Majestic Sun 1008B at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a beautiful newly renovated, beach view, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach condo located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This vacation rental condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly renovated and updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine as well as a regular coffee maker, and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat guest comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bath. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area off the hallway, perfect for small children. There is a full bathroom located off the common areas as well. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This vacation rental, Majestic Sun 1008B, sleeps a total of 6. Perfect for your next family vacation to the beach!

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Awesome View!

We rented the condo for a week and had a great time. The condo is cozy and provided ample space for all four of us. The views from the balcony are spectacular and great for sitting in the morning while sipping coffee.

Everything you could possibly want in a place.

For some reason the maps took us to the owners parking lot, but there was competent staff available at the time to direct us to the right location. Loved using the washer dryer in the unit.

Terrific Stay!

Totally enjoyed our time in Majestic Sun 1008B! Breathtaking Gulf view, proximity to shopping, restaurants all pluses. One minor point....some basic cleaning products would have been appreciated. Other than that stay was Perfect! Would definitely return.

Wonderful experience

Extremely satisfied. This place was very nice inside, with an Ocean View. The unit was very clean and updated nicely. I would definitely recommend this property. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful view

Location was great and amazing view Walking distance to restaurants and .8 mile to grocery and 1 mile to outlet mall Beach chairs and umbrella provided No cooler provided Most places only supply 1 little soap and no shampoo etc..... we would stay here again

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing time in Miramar Beach! This condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked with dishes and other necessities. The bed was comfortable. The view was gorgeous!

Review from our vacation

The room was outstanding—spotlessly clean, fully functional, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. However, the HOA should address the ongoing elevator issues at the resort. Despite this, I would definitely book this room again.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. The view was awesome and the condo was very clean. I would recommend that the shower heads in the bathrooms be updated. They don't have much water pressure. Other than that, it is a great place.

A great vacation spot!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach. It was a quick walk to the beach. The view from the private balcony was amazing. It was located near restaurants and shopping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for us to save a little money by preparing some meals in the unit. The washer and dryer in the unit was great as well. We would recommend this rental for families that was a great getaway.

Beautiful

This vacation condo was stunning. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. We loved that the beach was just steps away and our kids loved the pools! They have a nice rinse off area for after the beach also located in the pool area which is super helpful. The condo had everything we need and was very clean and new. We loved the two bathrooms with showers! It was a wonderful vacation and hope to come back soon!

Definitely would stay here again

Majestic Sun 1008B

The unit was very clean as was the balance of the complex. Parking was a challenge especially because construction took up too many spaces. We were very disappointed to be told that we could not rent this same unit next year even though we received a text message from Glass Casa telling us that we would have first choice for this same unit. We said yes and later was told it wasn't available.

Wonderful place to stay

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo with a fantastic view of the beach from the balcony/living space. It was exactly as described in the listing. Wonderful place to stay for our entire family!
Master bed comfortable and lots of clean linens and towels for our use! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
Great location! Very convenient to the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants.
The umbrella and 2 chairs were in the room, so we didn’t have to rent the chairs.
Overall this was an excellent place to stay and we’ll be back!

Awesome Stay!

We have been to Destin now several time however this was the first time staying at Miramar beach. The Condo was beautiful, clean and the view was amazing. It is in walking distance to everything you need. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great vacation. The condo was extremely clean, well furnished, recently remodeled and the beds were all very comfortable. It is likely the best condo I have every stayed in. The location was also fantastic. I was concerned about parking, but parking was close and never an issue finding a place to park. We spent much of our time out on the balcony looking at the view. Just gorgeous.

Could not have been any better

This place was awesome. the only negative was the parking depending which unit, either "A"" or ""B"". A has direct access to the parking garage. Would I go back? Absolutely"
