Majestic Sun 301B

Room was clean and comfortable had beach chairs boogie board. However there was no USB ports and needs a few minor maint updates light over stove. My biggest problem was the on site security my wife was in a wheelchair so i locked our rented beach chair out on the balcony out of the way to keep beach sand out of the room and security confescated a wheelchair!! WTF they could have just left a note or knocked on the door and talked to ne but no they had to be tough guys and cut the lock that the rental company had to come out and replace. Also had parking issue with my golf cart night security said it was good to put cart with my truck in the extended handicap spot but the day security told me he was going to ticket me and called me a liar when I told him night security told me it was ok. Agian all he had to do is explain to me that the 3rd floor room has direct acess to the 3rd floor parking deck and it would be easier for me. I had to find that out later. Glass Casa was very helpful in all of the sutuations and did great handling the reservation even got our room ready early. As far as recomendation Im in the fence if it was great for attending the topeka event but if I was not attending the Topeka event I would probably look at different properties and compare.

We rented this property as a family of 7. 4 Adults and 3 kids. We found the place to be awesome and very comfortable and clean. The location was the best. Right across the street from the beautiful beach. When we texted the management company with questions they responded back very quickly. The amenities were great. Fully stocked kitchen, enough bath towels, They supplied 2 dishwasher soap tablets as well as 2 washing machine tablets for wash. I would recommend this property to anyone and even have thoughts of returning with friends. Gift shop in lobby as well as a very good and popular ice cream place next to the lobby. One pool is heated and one is not. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
A few suggestions that could be an improvement: 1.) they need more towel racks in each of the 3 bathrooms. Hanging wet towels was a problem. 2.) there were no scissors in the kitchen 3.) We were never given the gate code to go from the pool to the beach. We had to ask other guest. 4.) A list of what you would like the guest to do when leaving the condo would help. Like should we run the dishwasher and leave dishes in there (what we did) and would you like us to strip the linens off the bed. These are things that could help the cleaning staff.

The property was as other guests described it. There are some cosmetic issues and the living room furniture did have some stains, but the views and location to the pool and beach far exceeded the imperfections. If you are planning to stay you may consider packing extra garbage bags, paper products, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and spices if you plan to cook.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The view and people watching were great. Beds were very comfortable. I would just ask for at least two garbage bags (there was only one). And the dining table paint made the table sticky very difficult for card playing:)

We had a great Stay with great views. Very well stocked kitchen and we loved having a fan in the master bedroom. The property was very well monitored and quiet time was strictly enforced which was nice since the room was right above pool. The only thing I would suggest is new patio furniture it's way rusty and at least two garbage bags (there was only one). Oh and most importantly beds were comfy!

Awesome location, but condo itself might need a little attention to, hallway restroom especially. Shower head need to be replaced to reduce water pressure, a little renovation would be great in there too. 3rd bed room with bunk bed, both bunk beds are very squeaky, might need to re-tight nuts, other bunk bed might need more wood to supports the top bed.. other than that, unit is good for family vacation.

This condo was in the prefect location for us. It’s located right above the outdoor pool so with 6 teenagers we were easily able to keep our eyes on them. No worries about the noise in pool area. They strictly enforce the 10pm closing time. Plenty of space for all 8 of us in condo. Great location. Super clean resort. Walking distance to eat, shop, coffee house, on site souvenir shop. We cooked a lot during the week so our only suggestion would be to add more kitchen items such as pot holders, basic kitchen utensils, chopping knives etc. If you have favorite pieces you cook with you can always bring them! Had a great week and will be back!

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the Condo. The condo had everything we needed. Wonderful view of the ocean. The condo is right above the pool, so expect some noise until 10. Extra beach chairs in the closet came in handy. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking. Folks at Destin Palms Vacation were very helpful.
