Majestic Sun 614A at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a beautiful newly renovated Gulf view 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom updated beach condo located directly across from the beach on the sixth floor and sleeps a total of 10. This vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master suite! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly renovated and updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat guests comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony, an HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom is a king suite with an HDTV and private bathroom. The third is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed, plus trundle bed, with an HDTV, and attached bath. This unit is an end unit, therefore, you will not be disturbed by traffic or outside foot noise and conveniently offers a laundry room, This vacation rental sleeps a total of 10.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in!

Well appointed, had everything we needed (except a meat thermometer haha), clean, full of natural light as it is an end unit. Super easy registration and check out process. We have stayed in 5 other condos at Majestic Sun, and by far this one was our favorite! Right across from the beach, heated pool, and easy access to everything! We had an issue where one of the tv’s died and they replaced it the same day!

Family Beach Vacation

The condo and pictures were as described. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The 2 beds (Q & K) really need new mattresses, they weren't the most comfortable. The location was great, close to most everything. The pool area was nice. However, due to the rip tide situation all week the pool area was very crowded. Not management's fault that we couldn't swim in the ocean but very hard for kids to swim & play when there were so many people in the pool. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider renting here again.

Great place for what we wanted

The condo was perfect for what we wanted. This was our first time renting a condo, we typically rent beach houses. The amenities were great for our college age children, location had restaurants and shops in walking distance. We enjoyed the beach front restaurants. The condo was comfortable and larger than what I expected. The only recommendation we had was for the primary bedroom mattress to be replaced.
We would stay there again and would recommend to others.

I just wanted to confirm that the dishwasher was broken when we left. Although we reported it and someone came and looked at it we washed dishes by hand the last week we were there.

Perfect Stay!

This rental was exactly as described. It was clean, close to beach, restaurants , and grocery stores. The rental had everything you might need from a stocked kitchen to umbrella and chairs for beach fun. Easy check-in and check-out and checked on us a serval times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Will for sure be back!

Multi-generational Vacation

Our 3 generations enjoyed both our unit and the complex. Check-in was very easy and the rooms were exactly as described. Kids and adults enjoyed the extra large balcony since it was a corner unit. Would absolutely return to this unit and rent others from this organization.

Amazing trip

I loved the modernized room. It was very clean and had all basic household items needed for meals. I loved the views from the master bedroom and living area. Very quick walk to the beach as well! I just wish I knew where some of the accesses were (shower station, gates, beach access) before the last few days of our stay. We know if for the next time though. I will definitely book a stay again!

Beautiful beach front stay

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days here and loved it! It was spacious with enough room for all of us and the views from the balconies were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
