Majestic Sun 612B

We like staying at Majestic Sun B for the view have every day. We stay at Majestic Sun because of the concert venue behind the condo. Our unit 612B is very well appointed. This is our second year in this unit. When we arrive we feel we are in our home away from home. It is nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach. We like the balcony that faces the water to eat our meals.

The unit was well appointed with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. We stayed at this unit to be close to the Topeka Concert venue. Would highly recommend this Majestic Sun unit. It was a great stay. Was able to get into the property early. It was easy to communicate with staff. Only comment I have is I wish they would provide more than two trash bags. We already have to bring or buy so much. Throwing an extra trash bag or two would be great. Our group needed three for the week. I had to buy a whole roll of bags because we needed one. Still a great trip and nice property.

This was our 2nd time to stay at the Seascapes resort and we will definitely come back. It was so nice to be able to walk out onto our balcony and see the beach and watch the fireworks. The only thing that I would have improved on our trip was to have all 3 elevators working. It seemed like every day there was a long wait with one of them being down for repairs. Loved this space! It was perfect for my son and myself for a week. The location is great, it had an awesome view and easy access to the beach and was super quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors - we’d definitely stay here again! The kitchen had everything we needed and the closet with beach goodies was an added bonus!

Overall the trip was amazing. The condo was exactly as it was listed. Great views of the ocean, very clean, supplied very well to cook meals, and quiet. We would stay there again. One request to owner is to address the HVAC fan / blower. It was very loud and has an issue, but still kept the place very cool. Again, great place, minor issue in grand scheme of things.

Condo Beautiful and everything about it.

Management Company(MC) raised our rent for 2023 by 40%. My husband inquired a couple of times but said increase due to inflation. My husband asked if they would call owner for us as we were requesting to rent it annually for many years as snowbirds and would agree to an increase but not 40%. They refused to even consult with the owners.

Love condo and would love to rent annually but ended up going with another MC who raised rent only by 5% in same location.

Only issue I had was I found a glob of hair in the bathroom floor so not sure how well it was cleaned but I always carry cleaning supplies and Lysol so I clean bathroom before using. We never had to wait for an elevator and the little shop in the lobby was nice. We slept great the master bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again

The weather was not always great but we were able to walk along the gulf every day and enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. We did not make use of the VIP perks or Live well credit and would rather have a reduction in our rent. There was a 1:00 AM pounding on our door shortly after our arrival to investigate a water problem. We allowed the maintenance to come and look. However we never received an apology and when we reported it the next day the office was not aware of it either. After further investigation a leak was found in our unit and several days of dry wall and painting work was required. At that time we had guests so it was not the best timing, however we understand necessary. We also purchased kitchen towels and dish cloths as well as a can opener for our own use as none were provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and as described. It’s just like the photos. If you enjoy personally owned and run units, this isn’t the unit for you. If you like a more management run feel, this is for you. It compares more to staying in a hotel, Only no calling for coffee or extra pillows (bring your own if you like more than 1) and you’ll have a washer/dryer. I’m still giving 5 stars bc that isn’t something “wrong” it’s just preference. When checking in, I would highly recommend going to the main door and getting a cart rather than the parking ’s a bit of a walk from the garage. We never had an issue finding a spot for our cars but did park on the st most nights bc it is much closer. The location is great for visiting Sandestin and Harbor Walk in Destin

The only difference you will see from these pictures are that the kitchen appliances have all been upgraded to stainless steel. The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable,as was the furniture in the family area, and the view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular!! Would highly recommend, and any chance we get to go back to Destin, we will be renting this again.

The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The bathrooms could both use some updates. The view from our balcony was awesome and we enjoyed spending time out there. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen was complete with everything you would need. We didn't rent a car, so we spent lots of money on Uber rides because there weren't many restaurants within walking distance. Our condo supplied us with chairs and an umbrella, but we opted for Beach service. There were 4 adults in our condo and we had plenty of room. We spent 3 nights. Beautiful beach. Hope to return to Destin again.

We have stayed in many condos up and down Miramar Beach and this unit is our favorite. The ocean view is even better than the pictures. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The furniture and coastal decor really compliment the view. Majestic Sun has a lot to offer and we never got bored. We will definitely stay here again.

Only thing needed some repair is the sink in the guest bathroom. The water will not run out unless the stopper is pulled up high in it. Everything else was very good. The decor was beautiful and had the beach feel. Very comfortable! The beach view was amazing from our balcony. I enjoyed drinking my coffee there every morning. It was fun watching all of the people walking and setting up for their day. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool when we weren't on the beach. Evening crab hunting was a favorite with the grandchildren! We were able to walk to several restaurants. One evening we walked to the local DQ for ice cream.
