Beautiful place and wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again. Couple drawbacks for us were the curtains woke you up super early with the sun at 6am and makes it hard to get some rest - especially in the master bedroom. Kitchen was fully stocked but odd that simple things like coffee filters or aluminum foil and plastic wrap weren’t provided. Also no salt or pepper. We purchased and left for next guests. Price was a bit high but I guess that’s to be expected in the busy season. But again, wonderful experience for my family of 5 and would book again!

Apartment was clean, bright, had everything we needed.
Staff was very nice and allowed us to store our luggage as the room was not ready only little after 4pm and we arrived earlier believing the room will be ready by 1-2pm as we signed a early arrival agreement so that they can skip the inspection. Needless to say we had a Great vacation. Convenient location, accommodating staff, safe, quiet and comfortable place. Definitely one destination that goes in top 5 beach destinations for us.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated that the room was very clean. I can tell when I walk into rentals how clean it is by looking at the fans and checking for dust and this rental had none. The beds were very comfortable and our daughters loved the bunk beds.

Great View!!! Condo was just like the pictures and fully stocked. Just a short 2 min walk across the street to the beach and several restaurants walking distance to the condo. Check in and out process simple.

We had an EXCELLENT stay at this unit. it is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of food options nearby. the unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that saved us a ton on rentals from the beach service.
For longer stays, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags and dish detergent; they supply you with enough for 2-3 days.
we also had an unfortunate issue with the elevators in building B. of the 3 available 2 were out of service and the 3rd was hit or miss. there were SEVERAL instances where people ended up stuck on elevators for 30+ minutes in 100 degree heat (myself included) due to mechanical failures. Hopefully this is a one off issue with the building.
otherwise, we would certainly come back!! one of our best vacations by far :)

We are just departing after a week long stay. We have visited Destin multiple times and stayed at Majestic Sun every time, each time in a different condo. The location is perfect, accessibility to the beach is perfect, the pool area is wonderful and the beach is gorgeous and well maintained. We really liked 304B and would definitely stay again. Clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. This was the lowest floor we stayed on and with the master bedroom on the front there was some noise from the road when trying to go to bed. The only other issue was the upper bunk bed mattress was not comfortable at all. Other than those minor issues, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back. A few restaurant recommendations-Buffalo Jacks has the best wings in the world, Whales Tail is a must have and Another Broken Egg Cafe was awesome for breakfast/brunch.

Very well maintained, stocked and updated and made for an easy stay. Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, golf, pool and tennis. This is a third floor unit so you do hear more of the road noise during peak weeks.

Building A and building B. This combo is in building B. If you are looking at the front of the condo unit building B will be on your left. Both buildings have a unit 304, go to 304B. Like the updated showers and vanity along with big kitchen counter space. Furniture and decor very nice. Big closet with lots of space which helped with more limited clothing storage options (dressers). View was beautiful! Love the beach, pool area was nicely kept. This was out second time staying at this building and we have enjoyed it both times. My only slight complaint is King bed was starting to show some wear on one side. Would definitely recommend and stay in this unit again.

It was a nice and peaceful vacation, the apartment location is great, it was all renovated and looks cozy and beautiful. The property is very organized and amenities are great. Even though the street in front of the building the noise front it didn’t bother us at all and the view of the ocean was awesome. We plan to come back next year.

Weather was on the chilly side, so the heated pool was great! Check-in and check out was great. We ended up extending our stay and the staff at Destin Palms were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying in this area and second time staying in this building. 304B was by far the nicest and cleanest condo we've stayed in. I do agree with another review that the unit lacked drawer space but that is the only tiny thing I can complain about. There is plenty of closet space. The pictures are exactly how the unit looks in person. Since we stayed in December I can't speak to any beach services. We were steps from the beach, pool and even a short walk to a restaurant right on the beach. Our family regularly used the pool and hot tubs. We will definitely try to stay in this exact unit during our next trip down.

I wouldn’t have to say more, because that describes this beautiful condo in one word, but I will mention some of the great details:We arrived in the evening, after a long travel (from Germany) and were glad, we didn’t have to wait anywhere to check in- with the key code you can go straight to the apartment. It was as clean as can be, furnished very thoughtfully and decorated very nicely. We had everything we needed. Beachchairs and umbrella worked out great. It is just a short stroll to this paradise beach. The kitchen is newly furnished and had more than we expected. Towels to use where clean and soft and we had more than enough. Not only did we love the condo, the whole building was very clean, very nice and there was always somebody taking care of everything. We where there during the off season, so the pool and beach were not crowded at all. And- we did see dolphins from the balcony!We stayed for ten days and will definitely be back. We will not even think about renting another apartment. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place!
