We loved every minute of our vacation at the empress 703 condo.
There were a few things that need to be fixed while we were there and they were handled promptly. All but one that a part had to be ordered and did not come in during our stay.

This condo is in a great location. It is across the street from the beach but nothing is blocking the view. The walk to the beach is not far. It is very clean and we had plenty of room. We loved having the 2 living room areas and the 2 balconies. We plan on staying here again in the future. Glasscasa has great customer service!

Reviewer Comments: This 3-bedroom condo in The Empress was super spacious and so reasonably priced. It has two large living rooms which was great since we had the two toddlers with us. The large kitchen table accommodated all eight of us to eat at the same table at the same time. Two large balconies were nice, one overlooks the beach and the other overlooks the pool and amazing lake. The location of the condo was perfect for accessibility to stores, shopping and restaurants. We love Miramar Beach in the Destin area. I would certainly rent this condo and in this complex again.

This 3-bedroom condo in The Empress was super spacious and so reasonably priced. It has two large living rooms which was great since we had the two toddlers with us. The large kitchen table accommodated all eight of us to eat at the same table at the same time. Two large balconies were nice, one overlooks the beach and the other overlooks the pool and amazing lake. The location of the condo was perfect for accessibility to stores, shopping and restaurants. We love Miramar Beach in the Destin area. I would certainly rent this condo and in this complex again.

My only request would be new mattresses on all full-sized beds or at lrast memory foam mattress toppers. The current mattresses are extremely hard and did not provide good night's rest

The view was outstandingly gorgeous.. the sunrises and sunsets were just breathtaking and every night and morning were so different and unique. The outdoor patio lights did not work at night- which was disappointing. We put in new light bulbs, but they didn't come on. We spent a lot of hours out on that patio! also- the kids wanted to watch some dvds- but the dvd player in both living rooms was jammed/ broken. they ended up having to watch in the bedrooms. There was plenty of room for us on the beach (I realize it was off season) to set up our own umbrellas and chairs so we didn't have to rent. We were slightly frustrated when we arrived that we coulnd't get in right at 4- you have to wait until the housekeepers are done- so anytime between 4 and 6 they let you in. Our fault for not understanding quite right! But after driving all day it was hard to wait and get back in the car until we got the text. The staff was a little rough around the edges dealing with that misunderstanding, but I can't blame them! We didn't want to leave and wish we could have extended our stay. The two living room spaces were lovely, and we used the back deck to put all the beach gear so it didn't dirty the house. Overall we had a wonderful time- and hope to come back to this unit!

Rooms are spacious, and comfortable with lots of closet space.. Balconies are all large with excellent views from all. Access to parking, pool, and beach excellent! WE usually rent one but all the one directly in front of us were all reserved for Seascape guests.

Typically, if you contact the chair service vendor ahead of time they are able to set up chairs in a timely manner for you. If that specific area is already reserved for a certain condo complex, space can be limited. We hope that next time we can assist you with the process to improve your experience!
