Mainsail 243

Beautiful unit, comfortable beds, lots of sun on balcony in morning and cool shade in the afternoon.The tub could be updated, it was clean but older. Washer and dryer was great and useful. A few kitchen condiments would be helpful, we did grab our own. Beach is awesome, beach attendants very approachable and friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. We truly loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is wonderful. The condo is very clean! The only downside to the whole stay was the parking at the condominium. If it is a busy time of year, parking can be hard to find & the community doesn’t allow you to park in the owners spots. We will be staying here again in the future!!

The condo was perfect for my family! There were 3 of us & it was just enough space. The view is breathtaking! The only complaint I would have is the door from the living room to the patio is really heavy & extremely difficult to close. The same one is in the primary bedroom

What an absolute beautiful condo. Very clean and updated. Amazing view of the ocean. 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was great too and has a fun kiddie area that is completely gated. The host has great communication and promptly answered any questions I had.

The condo we rented was as advertised, clean and spacious with views of the beach. Unloading and packing up can be somewhat of a pain as you have to park a good ways away from the condo itself. You have to be on the beach at 7:30 AM each day to if you want a front row set of beach chairs. You must stay there until the beach setup crew checks you in sometime between 8:30 - 9:00 AM

With the exception of no washer until Wednesday it was enjoyable. The fact that there were no beach chairs without paying for them was kind of frustrating. Not able to sit in front of reserved spots. Owner should consider beach chairs instead of coupons that are only good for 1 person per visit.

The view, the king size bed and the water pressure were my FAVS!! Everything was as pictured, A/C worked great, the kitchen was fully stocked. The room is located close to the elevator which made our trips to the beach nice, literally steps away!! Loved that you have a close visual of the pool from the balcony. We also took advantage of the grills one night. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The condo was gorgeous, perfectly decorated and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

I will say the balcony door is tough to get in and out of but thankfully I had my husband to help with that. *** If it's your first time here DEFINITELY ask the lady at the gate to point you in the right direction of building and floor.
The building/unit numbering is super confusing if you don't. EXAMPLE- This unit is 243, so you automatically think 2nd floor. Nope 243 stands for building 2, floor 4, unit 3. We helped so many other people while we stayed trying to find their unit because it's confusing but that's nothing against this actual unit but the whole Mainsail property.

Overall, we plan to stay here again the unit is so nice and very updated.

This was the first time I have rented where the property was even better in person than in the pictures. The unit was in an ideal location, steps from the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable and the views amazing. Morning coffee on balcony was very relaxing. The rental company Glass Casa provided easy check in and check out. They were accessible to answer any and all questions. I would come back in a heartbeat.

There are no wine glasses so bring your own. The door to the balcony is also difficult to lock. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean.
