Enjoy stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun from this beach updated condo during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. Majestic Sun 301B at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the third floor and sleeps a total of 10. This newly updated vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to 2 guest. The kitchen is features new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would need for a home cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to 6. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony and has its own private bath. The second bedroom is a king suite with a an HDTV and private bath. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 10.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING - Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

FREE VIP Perks (DESTIN) -- You will receive access to do each of the following activities once a day, every day of your stay. The free VIP perks include a dolphin cruise, parasailing, golf, Urban Air Adventure & Trampoline Park, & Baytowne Wharf's Adventure Zone. This is our way of saying thanks for choosing Glass Casa! *Please note: The free passes are per reservation & not per guest. They are non-cumulative. Select activities are seasonal & based on location of the rental. Excludes day of departure. Not available to monthly renters.

Moms 40th

We enjoyed our stay so much! The view and people watching were great. Beds were very comfortable. I would just ask for at least two garbage bags (there was only one). And the dining table paint made the table sticky very difficult for card playing:)

Perfect beach view

The unit was the perfect size for our family. We loved the view of the beach and pool from the condo. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds.

2021 Destin Vacation

We were well pleased with Destin Palms. We loved the condo we stayed in at Majestic Sun. The pictures, and layout of the property was very accurate. It was very clean, and well maintained. The ocean front view was great! Destin Palms customer service was great to work with, and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends. I would definitely use Destin Palms again to book a future vacation in Destin. Miramar beach was great! It is a good location to restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling and dolphin cruise aboard the Sea Blaster. Thank You Destin Palms!

Paradise!

Rental was as described! Big and spacious! Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards in the until which was a great surprise! Kitchen appliances could use some updating but overall A+ rental. Would definitely stay here again!

Average Place

The condo did the trick. The furniture could be updated throughout the place. The bunk beds aren't bunk beds just stacked regular beds.

Beautiful beach and views

This condo was in the prefect location for us. It’s located right above the outdoor pool so with 6 teenagers we were easily able to keep our eyes on them. No worries about the noise in pool area. They strictly enforce the 10pm closing time. Plenty of space for all 8 of us in condo. Great location. Super clean resort. Walking distance to eat, shop, coffee house, on site souvenir shop. We cooked a lot during the week so our only suggestion would be to add more kitchen items such as pot holders, basic kitchen utensils, chopping knives etc. If you have favorite pieces you cook with you can always bring them! Had a great week and will be back!

Great Stay Again at the Majestic Sun

2nd stay at the Majestic. First stay was 15 years ago and was a little concerned how it might have aged. Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the Condo. The condo had everything we needed. Wonderful view of the ocean. The condo is right above the pool, so expect some noise until 10. Extra beach chairs in the closet came in handy. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking. Folks at Destin Palms Vacation were very helpful.

Great Locaton

My family really enjoyed staying at this facility. There were a lot of fun activities to enjoy within close proximity of the condo building. Check-in/check-out process was easy and we didn't have to worry about arriving late in the evening. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a lot of space for us and our three children.
