G by the Sea is a diamond DELUXE 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit that offers an open, bright floor plan with large floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom, allowing for unobstructed, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked! You will have everything you need to cook a delicious, home-away-from-home meal while overlooking the gorgeous Gulf. The dining room and breakfast bar can accommodate up to 10 people. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate 6 people in the Master bedroom with a King Bed, the Guest bedroom with a Queen Bed, and the Living room with a pull-out Queen Sleeper Sofa. High-quality, plush linens and towels, high-speed speed reliable internet, HDTVs in all rooms (3), and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Notable upgrades include updated coastal furniture throughout, neutral floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains, newly renovated (2024) bathrooms with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, tiled/glass showers (tub in guest bath), and anti-fog LED mirrors.
Beach Equipment Provided: 6 folding beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 7-foot umbrella, stand-up beach wagon, small cooler, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys! A Starter Pack Provided: trash bags, dishwasher and dish soap, laundry detergent. paper towels, and toilet paper.
Majestic Sun is a gated, prominently located, luxury high-rise beachfront resort located in Miramar Beach that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It features tropical landscaping with wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beautiful Gulf. The amenities include a 3200 square foot, large resort-style pool, an indoor pool (heated seasonally), two whirlpool hot tubs, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Majestic sun is part of the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort, which allows access to all their amenities; multiple pools (two heated seasonally), tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, playground, walking nature trails, freshwater lake, and 18-hole golf course on the property. NO SMOKING - Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and vaping prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, hot tubs, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies! Violators may be subject to fines by the HOA and/or eviction.
NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape Security and Local Police. Violators may be subject to fines by the HOA and/or eviction.
BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE STAY
PARKING PASSES - One pass for 1-2 bedrooms, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
NO PETS ALLOWED
NOTE: Peak season may require a 6-7-night stay. Otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round. (Monthly rates are available during winter months).
Glass Casa vacation rental property management is on-site for your convenience at the Majestic Sun. They're located on the 1st floor in the B Building if you need assistance.
