Great place for a girls weekend! Unit was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

The unit is in a great location and the view is amazing. Needs updating, the couches are pretty worn out and the place needs some TLC. There were only two dish towels and no pot holders. The communication with the property managers was great.

This was a wonderful family location. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck listening the ocean and breathing in the ocean air. All of us made comments the beds were comfortable. We rented a golf cart with the discount that helped. We used it so much. Lots of great places to eat that you can drive the LSV around the area. I would highly suggest to rent one. Lots of activities to do around the area. The coffee table and couch should be updated. Not sure why there was no bedside table lights in the master bedroom. Make sure to check all closets for the all amenities. But overall it was a great place to stay.

The experience with he owner was great, any time I had to contact them , thery replied in a very timely manner & was very helpful! The Condo location is perfect! You see the ocean as you walk in the door! Gorgeous view! Great location close to some things without being right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the pool really nice area , with a indoor/outdoor pool , kids pool & hot tub area. Nice condo, only thing that I could really say negative about, was the area rug in the living room looked old/dirty looking. All in all , very nice & we we're all well pleased. There was 7 of us all together and it accommodated us well as far as sleeping arrangements & such!

I really loved this unit, it had everything we needed and more, The views and location were just what I wanted, I wanted to wake up looking and listening to ocean and I got just what I needed. The master bedroom was big and the bed was very comfortable, I think my family liked the the other bedroom as well, I liked that were tv's in every room. The only thing is the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable or sturdy but most aren't to be fair, we made it work. Thank you for supplying all the beach things we needed. Just a suggestion for us that fly in maybe a couple big beach towels to use would be nice.

This was the perfect vacation spot for our girls’ getaway. Beautiful balcony view, right on the beach. Enjoyed the beach bar & campfires, as well as swimming & ice cream shop. Shopping nearby. Our favorite was a catamaran ride in the gulf. Perfect for our party of 4 but could accommodate more.

Condo was nice, had everything we needed. The view was beautiful over the weekend until Monday morning hit then they were working on the balcony next to us the entire week so there were guys in front of our view and they were cutting the column out and it’s was super load and dusty. Emailed the rental to suggest they move us and heard nothing back. Disappointed we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony.

As Snowbirds, we sat on the Sundeck 10am at 55-60 degrees to suntan and were warmed by the sun, no wind up here. We walked across the street to Whale Tail for afternoon beer and shrimp, 1 building behind us for large economical lunches, 1 building to the east for 4th floor restaurant with a panoramic view of the beach. Winn Dixie is the only grocery we've found with a Tap room for beer and wine served, and grocery carts with a cup holder to shop and drink at the same time. There are just so many places to go within 15 minutes east or west to enjoy, and great day trips if you wish.

I arrived earlier than expected and was granted an hour early check in. We didn’t use the umbrella and chairs, instead we paid for set ups on the beach. We loved Whales Tail restaurant being within walking distance for any meal or drinks. Visited The Gulfarium, Airforce museum, and enjoyed the alligators at Fudpuckers and putt putt and go karts at The Track. Only complaint was the tub in the guest bath was draining very slowly and had to stand in 2” of water while showering. And a knob on the chest of drawers in the guest room was not attached and would come off when opening the drawer. Otherwise I would recommend 605A and would stay again.

My husband, I, and our teen boys stayed in this condo 4 nights. It has an amazing location! A quick walk across the street and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beach. It took a little trial and error to figure out how to lock the door, lol! For some reason we didn't know that there was a closet full of beach gear in the second bedroom. There are also many great restaurants within a few miles. We would love to stay here again!

Our first trip to Destin and our first VRBO booking and it couldn't have been better! My family of 4 fit perfectly in this condo and it was everything we expected it to be. After reading some earlier reviews, we did bring a few cookware items, which was a good choice. I would recommend replacing the cooking utensils (some were melted and unusable) as well as the wash rags (they were very rough, although the rest of the towels in the house were nice). Beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing! Only other "issue" we had was the bedroom with the 2 beds, the blinds were broken and the window overlooked the outdoor hallway. We were not comfortable have the potential of people seeing into this bedroom, especially with the kids sleeping in there but we just put a towel over the broken piece and it worked for the week. I would definitely recommend this condo and we can't wait to come back!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in 605A. The interior was well decorated and the owner was very welcoming and responsive to any and all of our inquiries. View was beautiful. Todd has updated the appliances so we had no problems there either. Pool was a little undersized but we dealt with it when we weren’t at the beach.

Wonderful condo and great communication with owners. Arrival was the easiest we have experienced since we could just go straight to the room. Needs a little updating and a new shower head. It was also "sandy" when we arrived and could use a deep cleaning but overall our stay was WONDERFUL.

Overall the condo was a nice place to stay. The view was awesome. We enjoyed the balcony quite often. The condo was clean when we arrived. The only negatives were the furniture in the master bedroom did not have enough drawer space for us (I would put in a dresser or chest instead of the armoire), and the pots and pans were quite small (I would put in a couple of larger pots and pans). We had to use several pans to make a casserole, and breakfast took two pans each time we made it. Not a major issue just a minor inconvenience.

This was the second time we have stayed at Majestic Sun and I think we are lifers. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen has utensils, pots and pans, and most small appliances you would need if you wanted to cook dinner instead of going out. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. One night we rented a Redbox movie and using the DVD player was super simple. Cable TVs in each bedroom were nice, especially with kids. The pool area is great for adults and kids. The staff at Majestic Sun is always cleaning, keeping the place in tip top shape. Todd was great to work with and very friendly and personable. We will definitely be coming back. A word of advice on parking. Park on the top level and take the walkway over to the resort and then take the elevator up to 6. Saves time searching for a parking spot on the lower levels. We highly recommend this unit. You won't be disappointed.

The condo was nice, with everything to make your stay comfortable. Kitchen was set up so that you could make your mills, and close enough to restaurants so you did not have to if you would rather not. The street in front of the complex was no problem at all, as there are places right in front that vehicles stop for people crossing the street. Grocery stores, shopping are close by. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for a much needed vacation.

My family and I came from Tennessee for a long November weekend and couldn't have been more pleased with our unit in Majestic Sun. The unit was clean and spacious. We had plenty of parking available and the heated pool was perfect! This time of year we were able to see the sunset directly across the water from our balcony. We hope to come back again soon! Wonderful property it''s clean with a great view. Todd was great to work with, answered texts quickly. My thoughts to the owner is it needs a broom and curtains on those bedrooms windows. The property is well maintained and furnished and clean. It was in my opinion what you should get when you rent a condo. If threre was any negative it was that the outside of the entire facility was under a refacing and quite noisy during the day. That could not be helped by the owner but is necessary for the building to look good. The owner was very nice to deal with and very accomidating.

Great view of beach and gulf. My wife and I and two 11yr old boys had a blast. I believe my wife called the owner, Todd, with a couple of questions and received a response within minutes. Great spot for families of all ages. The only thing that I could find in the whole condo was the bottom drawer in the fridge was a little hard to slide in and out which was no problem. The location of the condo was perfect for any needs such as shopping, restaurants, ect. That being said I would highly recommend this property to all. We've been to Destin several times, and this is the perfect place to stay on Miramar Beach! It's view is beautiful and access to the beach is great. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice and cool. Our room was exactly as portrayed; clean, furnished with all the essentials, etc. We texted Todd several times and he always replied very quickly with answers. Great place to be! We'll definitely go back!!

Great experience. Building is overall well managed, considering the constant sand and water they have to deal with. Unit is clean and as described, plenty of space for our family. Air condition worked great when we needed to cool off. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, flatware, etc. I would recommend.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay (the second) at this condo. It's clean, neat, well maintained (the lint trap in the dryer was new!) and in a building that's in the same condition. We could sit on our balcony and watch new parents on the beach with their kids digging in the sand, young adults throwing Frisbees and older folks walking by on a broad boardwalk. There's a pleasant stay here for any age group. Oh....the dolphins just off the beach seemed to enjoy watching us humans, too. We've already made our reservation again for next year. Great spot!

If you want a vacation that has lots of opportunities to kick back and relax.....it's 5 o'clock right here. On the other hand, if you want a vacation that gives you lots of things to do, restaurants to explore, stores to shop in......well, you can do that, too. My wife and I are just packing up to leave after a one-month stay, are we're delighted with the choice we made. The Miramar Beach/Destin area is a beautiful spot and we've thoroughly enjoyed it. The major factor in that enjoyment was this condo. It's clean and well maintained, and the same is true of the building it's in. There may be a nicer unit around, but we're not going to waste our time looking for it. We've signed up to return next year, and we're already looking forward to it.

Pictures and description were exactly what we expected and experienced during our stay. The property was clean and in good shape. We have stayed in Majestic Sun in the past and prefer this unit over our previous one on the fifth floor. You can not beat the convenience of being on the beach and having a great pool also. There are three restaurants within walking distance and love the Winn Dixie within a mile from the facility. Our family rants and raves over Jordiano's Pizza on 98 for a casual evening out or they even deliver. Property manager was so helpful answering our questions and making sure our stay was enjoyable. I would suggest this property to families or adults. We will definitely return.

- Spectacular beach view—spent much time reading, relaxing on the balcony, taking in the view and the ocean sounds. - Best location in the area…easy access to access Destin, without having to “live” in the Destin congestion! - Lovely, nicely furnished and very well-maintained condo - Easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, and beachwear shops - Easy access to parasailing, boat rental, saltwater fishing, glassbottom boat, day-cruises - Plenty of space, even for a bigger family. - Less than 3 minutes walking from condo to beach—perfect white sand (a sand-castle haven), emerald clear water, with plenty of big waves. - Majestic Sun pool and amenities (included with unit) were also superb. Spent plenty of time in the two big indoor and outdoor pools, two outdoor hot-tubs, and even the fitness center. - Impressive, visible, and friendly security and maintenance personnel at the Majestic Sun. - Even during high-traffic times, had no problems getting an elevator. - Had a wonderful time, with lots of pictures and memories made, and came home rested and refreshed. - Will come back to this location again, and recommend this place to friends and relatives!
