Majestic Sun 511A is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath, deluxe vacation rental condo in Destin, FL at Seascape Resort. It's perfect for a romantic getaway or a family trip to the beach! Located on the fifth floor, this beach condo is a deluxe because it offers views of the beach and Gulf from all common areas, the private balcony and the master suite. This vacation rental condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located just across from the beach! With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe vacation rental condo, you will find a large kitchen as well as a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the beach or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine & all the appliances needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony and has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, an HDTV, and access to an attached bathroom. This spacious unit conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer and sleeps a total of 6.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

We really loved the accommodations and amenities. Glass Casa was great to deal with and our condo was ready on time when we arrived. There were a few things that could be improved. We really needed more light in the living room and the washing machine left black spots on our cloths.

Wonderful Stay June 2022

This is a very nice unit as many others described. We were a family of 5. There was plenty of room for us. The master bedroom was wonderful. The smaller bedroom was nice too. The views from the balcony were magnificent. We really liked that the balcony was very large. We did encounter three issues. 1) the main balcony door jams at times 2) the sofabed also got jammed and was hard to open. 3) we had a major issue with one of the mattresses, which was addressed within hours of our reporting. Even with these issues, we had a wonderful stay in this unit and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely modern condo

Our first time to Destin (Miramar Beach) and it was a great experience. Majestic Sun is a really nice resort with a great location, good parking, nice pools, fitness center, etc. The unit was nicely appointed and had a great view with two balcony entrances. Very comfortable and functional. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

This condo was perfect the kitchen was fully stocked with all necessaries of a kitchen. The views where out of this world. I liked how they drained the hot tub every night and had fresh water every morning. I would recommend this condo or majestic sun to everyone I know. The place was very clean.

March 2021

We arrived March 6 with 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The condo was set up perfectly. The girls were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom away from the parents. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't come home with a pile of dirty laundry. The unit had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that we were able to use on the beach. The pools and hot tubs were great. The heated pool was a bonus. The patio was set up perfectly to watch the amazing sunsets every night. Bad *** coffee was just a short walk away and was taken advantage of most mornings. The beach bar was a short walk away and a great place for sunsets. Whales Tail has a great afternoon happy hour. If you're looking for a little longer walk, Pompano Joe's is about a mile.
Overall, the condo was great (could use a few more spoons, though) It was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely return!

Exactly as described

Our condo was clean and comfortable! My original question in comparison to other units was, “Whats wrong that this one is much less??” The answer? NOTHING! We did have minor issues. The overhead light in the master bedroom was not working and we called maintenance several times and they never showed. But there were bedside lamps so it really was not an issue. The view was absolutely spectacular!

Majestic Sun Fall Stay

Beautiful oceanfront view with easy access to the beach. This unit is nicely decorated, clean, and modern. Unit check-in and -out was very easy. Liked the App so info was easily accessed. Would’ve like 2nd bedroom to be a queen bed so room more easily shared by 2 adult couples. Fall week was beautiful in early week, but unfortunately the great weather was Interrupted by fallout from Hurricane Delta. Resort was quiet and mostly families. This area seemed very safe and like the gated security. The street which had to be crossed to the beach was not a hindrance as anticipated. Great walking and bike path along Scenic Gulf Drive. Only thing about the condo was the master bedroom fan, which was variable speed which went from too high to too low, and was uncomfortable to sleep - hot to cold with differing fan speed. The fan lights and speed couldn’t be adjusted as there was no remote, and lights were in off mode, so lighting was poor. I had to call twice, and maintenance didn’t come until 4 days after the first call, only to find out that it wasn’t burned out bulbs but rather no remote. Overall, I would highly recommend the stay here.

Fantastic Condo on the beach!

We have stayed in Miramar Beach every year for the last 20 years. We love this little town. This condo was great. Super clean, great beds and updated kitchen and baths. Perfect spot.
