Emerald Sol is a newly updated vacation rental cottage in Destin, FL, located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, so you can stroll down and enjoy the beach, lounge in the sugar white sand, or catch a breathtaking sunset. Emerald Sea can be rented by itself or with the home behind it, Emerald Sea, for a two-family or group vacation.

***Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea now offer a brand new private pool shared between both homes! The pool can be heated for an additional fee.***

This updated pet-friendly vacation rental home has been recently remodeled and is perfect for a beach vacation! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, and the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle. The full bathroom has just recently been renovated as well. The living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa. French doors lead to a private patio, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and delight in the fresh air rolling in from the Gulf, which is only a short stroll away. This vacation rental home can easily accommodate up to 9 guests!

Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea both have the same layout, contain a washer and dryer in each home, and share a private pool between the two homes. This is the perfect situation for a two-family vacation or a beach getaway with a group of friends.

Beach access: Just across the street and a few minutes walk from the rental is a newly built beach access for your use! This beach access includes parking for vehicles, including golf cart parking and bike parking, with a large deck plaza leading down to the white sandy beach, an ADA accessible boardwalk/dune walkover, restroom facilities, and a picnic pavilion with dune walkover.

Miramar beach ⛱️

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is very close to the beach within walking distance and other things are located just around the corner.

Great Location, close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Sol. The unit was great and provided everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation. The best thing about this location is the proximity to the public beach, which wasn't crowded at all. They have beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards and other beach toys for you to enjoy. We definitely would stay here again!

Great!

Location was great! Pool was nice temp and clean. The beach wagon and toys were appreciated and used by us! The house was nice and I love the covered porch. The house managers communicated with text and right away with info about door code etc. very convenient. Having golf cart is a must and made super easy and a great spot and extension cord already run and present was great.

Great Location

The cottage was very nice inside, but could use some paint and repairs on the exterior trim and deck. We had a minor problem with the TV and toaster, which were both addressed by the management company in a timely manor. The cottage was very clean and kitchen well equipped. The pool is very nice, but we did not use it due the colder than normal February weather. You can pay additional money to have the pool heated, but we chose not to do that. The location was wonderful-close to the beach, stores, and restaurants.

Emerald Sol

We recently stayed in the Emerald Sol house. There were eight people that stayed and we managed only having 1 bathroom the entire week...we were a little scared about this! I would definitely like to try and rent the 2 houses together next time to be able and have pool access whenever instead of sharing the time with another family. I just feel like this would be more personal. But, overall, everything went well. The house is so close to the beach which is excellent! We rented a golf cart and were basically able to use it the whole week instead of driving car because everything we needed was pretty close. It was a relaxing and stress free week which was exactly what we were looking forward to having.

Overall, a great house!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Sol, and found it to be a nice house for the 4 of us. We were bummed that the beach access down Alamo street was under construction which made for a longer haul to the beach with two little ones. The shared pool was nice to have, but I am not sure I would rent a house again that provides a shared pool over a pool designated just for our house. Overall, I would recommend Emerald Sol!

Charming Cottage Near the Beach

We enjoyed our time at Emerald Sol. It's a very short walk to the beach. The house was clean and everything worked for us. We even enjoyed the heated pool in the winter!
