Majestic Sun A413

Absolutely love this condo, you get exactly what you see in the pictures! I have been coming to Majestic Sun since 2015 and can’t see myself going anywhere else! This condo has it all and you won’t be disappointed! I have stayed in different condos throughout the years and 413A is the BEST! G by the sea ❤️. Can’t wait until next year for another 8 days of turquoise crystal clear water ❤️. The only thing that surprised me about the condo was when we arrived and opened the door it was a musky smell but with fresh ocean breeze it was gone in a couple days but this was the first time I’ve ever had that happen.

We had a fantastic stay! This is our 4th stay at Majestic Sun and our first at this particular condo. It was well stocked, had nice decor, a big balcony and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. The guest bathroom tub wouldn’t switch over to the shower…we had maintenance come look at it and he was able to pop it over with a knife, but we opted to just let the girls use our shower. Probably needs a new part, but that was minor. Everything else was perfect and we would be extremely happy to stay here again!

Condo is exactly like the pictures and description. Majestic Sun is a fantastic location to stay. We've stayed at other condos in buildings A&B and always recommend it to others. There's a small store in the bottom of bldg. B if you need extra ice, beach items, clothing, etc. So convenient! Also, there is a Kirwin's ice cream at the bottom of building B. **You can easily walk to the beach and when you walk back, use the showers by the outside pool to get the sand off. If you have children or even if you don't, it's so easy to run back to the room. This is almost priceless.**This condo has been updated and has a very modern but relaxed vibe. Like that it is away from the elevators. BATHROOMS: Awesome showers & love the mirrors with beauty lightingKITCHEN: Clean with plenty of silverware, cooking pans, etc. LIVING ROOM: Spacious with room to put a yoga mat or playpenBALCONY: Love the extra space as compared to the one bedroomMASTER BEDROOM: Comfortable King bed with amazing beach view2nd BEDROOM: Has door directly to hall bathroom. We didn't use it except to store our luggage and extra decorative pillows which we liked having a place to put them that was out of our way. This is a great room

Our stay at G by the Sea (Majestic Sun 413A) was absolutely fabulous! The owners have truly thought of every detail to make your vacation feel just like home.

The cleanliness was outstanding, and the décor was beautiful—every room was newly updated and thoughtfully designed. The view from the balcony was nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to a panoramic view of the Gulf was a dream come true! We even enjoyed watching beachgoers at night with flashlights searching for critters in the sand—such a fun bonus!

The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with towels—plenty for our family of four. The cozy bedding and extra blankets were perfect, especially when cooling off under the well-working A/C.

We were blown away by how well-equipped everything was:
• The beach closet had 4 chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, sand toys, and lots of beach/pool towels.
• The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook—from quick breakfasts to involved dinners.
• The washer/dryer and vacuum came in super handy during our beach stay.

Everywhere we looked, there was another thoughtful touch that showed how much love and care the owners have put into this space.

This was our first trip to the Gulf—and it definitely won’t be our last. And when we return, we’ll be staying only at G by the Sea!

As soon as you walk in the door the beauty is of this condo just takes your breath away. Was equipped with everything you need too! The view was absolutely perfect too! We have stayed at this place before but not this unit. The only down side was the workers that would walk around ask if you had your bracelet on and I seen them with binoculars looking on people's decks which is very rude. Other then that very clean pools and facilities.

My husband and I came across this property after our original honeymoon plans fell through. We were very pleased with our stay! The only thing that we weren’t able to figure out was how to operate the television on the living room. The guide that was provided was for a remote different than the one in the tray. But since we didn’t spend a lot of time here, this did not hugely impact our experience. We loved the close proximity to the beach as well as other activities, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean and larger than pictured. The beach views are unbeatable. We loved the high top table, comfy beds, and separate toilet/shower for getting ready in the master bath. One of my favorite things was the wonderful beach store attached to the Majestic Sun. They have everything you need! The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were exactly what we needed for a Christmas vacation. There’s plenty to walk to- Whalestail, wine tasting, and another beach store. The grocery store and outlets are a quick drive. Remember to bring plastic wrap, salt and pepper, etc. as they clean everything out after each guest. This is a fabulous vacation condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect!! It was extremely clean and much larger than pictured. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The beach view is unbeatable and available from almost every location in the condo. We loved the high top dining table to continue the ocean view. The couches and beds are comfy, and the separate areas for sinks and the toilet/ shower in the master are perfect for getting ready. The heated indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs were a huge plus for a Christmas break vacation, and the beach is basically at your door step. Everyone stops while you cross the street. We didn’t need them, but there was 1 adult beach chair and 1 kid beach chair available. One of my favorite parts was the awesome beach store attached to the Majestic Sun. They have everything you need! You can also walk to the Whalestail, another beach store, and the Emerald Coast Wineries store where you can sample some sweeter wines. The outlets and grocery store are also a super close drive. Be sure to grab salt and pepper, plastic wrap, etc. as they clean everything out after each guest. I can’t recommend this condo enough!!

We decided to go back to Miramar Beach for our daughter’s spring break as we really enjoy it there. This time we opted to stay at Majestic Sun. We had a great view of the Gulf, a d it was in walking distance to a lot of places. We opted to pay for the beach service instead of lugging stuff to and from the beach, which was nice. The property itself was nice, clean, has 2 pools (1 heated, 1 not) and 2 hot tubs. The condo itself was nicely equipped with everything we needed, was comfortable, spacious (for 3 people), and easy to get in and out of. There is a parking garage right behind the property, which was easy to access for parking. All in all, would totally recommend this property!

Had a great time, it was nice to have the extra chairs provided. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and carpet in kitchen needs to be removed, (dirty and slides too easily on the floor.) Comfortable balcony furniture.

This was our 3rd time staying at The majestic sun. Our condo was just as pictured on the website and had an amazing view! The only downside of oor trip was hurricane sally which cut our beach time and closed businesses.... the ocean was still beautiful though...

I would HIGHLY recommend this particular condo & if I ever make it back to Florida we will stay in this exact condo again! Destin Palms was a great management company to deal with & had zero problems with them. They are informative of what is expected from the guest, so any reviewers stating they were charged for “this or that” clearly can’t follow blatant rules. The memories we made in FL with our kids will last a lifetime!

As soon as we checked in, you can tell by the smell of the condo that it was sanitized. So impressed by it. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped with utensils that you can find in a basic kitchen. We were able to prepare home-cooked meals all the time, hence, saved us $$$ and made us feel at home.

We are a family of six and slept comfortably in a two bedroom condo. We only had a couple of issues. We were told it would be ready by 4pm, but it was not cleaned yet. Also, each guest gets a rubber bracelet to wear. One fell off my daughter in the beach and we were charged $10 for it (it probably cost $.30 to make). Other than that, you cannot beat the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Thank you for your feedback! Check in time does begin at 4pm. NOt very often does a guest have to wait until after 4pm, but sometimes things beyond our control can happen. in the rental agreement, mobile app and in the unit, we do make all guests aware that the bracelets will be a $10 charge if lost. We have to purchase them from the HOA, so a guest is responsible for replacement. The reason for the wristbands is to keep the resort exclusive to paying guests. We will be back, hopefully with better weather so we can actually use the beach and outdoor pool. Only minor things that were a bit dirty..some silverware, comforter, etc. But overall nice and clean, and the view was beyond amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is completely updated in serene beach decor. It is modern and very clean. The view from your living room and master bathroom is of the beautiful water. Sunrise can be seen on the left and the gorgeous sunsets on the right side of your balcony. We used the washer and dryer the whole trip and appreciated if being available. The kids splashed around in the indoor pool each day while the adults enjoyed the 2 hot tubs. We spent many days on the beach, who is just a short walk across the street. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs that we were able to use during our stay. I used the gym a few times, as well. We met many owners who were staying for the holiday and they were just lovely people. We have to take a moment to recognize the friendliness and professionalism of the Destin Palms management company staff: they went above and beyond what is expected and we truly appreciated the kindness extended to our family. If you want a peaceful and relaxing stay for your family in Destin, you've found your place.

Absolutely close access to beach, great indoor outdoor swimming pool. it was beautifully equipped for luxurious stay with full kitchen and laundry and 2 baths. It was clean and in close proximity to all shopping and grocery possible. Other tenants and renters were friendly. They provided carts to carry luggage as well smaller carts for grocery.

We came during spring break and there were definitely a lot of college kids. We were able to stay away from the really big crowds fairly easily. Hotel security was really good about making sure only condo guests were using the pool and hot tub.

We had everything we needed in this unit. This will be our 1st choice when we come to Destin. Highly recommend!!

The renovation was perfect. Very open and not too cluttered. The beds were very comfortable and perfect for our family of four! All the comforts of home were there and the kitchen was fully stocked. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has been newly remodeled and it has that perfect cottage/beach feel! We loved the larger kitchen space and new granite counters. The wood planks that cover the master bedroom wall, kitchen backsplash and under the bar are SO cute. Two nice beach chairs and an umbrella were provided and we used those every day. My sister's family was in a smaller size condo and there was a big difference in the size of theirs vs. ours. We ended up eating all our meals and hanging out in our condo together the entire trip because we had more room! We really loved the longer balcony and access to the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and large bathroom also. We also appreciated were the parking garage, parking in the shade makes a huge difference when it's so hot outside. The complex is very nicely landscaped and well kept. The management company was also very easy to work with, quick to respond and friendly. I would recommend this condo to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: For years we traveled with our two small children to Myrtle Beach..yes we still enjoy the Altantic side and MB as we've had amazing times there however, we were absolutely amazed with the Water, Beaches, our fantastic Room! 413A was just remodeled and the upgrades were on point with some of the best places we've stayed. The Gluf View, access to pool, beach, restaurants, etc were simple and easy to navigate with a 4 and 5 year old who have been begging to go back!

I was amazed at the care taken with the grounds and unit. I love the code entry, no keys to lose or track down the person that has them. I appreciate the short stay option. We only had a few days that would work for us. We felt totally safe. This was a girl trip. If you’re looking for a do nothing trip its here. If you can walk a little you would never have to start your car. If you’re looking for a blast busy all the time it’s here also. I hope to be back soon!

The decor and everything is perfect. We did have a problem with the air conditioning not working the first day. We called and they fixed it right away. Love the company we rented through.
