Everything was great. Clean, great location, easy access. Only bad thing was the pool and spa workers was kicking you out and locking the doors before the posted close time of 10pm every single night. Otherwise great experience and will be back.

The view is awesome and the location is great - convenient to everything!The staff there were very friendly and helpful, and since the weather was a bit chilly, the heated indoor pool was fantastic!(as long as you get there before all the kids invade!) Had an issue not receiving my codes, etc upon arrival but it was resolved within an hour. Would recommend they include some more basics for those of us who travel by air -salt and pepper, tissues, etc. The main TV needs some attention - blinking light and dark on one side, and there was an annoying voice assistance that narrated all the time that I could not find a way to shut off! Minor inconveniences that didn't take away from the trip!

We were very happy with our second stay in 705B at Majestic Sun, June 14-21. We love the location & condo was very clean. Property management was very helpful from the time we reserved and even after arrival. We mostly eat at restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive.

We spent 4 nights here for a family girls trip. Love the location and proximity to the beach. The pool/ hot tub was nice and really enjoyed the Kilwins on site. The only downside was the dryer in the condo. Had we stayed any longer it would have been an issue. It doesn’t seem to get hot so even the smallest of loads took 3-4 cycles to dry. There aren’t enough towels to not do laundry. We ended up washing and drying our towels over the dining chairs overnight. All and all the stay was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

The instructions for check-in, check-out, parking - everything relayed in a crystal clear manner. Condo was spotless & well equipped. Communications always friendly & professional. The view couldn’t be beat. Love Scenic Gulf Drive for its walkability, bicycling, running and many restaurants. If you aren’t a fan of families with children - you may want something quieter - but we are in 50’s & 60’s and didn’t mind. Elevators get very crowded & 1 was down. Wait times during check in & check out times could get a bit long. That was the only thing we could ding it on.

We definitely enjoyed our time In Miramar. The condo was exactly what the pics looked like. Some things need to be updated but overall everything was great. Only 2 complaints I have are that the dryer isn’t very well it took 2-3 times to dry a load of laundry and the back door is really hard to open and close. Mayb just needs a little oiling but overall we really enjoyed our time and the location was perfect to see the ocean. Oh, 1 more thing the elevators were horrible. They are working on them so hopefully in the future they won’t be as bad.

Nice place! Beautiful views, pools & hot tubs. Easy walk to the beach. Nice surf shop on the first level of the building to pick up souvenirs & boogie boards. The only complaint I have is that the kitchen could use more pans for cooking, such as a frying pan & a cookie sheet or pizza pan. I had to go buy a pan to be able to make eggs. I read this in a previous review & figured that the problem would've been taken care of. It wasn't, so bring some pans from home.

Great to be on the beautiful Gun. Our room faces the emerald green waters. Very relaxing after 2 years of staying indoors. Our room is very neat and clean. Management were quick to respond to and needs or request we had. Would recomend this unit to anyone.

Easy to book and met all of our needs. The balcony door needed some attention and the sliding screen door was just an empty frame. It would’ve been nice to leave the screen door open to keep the little ones inside.

Overall I was satisfied with the place very clean which is very important for us the only thing I can say is maybe upgrade the furniture some of the sofas have a bit of stain. Still, they were clean, just stein some but other than that everything was beautiful no complaints ThankY0u for everything will probably come back In the future.
