We really liked the unit we stayed at. Very nice and gives a beach vacay vibes. It’s nice that the unit has beach chairs and umbrella and some stuff you could use like board games. It’s right across the beach and Kilwins ice cream is right next door from the 1st flr beach access door of the building.

We enjoyed spending our time in this condo. The view of the ocean was nice although unable to see the sun rise or sun set. But it was still very nice. Enjoyed the hot pool. Joined the aqua aerobics class met a lot of very nice people.

This was an amazing property. Very secure condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Loved the view from the balcony and how short of a walk it was to the beach. Looks and hot tub were also great. We will be back!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Kitchen has all the things! From a blender to sharp knives to a crock pot! Beach chairs too!! Bring your beach towels and clothes and you are set!! Only thing that would have been nice is to be able to access the apps on the tv to be able to watch or rent movies from our apps. But there is cable tv for the evening time. Overall this is a condo that we would rent over and over again. The owners have done an excellent job creating a comfortable space to enjoy the area!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. The condo was well furnished and very clean. The only issue we had was sometimes the elevators were a really long wait. But other than that the condo was great and the trip was really enjoyable.

Spring Break was a success! I was with my daughter and her friends for spring break and we were all able to relax in our beautiful condo, soak in the sun on the gorgeous beaches, as well as enjoy the amenities and local shopping and attractions. The host was always in contact exactly when we needed it - we were never left guessing what was needed to check in or check out. Guides were provided up front with all instructions, wifi passwords, contact info and any other info we might need. The condo was supplied with all the essentials, was clean, adorable and ready for us when we got there. We would definitely visit again!

This place was incredible and just want we wanted/needed. The condo was super clean and spacious. You cannot beat the location! Steps away from crystal clear waters and white sand. The pool was nice and well maintained. The host was very easy to communicate with and was nice enough to give us a heads up about the pest control treatment days before it happened. We can't wait to return year after year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit has everything you need to feel at home. The resort has an excellent location. Even though we went in high season, we did not experience any noise or disturbance from other guests. The communication with the host Glass Casa was always fast and efficient, and best of all, they are located in the lobby of the resort. We will definitely come back.

Deck smaller than most in this bldg but view beautiful and in Jan/Feb if sun's out you can sit out because most of time you are protected from wind. The tile floors spotless. The carpeting in LR is stained. The other beds are in need of update...two adults roll to middle. We had a leak under kitchen sink as soon as we arrived. I think you need a new plumber. He caked enough plumber's putty underneath to choke a cow. Not a good fix. If I were owner, I'd be looking for someone else. Did not like fact we had to run out and get a parking pass for a 3 wk stay. Not to mention staff didn't tell us we were looking for office in a bank. We drove around in circles looking for it. What a pain in the "butt"! Told we were long stay at 3 wks. We stayed in same bldg last year and didn't have to drive elsewhere for parking pass. We have friends in same bldg staying 2 mos and they didn't have to drive elsewhere for parking pass. The rental agency should have this waiting for the guest. Very inconvenient. The sofa sags so pretty uncomfortable, an important detail especially in winter months when person inside more. All in all nice stay.

Thank you for your feedback. The parking pass is a new policy that is being implemented by the Home Owner Association. We have no say in the matter. All guests that stay for longer than a month will need to to go to the office of the Home Owners Association to get the pass. We will reimburse you for the amount of the pass. We even provide all our guests with the address of the Home Owners Association office with instructions on how to get there prior to arrival. Once again thank you for your feed back. 403b was great. Stayed for the month of February and had a wonderful time. Contacted maintenance for some minor issues and all were addressed.
Kitchen appliances, utensils, and supplies left us needing very little - which is rare for some condo rentals.
Only suggestion is the mattresses in the second bedroom may need upgrading.

The location is awesome; 3-4 minute walk down to the beach, which was nice with three kids in tow. The pool area was also a great amenity. The indoor pool was perfect for getting out of the sun with the little ones. Would definitely come to this area again. Only had one question for the management company while there regarding the VIP Discounted tickets for Big Kahunas. I texted them and they responded within minutes with the info I needed. Great experience.

Location is perfect and close to many good restaurants. Walking distance to a drug store, grocery store, post office and church. The pools and hot tubs appear to be very well maintained and very clean. (Carpet could use replacing)
