking a few steps. The floors need to be mopped after every guest - I think that would make a huge difference in the overall cleanliness of the property. Thanks for the awesome vacation! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 4 night stay at El Casa Grande was awesome the home was beautiful & very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor bbq area. The gated community was nice . The only issue I had was the unit on the 3rd floor was not working ,I called the maintenance staff and within 20 mins they arrived, but he could not repair the a/c unit , but Destin Palms purchased A portable a/c unit to keep us comfortable and cool . Christine and all staff was great. I Would recommend this beautiful home and look forward to renting next time I'm in Destin .

We enjoyed it so much staying home on the rainy days was relaxing and serene. On top of all that, the amenities were awesome! We were able to workout in the fully equipped gym and swim in the pool after. I highly recommend this house and will be returning next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband Greg and I had a wonderful time . We loved that they had a gulf cart for us free of charge. Everything was wonderful. They do need a few things fixed that are not major but would help. Like a few of the blinds need replaced or fixed. Also the mater shower has a spray hose that is broke and would not stay on the hang up well. Like I said a fee things that will make it better. However when we got there the pool was a bit dirty and some one had left sand all over the floors and counters. When I called they sent somewhere to check it out and the next day they sent a pool guy and a sweet lady to clean it. The young man who worked for them that came to check it out was super nice as well. So this is truly an amazing place and very comfortable with alot of room. Anyone will be happy to stay here. If something needs to be done let them know amd they will go above the norm to take care of you! Will definitely come again someday. Thanks for the fun times. Pickering family

We enjoyed a family game of volleyball in the pool and they had all the necessities such as the ball and net. The property team was fabulous, the AC wasn't cooling on the second floor and they had someone out within hours to repair it. The golf cart they provided was very useful for a quick ride over to the beach. We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The only issue we had was the grill by the pool didn't have a propane tank so we couldn't use it but they did provide a small charcoal grill. Other than that we loved the home.

The property was in immaculate condition, with more than enough space for my family of 13. It's conveniently located in the heart of Destin among restaurants and shops and only a walk away from the beautiful beach. We will definitely return!

The description of the property was accurate and was even better in person than expected. The kitchen lay out was perfect for a family that loves to cook together and eat together. The golf cart was fun and great for shuttling us back and forth to the beach and club house. The only thing that was not supplied was an iron. We could not have asked for a better vacation! This Destin location was private and luxurious!!!
