Majestic Sun 1007B

The condo was wonderful and clean. We weren’t in it much except to sleep or shower but we loved every bit of our stay.

Location is key, to be right across the street from a beautiful beach where you do not have to walk a lot along with an awesome pool in the building can’t get any better. We were on 10th floor and elevators were super fast. Good ice cream in the building on ground level and amazing coffee and food down the street. We didn’t even watch tv because that balcony was worth every penny

The condo was in the perfect location, able to see the beach from the balcony, which is what we wanted. The walk to the beach was so easy. It was the closest we’ve ever been before. We’ve had many places that were on the beach that were a further walk than what we had here.

My family and I were so impressed with how nice the facility/rooms were (we rented out 2 condos), nothing can beat that gorgeous ocean view right off our balcony (we saw dolphins one morning off the balcony!!) and you're literally an elevator ride and steps away from the beach! Highly recommend!!

I found it odd that there wasn't an entertainment center in the living room for the cable box. All in all it was an amazing vacation. So much so that we are looking to buy a condo here :)

The location of this condo is perfect and the staff working for the management company were very friendly and professional. The first night we had 6 adults staying... The kind bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but the pullout sleeper sofa felt like a typical sleep sofa... "Lumpy" and the twin bunks aren't the best for adults but I am sure they would be great for kids. The view was magnificent! All you see from inside this condo is the ocean! It's beautiful. Location was awesome!! Love the bike/running path right in front of it. Great restaraunts near it and took advantage of the outlet mall 1 mile away. Will definitely be back next year! Thank you Destin Palms Vacations for a great getaway!!

Quick and easy access to the white sandy beaches, convenient distance to many restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with all we needed to make our stay a comfortable, relaxing, stress-free beach getaway. This unit could use some room darkening shades in the master bedroom to help dim the light that shines into the bedroom window from the entryway during the evening hours. Also the patio door was quite difficult to open and close. The booking staff from Destin Palms were very professional and helpful and made our booking process quick, smooth and pleasant. Destin is a wonderful beach vacation spot to come relax and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the turquoise waters. Everywhere that we have visited in Destin we have found the people to be very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a super visit!

We were given accommodations that started and ended on a Monday. This was the biggest selling point for us. It is very tough to find a rental that will allow for a non-weekend start and finish. The beach service was amazing. There was a bit of a walk to the beach, but it never bothered me. Just a total of 3 minutes from our room to laying on the beach. So wonderful and will look to visit again.

The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the view was fabulous! We drank coffee every morning and ate every meal on our balcony to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. Another great plus was the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided in the room for our use. We can't wait to come back to Majestic Sun and 1007B!
