Pros: This condo is in a great location. You walk out the sliding glass door and you are just a few step away from the beach. Beach was not over crowed. The condo is located near some great restaurants.
Cons:
The condo is next to the elevator so you here all the people getting on the elevator. not a big deal but did get woke up a couple times as some people we obviously enjoying themselves a bit much.
Overall we had a great stay and would book again as the location for the price was great and had a great week staying there.

The place was really nice and cozy, love the decoration, just a few steps from the beach.
Is a nice and small place just the right size for a family with kids, the only thing that I can mention is the sofa cama, that one is not comfortable, besides that the kitchen is fully equipped, laundry room so convenient and also the heavy backdoor for the easy access to the beach and pool.

Any time you can stay in a place, home, condo etc. and all you have to do is walk out the door and you are on the beach, well, it can't get any better than that. Glass Casa was perfect for me and my husband. We had wonderful mornings on the beach and cool afternoons in our apartment.
Glass Casa is centrally located and near all of the places you want to go.
We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small unit is perfectly positioned - steps away from the boardwalk to the beach or the pool in the other direction. The ground level provides quick, convenient access to your room anytime it is needed. Location of Mainsail resort provides shopping, restaurants and other activities (Baytowne Village and Harbor Boulevard) only a few minutes drive. Groceries are only a short drive as well if you plan to use the kitchen during the stay.Only downsides to the unit are that there are not any kitchen staple food items (salt pepper, cooking oil, etc.) so bring what you can and try not to have extra if you are traveling by airline. There is plenty of cookware and variety for anything you may need in that case. The pull out couch bed is also not very comfortable if that is something you need/plan to use.

The location was great! The convenience of beach only a boardwalk distance away with “shower” for rinsing off sand, pool, plus nearby food, shopping and extra activities was amazing. The chair and umbrella service by Mainsail was nice but there were also extra chairs available in the unit (possibly left from prior guests but nice to not need to buy when traveling and only able to use for short period). Highly recommend this unit at Mainsail and Glass Casa. Will be looking forward to another visit in the future.

My friends and I went on a girls trip and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Quick walk to the beach on the board walk, and it was easy to get back to the room if needed, since it was a beachfront condo. It’s right across from the outlet strip, so we literally turned and went through the traffic lights to the outlet. This was also in close proximity to many beachfront and close by restaurants. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved this place. Couldn’t have been any closer to the beach. Loved the ground level location. Had everything you needed to cook. Decorated nicely. Would definitely stay here again. Yes it smelled a little mildewy but nothing we couldn’t get past.

Family had a great time and would visit again. Some difficulty with checkin, but room was great! Not impressed with beach rental staff - not very friendly. Despite these 3rd party setbacks, the condo, location and beach were fantastic!

This condo was perfect for us and our 6 year old daughter. It was well decorated and equipped for a comfortable stay. You can walk right out the sliding doors and be just a few steps to the beach, this made it very convenient to go back and forth. Kim is wonderful to deal with, she answers all questions quickly and clearly. We would gladly rent this condo again!

Check in was not explained well. No one at the gate when we came through. Great property, very cozy. Only complaint… 74 is to warm especially when sleeping!

I absolutely loved this place! Roomy living and kitchen areas. One reviewer said the bedroom is small, and it is, but fine for a vacation stay. Another said the shower was too small even for a small person and they had to open the shower door to get out of the water, but the shower head is mounted in the ceiling and is really large, like being in a rain shower! All you have to do is adjust the shower head so the water is flowing away from you. The person I spoke with in the office was super and very helpful, I arrived on the weekend and she told me to call her any time I needed anything at all. The unit I stayed in is right at the beach, I loved being just steps from the sand! I really can't say enough about how fabulous this place is, I will definitely be going back there when ever I can!
