Majestic Sun 509B

Can’t beat this location! Beach is right across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops that are walkable. Nicely remodeled condo, and there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and tubes provided. In-unit laundry is a perk!
Furniture needs an upgrade. King bed is weird and makes noises with every slight movement. Living room chair is broken. Linens are discolored and yellowing. This is a very busy building and walls are thin. It can get quite loud. Elevators, if working, can get very busy.
Overall, we had a great stay, and this is a great value for the cost!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay at the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach. Glass Casa was such a pleasure to deal with. Our condo was clean and well equipped just as promised. They answered any calls or concern in a timely & friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Glass Casa as a #1 management company. They know how to do customer service well!

Everything was great except for the king bed. Just by sitting on it, it makes the most loud noises! The bed needs to be changed out asap. Everything else was great.

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of 6 with 4 small kids. The views were just breathtaking! We had a slight problem with the sliding door but maintenance was quick to respond and had it fixed in no time! We would absolutely recommend staying here.

The condo was very comfortable and convenient to everything. Beautiful view from the balcony and super easy beach access. Condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped (except for hair dryer). We had a lovely stay!

I am already missing my morning cup of coffee with the beautiful view at 509B. My family decided to travel last minute and safely for a “Christmas Adventure” to the Florida Sun. We were extremely pleased with our stay at 509B. The place was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all dishes, utensils etc. that we needed to cook in . The place was very easy to access and communicate if needed using the Hospitality App. The location was perfect for our family to access the beach, take walks. and the kids really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. We would consider coming back again.

We had a great trip! The decor was great on the inside, nice modern colors & furniture. The condo was very clean and has everything we hoped for. No Keurig but has coffee pot. Has several beach chairs and a large umbrella with some boogie boards and I think there may have been a cooler too. The pools were clean and kept well. We had what we thought were multiple issues with the air but it turns out that if you patio door is open or not closed tight enough it kicks the air off. Poor maintenance people :( we didn’t know and had times where the door was cracked slightly. The door is very heavy but I imagine they all are. The area is descent. It’s busy but close to destin and a short drive to 30A area. We also locked ourselves out of a bathroom. Maintenance is super quick and helpful. The beach is across the street with the best view from the balcony.

They are programmed to shut off when doors are left open so it doesn't overwork and freeze up causing permanent damage to the unit. This is a great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location of the condo is right in the heart of everything. We were able to do many things and eat at some incredible places all within 10-15 minutes from the condo. The VIP activities included with the rental were a great value. The snorkel and dolphin cruise on the Seablaster was the best time.

Location was great for families, bed was the most comfortable ever on vacation, a big + for me. Did feel a little cramp with 5 people but 4 would do just fine. Also, I am use to staying in a house on vacation. I was disappointed the pool was not heated as stated on website. Wanted to swim indoors at night, but water was too cold for me, others may like it.

This unit was clean and had a great view of the gulf. Being on the 5th floor, the road noise below the balcony was audible, but not intrusive. Not terribly spacious if you aren't going to be spending your days on the beach, but slept 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably.

Nice, clean condo perfectly located to right across Scenic Gulf Drive from Miramar Beach. The condo was more than satisfactory itself, but the real bread winner here with this unit/condo complex is its location.

We had a great time on this trip. First time we had rented a condo, and it was a great move. Saved us a lot of money on food. Right on the beach so it was nice to walk out and be in the water. The condo was in great shape, everything worked as it should have. The condo was very modern and felt like home on the beach.

Excellent choice to stay in this unit. Great views as always in Majestic Sun, but the upgrades to this unit made it truly unique and fun to stay in. Would definitely choose this unit again for a future stay.
