Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up, which made our visit very enjoyable. Great condo, wonderful views, and well appointed. Had 2 issues which were resolved by maintenance within hours. The washer does not do even a decent job of washing clothes. Pool was great and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very comfortable. Everyone we met was friendly. The view is awesome. The beds and pillows are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans and accessories. Access to the pools and the beach was convenient. The beach chairs are great--easy to carry with lots of pockets. (There are a few stairs at the beach entrance--so taking a wagon wasn't the best plan.) We enjoyed the sandy beach and clear, beautiful green water! The management team and staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had an unusual situation and were kind of a pain 🤷🏼‍♀️ but they were so patient with us. They really care about their renters. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful Spring Break Week 2025! Walked into the condo and everything was as the pictures show. Minor scratches in some areas but everything functioned well and as expected. On site management is super nice and helpful with all your needs. This is the nicest unit we've stayed in this building and was just perfect for us. We would return again for sure. Nice and spacious 3 bed, 3 bath. Lots of natural lighting due to being a side unit with extra windows. Kitchen is nice with everything you'll need during your stay.

Always a great time at the Majestic Sun. Great food at some of our favorite restraunts(Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's) as they are close. And still close to many others that we enjoy. Great weather for a fishing trip. The condo was well supplied with all that we needed to have the conveniences of home. Definetely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time! Great location and incredible view. Indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for kids and adults after a long day at the beach. We were able to enjoy swimming while being able to stay out of the sun for a bit. I would recommend 10/10

Loved the starter dish soap, laundry detergent. Main complaint was elevators: only 1 of 3 working on busy Saturday; not acceptable for price we paid

Wow, what a gem! Stepping into this condo felt like diving into a slice of paradise. It’s decorated with such a cozy flair—stylish yet welcoming. It hit the perfect note of 'fancy' without losing that ‘kick off your shoes and relax’ vibe. And the updates were gorgeous! It’s clear every choice was made with guests in mind.
The location was the cherry on top. Just 20 steps to the beach made beach trips a breeze.
Our host was the superhero of hospitality. Super responsive, they swooped in to save the day when my son left his cross chain behind, coordinating a smooth handoff with a friend. Talk about going the extra mile!
In short, this condo is a bright spot in Miramar Beach. It’s the perfect backdrop for making memories and laughter-filled evenings. A huge thanks to our host for an unforgettable stay. Can’t wait to come back soon, as in I need to book for next year already!

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a wonderful time. Property as described. We had a couple questions for the host and were able to get them answered immediately. We were missing a few items in the condo, and host brought them the following day which we really appreciated. Lots of space! 3 bathrooms was so nice! The beach access is so easy, right across the street. This 11th floor view was really beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen was so helpful! Thanks for a wonderful week!

I have rented multiple units over several years at the Majestic Sun in Miramar / Destin. This was hands down the best unit I have rented. It was clean, well taken care of, and the decor / furnishings were perfect to make you really feel at home at the beach! Great layout and great property. This condo worked perfectly for my family of four. Our college age daughters were thrilled they did not have to share a room. The view was breathtaking! When I couldnt find a blender for our frozen drinks the site manager had a brand new blender sent up that same morning. We felt safe and the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

It was clean and had somewhat decently stocked kitchen. We love that this is so close to anything you would want to do...restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The Surf Hut is 3-4 minutes down the road and is our favorite restaurant. It is worth checking out. You won't be sorry if you book this condo!!

This was our first time in Destin, and even though the weather was not ideal, we made the best of our stay! The condo was great, very clean, cute and convenient, with ust a short walk across the street to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

The property was in good condition and the staff was attentive to every need we had. The view from the balcony was better than expected! We saw dolphins in the Gulf almost every day! We were also able to enjoy the local restaurants. All are a bit pricy for seafood - but being on vacation we expected as much. Captain Dave's was outstanding! Locally caught grouper was awesome. Check out the Surf Hut too. It's a new place but sure to be a "must try" soon. We also checked out AJ's Seafood and Oyster Bar in Destin. Very nice place with great view of the harbor and good food! I would highly recommend the unit to anybody with a big family. We had seven in our group and utilizing the sofa bed it worked out great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were only two of us but we wanted plenty of space and a fantastic beach view - we got both. Balcony, kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and spacious enough. Master and guest bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds but the king bed in the bunk room squeaked terribly. The couch was very uncomfortable and stained but we weren't there to sit inside and people simply not caring about property that wasn't theirs were to blame for all the stains. Sad. Everything else was spotless. The condo was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores and right across the street from the beach - five minute walk. We visited during off season so the pool was rarely crowded and we didn't have an issue parking. I can imagine it gets packed during peak season though. Many luggage carts available in main entrance. Free daily activities were very appreciated. Staff forgot to set up golf cart rental but immediately refunded waiver fee after being notified. We would definitely stay again.

Beach and pool are easy to get to and there are 3 restaurants that we were able to walk to. We have young children and had no issues within the condo. We never heard a single noise from the neighboring unit, which included a night or two of a group of young guys who seemed to be there to have a good time. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Overall a great stay and we intend to look at this condo first on our next trip to Miramar.

We have a very small pull along and they wouldn't let us park it anywhere on their property. Even though the entire top of the parking garage with the empty! We had an issue for the first two days of our vacation they were giving us the runaround, then finally they let us park it underneath the building. At first they kept saying we had to rent a storage to put it in and of course all the storage lots were full. After much hassle for two days they finally came up with a solution. After that the vacation was perfect !!!

Beautifully decorated! Condo was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed +++. The laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer was a wonderful surprise too. We had a mixer stop working and it was replaced immediately. Rental app made check in easy and seamless especially for our 4 teenagers!

It was clean and had somewhat decently stocked kitchen. We love that this is so close to anything you would want to do...restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The Surf Hut is 3-4 minutes down the road and is our favorite restaurant. It is worth checking out. You won't be sorry if you book this condo!!
