I can’t say enough positive things about this location. You can walk to everything. Food, shopping, and live music.. The beach is right across the street and the patio is magical. You can see everything that’s happening and hear the ocean waves. The water is clear and the waves are gentle for playing in. You can’t go wrong staying at Majestic Sun A706.

I rented this condo stay for a travel medical conference. It was a great choice in both beach access/appeal and proximity to most everything else in the Destin area. We were right across from the beach with a fantastic view. The condo was very clean and well decorated without being "over the top"" beachy. Many restaurants and bars were within very easy walking distance. We also loved that the condo had beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for us to use on the many days spent by the ocean. Overall a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing get away and not wanting to drive all over to get places!"

We had a great time in this condo. The candle was clean and very comfortable. Great location with just walking across the street to the beach. It was nice waking up and seeing the view of the ocean every morning. I would highly suggest this rental place with great location and restaurants nearby.

This was our first visit to Destin - the beach/water was just beautiful as well as conveniently located right across the street. We really enjoyed the view of the gulf from our balcony. We had no issues. It was nice having beach chairs available for beach use. We walked to dinner each night which was definitely a plus.

The room was very nice! Great view of the strip and ocean. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds. Room had everything you needed in a kitchen. The person in charge of the room was always very helpful with any questions during our stay

We learned about this apartment from the owners. It is located at Miramar Beach, close to many restaurants and right across the street from the beac hours before check-ih. Check-in was very easy. We got there about 2 hours early, but the apartment was ready, so they texted us the code so we could enter. The view from the 7th floor is absolutely stunning, during the day and especially at sunset. I even got up one morning at 6:30 to take photos of the sunrise. It was worth it! We had one dinner right next door at Royal Palm Grill the first night. Great food and service. Another night we ate at Lousiana Lagniappe which was excellent. We also ate at Ocean Club, also excellent! We took the Seablaster Sunset Dolphin Cruise, so much fun watching the dolphins jump in our boat's wake! All in all, a wonderful vacation in Miramar.

We loved our week in Destin, Florida. The condo was perfect with the most beautiful ocean view off patio! The condo is well decorated. Only complaint, which isn’t a biggie, but the toaster is broken. Otherwise, the kitchen was fantastic to work in.

We very much enjoyed our condo. It is very nicely done. Appliances were great. TVs were very big. It was very close to the elevators. The furniture on the patio could have been better. Altogether, we were very pleased w/ our accommodations. Would enjoy staying there next year.

We very much enjoyed the use of your condo. Your updates are great. Bed was very comfortable. Love having 2 bathrooms, as well as the washer and dryer. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Love the ocean sounds and the proximity to the beach, as well as the Whale’s Tail. This is a great place. We would love to rent it for Feb. of 2023 if possible.
