This is a really nice condo with a great view of the ocean! It is very convenient to stores and restaurants. The hosts included a wagon and lots of other beach supplies! We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our time! Thank you!

We had a group of six (4 adults, 2 kids aged 10) - this condo was perfect for us! It was very clean, all of the electronics and kitchen appliances worked, the AC stayed cold and and there was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. We had a wonderful time at Glass Casa! The condo was very nice and clean.
I chose an early check in, as our flight was to arrive earlier in the day. After we ate lunch, I went ahead and called because I had not yet received the door codes. The man I spoke with was very nice and sent the codes right away. It was a Sunday check in and he apologized stating they didn’t have many Sunday check ins. He also informed us the inspection was fine, except one tv wasn’t working.
Within an hour of us being there, maintenance came and fixed the tv.
The location of this condo is very ideal if you have small children. We were able to get back to the condo quickly if our toddler wasn’t handling the beach well or needed to rest.
We did have a sound machine in our room for the baby, but the other rooms did complain of noise during the night from other guests.
The beds were not super comfortable, and if you made any movement from side to side they would make a noise. That is the only thing I would upgrade.
We would definitly go back again!!! We had a great time.

This was a perfect place for a big family. The room was clean but we did notice a lot of sand on the floor upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The only negative was the beds were older and made a lot of noise when moving around. Other than that the place was perfect for our family. One thing we absolutely hated was the elevators took FOREVER! We had to take the stairs a few times. I’m sure it was the time of year and it was crowded but it was an excessive amount of time to wait especially when you have groceries!

Only complaint is how the property was missing a remote to one of the ceiling fans/bedroom lights, was unable to use the ceiling fan/bedroom light due to no remote. Was unable to reach the company about a wrist band breaking on day 1 of the stay and was still unable to reach anyone on day 5.. other than that, would recommend property to anyone.

The condo was perfect for what we wanted. This was our first time renting a condo, we typically rent beach houses. The amenities were great for our college age children, location had restaurants and shops in walking distance. We enjoyed the beach front restaurants. The condo was comfortable and larger than what I expected. The only recommendation we had was for the primary bedroom mattress to be replaced.
We would stay there again and would recommend to others.

We made a last minute decision for a beach trip and it could not have been better. This was our first time renting a condo, we usually rent a house. Our kids in their early 20s enjoyed the amenities, we all enjoyed everything we needed being with in walking distance. Many great restaurant options. The ocean view was amazing. I was concerned about the road between beach and the condo, but we didn’t even notice it. The condo was clean, decorated nice and comfortable for 5 adults. The beach chairs provided were a bonus and appreciated. The only recommendation is a new mattress for the primary bedroom. We visited during spring break. While there were people of all ages, the majority of people were college age. Something to keep in mind. We will return again.

This rental was exactly as described. It was clean, close to beach, restaurants , and grocery stores. The rental had everything you might need from a stocked kitchen to umbrella and chairs for beach fun. Easy check-in and check-out and checked on us a serval times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Will for sure be back!

This is our third time staying here. The remodeling is impressive and beautiful. The facility was clean and decorated tastefully. Love the new furniture, counter tops, walk-in shower and ceiling fans. All the new changes in the bathrooms are great! It could use new cookware though. Can't wait to stay here again!

This unit looked like it had just recently been painted and updated. Several small items were overlooked by the painters like the door striker plates were not installed, wires were hanging down from the TV's, towel rack in master bath was hanging down from the wall, no toilet paper holders in the other two baths, one blind behind couch was broke, and the ice maker did not work. The ice maker was repaired and toilet paper holders were delivered after a couple of weeks. Other than those small items, we enjoyed our stay and rented it for next year.

Blinds behind the couch in the living room will not close because they are broken.

Towel rack in the master bathroom fell off the first time we tried to hang a towel.

Wiring and box hanging down from back of TV

Ice maker does not work.

No toilet paper holders in two of the bedrooms.

Striker plates on inside of interior doors are missing.

Alarm clock in first bedroom is broken.

TV in first bedroom wasn’t installed correctly

The shower curtains in the bathrooms are too long and lie in the bottom of the tub

The door knob inside the laundry room is missing


I just wanted someone to know of this so we don't get charged for any of the above. We did talk to someone a couple of times about the above. This hasn't hurt our stay one bit and we are happy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were clean and updated. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and it has improved from the last time we stayed two years ago. The beach chairs provided and the new porch furniture were greatly appreciated. The only issues we had is the ice maker didn't work, one of the beds was missing a comforter/bed cover and the cookware was not the best, but we made it work. We liked the pool, the fitness center and the close proximity to the beach. We will definitely plan to stay here again and recommend this condo.

It was spacious with enough room for all of us and the views from the balconies were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
