We had the most amazing stay! It’s our new favorite place, we travel to Destin every summer. One of the best views you could ask for. Super easy walk to the beach. Local restaurants near by. Don’t forget to check out the fire pit and roast some marshmallows across the street on the beach at night. The property was clean and the amenities on property like the pool were great. Thanks for a memorable vacation spot!

Perfect location , beautiful condo with a beautiful view and nice furniture inside and out on the balcony! Very comfortable beds and bedding! Hot water and air wasn’t working , called maintenance and they were there in 5 minutes to fix it! We would definitely stay here again!!

Clean, well stocked, condo was as listed. The parking garage was being worked on, but we still always found a good space. Beautiful view! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I came here to stay for our one year wedding anniversary as we got married in covid & didn’t have an idea honeymoon. This was the perfect spot. Although I wish the weather had been slightly better in October; this was an idea location and we will absolutely be back. I am the upmost picky for cleanliness & analyze all bed sheets, baths, kitchen, floor, couch very well every time I stay somewhere & I can honestly say I was very pleased to find nothing that concerned me. The property is very taken care of and well presented. Only suggestion is master bed has a pillow top mattress cover that made us sink in some & could prob use an updated mattress for more comfort, but it definitely was not terribly uncomfortable at all. :) thanks again!!!!

The beach was a bit more crowded than usual, but still a great time. The only improvement would be to include beach chair service as an extra perk as part of the Xplorie program.

The highlight of my trip was the dolphins that I saw from my balcony in the morning. The Seascape property was not overly crowded at all and the beaches were not very crowded in the mornings or evenings. The afternoon was the busiest time on the beach. I would definitely rent this unit again.
