The property and location were fantastic. We were in the unit for 2 months. The management company (Glass Casa) handled any issue we had as a priority. It truly made a difference!

Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture, not so much. But we also understand why and put up with it for the 2 months.

Good restaurants are within walking distance.

Will we be back.....absolutely!

If your priority is the beach and relaxation this is a great place. Will need to use car for restaurants and activities, golf cart won't be advantageous unless you want to just cruise up-and-down Scenic drive. Enjoyed the property, would definitely stay there again.

Great location!! Host was very helpful and responsive! Was a perfect place to stay with my whole family. Beautiful unit, and it was so convenient that every room had its own bathroom! Pools were awesome and the beach was right across the street! Would highly recommend!

The condo was just foot steps from the beach. It was on the 4th floor which was perfect high enough you could see over the street and pool to watch the gulf. Bed rooms were great size. We have no complaints and I’ve saved this so I can rent the same one the next time we go to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo. Very clean and gorgeous view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach as well. Had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to update the beach chairs. Also, had a challenge with the property management company. I wanted to extend our trip and when I put in the request the days were still open. I received a call back the following day, but missed the call and called back and left a message with my request. I tried to go online and add the days, but I only needed 4 more nights and there was a 5 night mimimim to book. I never received a call back that day or the next. I continued to call back, but couldn’t get anyone to answer or return my call. I was finally able to get a maintenance guy to answer on the emergency number who was very nice and told me he would find someone and ask them to call me. By the time someone called me back, someone had booked 2 nights starting the day of our original departure date. Very frustrating.

Great location...white sand & clear water...beautiful sunrise & sunset! Upon arrival, the sliding door handle was broken, but repaired within 2 hours. Beds were comfortable. Pool & hottubs were a big +!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 8 of us total; my family of 4 with 2 kiddos, so we took the bedroom with the bunk, my mom and dad and my grandma and grandpa. We had plenty of room, and enjoyed the quick walk over to the beach.

This condo had the perfect amount of space for all our guests! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Equipped with everything you need. The ice maker doesn’t work and there isn’t an ice maker on the property. Wish we would’ve brought an ice maker from home. Lots of beach toys and chairs!! Great views!! Pool and hot tubs were perfect when we weren’t at the beach.

Very good experience! The condo had most of the items we needed. I would recommend that the owners purchase a couple of luggage holders for the 3 bedroom condo. Also the ice maker is extremely slow in making ice. But the overall experience was very good.

The balcony overlooks the ocean, and it is mere steps from the beach and fun restaurants, like the Whales Tail. The heated pool and hot tubs were fantastic. Really enjoyed going down late afternoon for great conversation. I found the guests were extremely interesting to talk to. The one month stay allowed you to make some great friends. The only issue with the condo was a dishwasher that didn't drain. I contacted Destin Palms and the problem was resolved within a hour. I can't say enough good things about Destin area, it's my favorite place to visit.

Close proximity to the beach, huge swimming pools & hot tub, open concept living area and spacious rooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything but the food. We did take our crock pots for quick & easy meals. On arrival we called and got an access number so check in was perfect. Parking garage and luggage carriers made unloading a breeze. It's like they thought of everything! Our Grandkids had a blast and probably the best family vacation we've ever had.

Had 6 beach chairs and cart to easily take it to the beach just acroos the street. There were also little surf boards and we had a lot of fun playing in the waves. The washer and dryer came handy to freshen up some kids clothes and dry up damp towels. The kitchen and its accesories allowed for meal preperation and gave a home feeling. My child enjoyed the indoor warm pool (it was closed one day for some maintenance) but the beach was the place to be anyway-absolutely beautiful and great for kids.. The outdoor pool was too cold at the time we visited and there was someone smoking even though it was prohibited. Check in and out was done through the phone. Wanted to stay longer....

The ones on the king bed were old and flat. Linens can make a huge difference in ones vacation. Supply tissues in the bathrooms.DO NOT forget to replace the rubber bracelets used for the amenities back to the jar in the kitchen. Clearly, my daughter and I did not read the fine print on the jar....A 2 cent bracelet will end up costing you $10.00! Maybe there is a more cost effective and environment-friendly option to these bracelets? Overall a really pleasant stay for us snow trapped easterners.

This place did not disappoint . We loved the beach ,the location, and our condo. We had a little trouble with our air conditioning, but they came very quickly to fix it. The area had lots of great places to shop and also lots of unique places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and plan to return.

The accommodations were very nice and spacious. Loved the balcony over looking the beach and the location to restaraunts was great. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside if there was one would be the check in time. 4 pm is pretty late and we got there at a little before noon as it didn't take as long as we expected. When I asked if we could check in early I was told not unless I paid the $75 fee. Now I understand that fee if I arranged it ahead because they pat the staff the come early to clean but the unit was ready when we arrived so It would have been nice to have been able to check in early without paying the fee. We ended up paying to get in early and we did enjoy our stay.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and loved the balcony and incredible views of the beach! You are absolutely correct, housekeeping does offer an early check in, guaranteed by 2 PM. When this is arranged in advance, these units are cleaned first and the guests are able to get their vacation started a bit earlier. Our units go through a series of housekeeping, inspections, and maintenance checks to ensure that our guests can relax and enjoy every minute of their vacation! We brought 5 girls total and we loved having our own space to get ready in for dinner. The condo was just a small walk to the beach, so carrying coolers and food down was not a problem at all. Will definitely be staying here again!
