Great location. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. A handful of restaurants are a walkable distance. The pool is very private. Plenty of outdoor space in the pool area.

The house was large enough to accommodatea family of 11. If any questions or concerns an answer was received promptly. Some had to work while there and had to use our hot spot to get internet. Master tv and bedroom with 2 queen beens was not hooked up. Repair people came saw the issue never returned to correct. Little scary riding to the beach on golf carts because of busy highway with kids. Some of our party that arrived early went to the beach and had to pay 20.00 to park. Be sure to check that out so you do not have to pay. Swimming pool next to house was nice but disappointing at the same time. It served its purpose. Mattresss on all beds needs to be replaced. If you pay 6500.00 for 6 nights house accomodations should be superb. Ceiling fan in den stopped 1st day.

Great vacation. Pickleball and community pool with hot tub were perfect. Golf carts came in handy, lots of beach chairs and coolers were great as well. Any issue we had was sorted out quickly .

The house was great. Plenty of room for the family of 13. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing about the house was the upstairs was alot warmer while down stair was cooler. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Loved having the golf carts to use, but the brakes were not the greatest, big safety concern. Golf carts made it easy and convenient to get to the ocean/public access but limited parking and you shared parking with the restaurant. I definitely would not walk to the beach. That would be to far. The destiny east pool was big but the water was pretty warm. Felt like you were in a hot tub. Usually you swim to cool off because its so hot outside. Same for the pool at the house.

Enjoy the open concept from the kitchen living room and dinning. Also we can see the kiddos from the kitchen swimming. Rooms were big enough including the restrooms. The bunk beds were awesome for the kiddos. The beach was not even far from our rental house. Overall we had so much fun and comfortable with this house rental.

I stayed with my daughter and her family at the Goldfinch over spring break. It is a beautiful home and very roomy. It was pretty chilly while we were there so we had the pool heated which was perfect. The kids were able to swim every day. The house is well stocked with anything you could possibly need and the location was great. We were able to walk to some of the restaurants and we use the golf carts provided to drive to others and to the beach each day. The goldfinch is located in a gated neighborhood which is very safe For the kids to ride their bikes. We are planning another stay for next summer!

The house is very large and beautiful! My daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren and I spent a wonderful week at the goldfinch. The location is great and I love that it’s a gated area, safer for the kids to ride bikes and play. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and some that you can even walk to. The beach is just out the back gate and beautiful. The property managers are very accessible to answer any of our questions. The clubhouse with its amenities and playground were a big hit with the kids. We made many memories and are planning to go back next year.

We had 11 people and had plenty of room. It was so nice to have a dining room table where we could all sit together at during meal time. It was very handy to have the golf carts available to explore. One of the golf carts does need new batteries as it wouldn’t hold a charge very long. We did wish there was a little more seating in the living room. Nonetheless, these things wouldn’t keep us from booking this property again. We really enjoyed Bad *** coffee company, Pedro’s, Margararitaville, The Donut Hole and the Crab Trap. We had a ton of fun going to Crab island using a double decker pontoon boat we rented from the Double the Fun rentals. Made wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

The one downfall I would say is you need to make sure you bring pretty much everything from salt to pepper, extra shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper and more. Even though you are provided one small amount to get you started that is not enough for one week with 10 people. I have been to lots of homes where they at least have some extra condiments available for the basics that you need for cooking or around the house needs. The master downstairs shower door needs to be scrubbed a little better since it is enclosed shower but Besides that -no complaints at all. We had a wonderful time.

The house was perfect for us. The golf carts made it super convient to get to the beach, and the pool kept the kids happy while we werent at the beach. Plenty of local places deliver with door dash so social distancing was easy. The internet was fast (100 down/20 up) so working while I was there was great. Overall really happy, and we'll definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room with excellent sleeping accommodations. The location was great. Just inside the Hwy 98 gate to Destiny East. The pool was small, but adequate and the two golf carts were great for getting around locally. We come to Destin every fall, but I will probably not come back this time of year again because of the crowds. Insane.

There were 11 of us staying and this home had plenty of room, and was very conveniently located to the beach which was a short ride on the golf cart away. The maintenance staff was very accommodating in attending to the only issue we had which was an old worn out rusty grill When notified they immediately replaced the grates that evening and then delivered a brand new grill the following day. Highly recommend this home and Destin Palms...

We watched a movie at the clubhouse with our 6 year old granddaughter, We are going to try to make this a yearly event. The kitchen is the best equipped than any other rental. We do think the couches need to be replaced, way to soft.

Great location for shopping and dining and the beach just a short walk or golf cart ride away. Great experience with the management company made it easy for check in. The pool was heated and ready to go for us. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware that we needed! That's important for our family, as we like to hang out and cook together. We will definitely try and rent this house again!

The house was big enough for all 11 of my family and we also were able to bring our family dog with us.The house is gorgeous and set in the back of Destiny East away from the busy beach area but close to Highway 98. So running out to pick up something, eating at restaurants, and shopping at the outlets is convenient. There are 2 golf carts that came with the house and those were so fun to take back and forth to the beach, rides up Scenic 98 and even to Brewsters for ice cream. The amenities of Club Destiny are the nicest of any other place we have stayed over the past 9 years. The private pool is a nice to have for times you don't want to go to the beach or a young one needs a nap. The staff and management company were very easy to work with, answer questions, and quick to help any problem that came up.

Maybe 11 am would be better, if not noon. It wouldn't take more than 4 hours to clean and inspect.

We do offer a late check out for an extra fee, but we have a large amount of properties that need to be clean between 10am (check out time) and 4pm (check in time). - Destin Palms Management

We requested to be able to check in early in case we arrived to Destin early and management quickly gave us the OK and the keyless door code to be able to check in early even though we arrived past 4pm. Already off to a good start! Once settled in, we wanted to check out the beach right away which wasn't far at all from the house. The golf carts were helpful providing us with a quick ride to the beach which was just right behind the community. The amenities in this house provided my family with enough but that was the least of our worries :) The pool was PERFECT to unwind and relax at night and especially for the kids when they didn't want to go to the beach. We had some minor problems during our stay but management was always there to quickly answer our questions and give us peace of mind :) Overall, a great experience! We would love to stay here again!
