I can’t say enough positive things about this location. You can walk to everything. Food, shopping, and live music.. The beach is right across the street and the patio is magical. You can see everything that’s happening and hear the ocean waves. The water is clear and the waves are gentle for playing in. You can’t go wrong staying at Majestic Sun A706.

Absolutely loved it the view is stunning! We got a chance to see dolphins from the balcony a few times. The host responded quickly with any questions. If you are thinking about booking do you won’t regret it. It was my first time there. I’ll definitely be back. We are already planning our next trip ☺️

The property was very clean upon arrival. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful and the walk to the beach is super convenient. The property had everything available that we needed with an added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beds were comfy which is a bonus! The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would 100% stay here again without any hesitation.

I rented this condo stay for a travel medical conference. It was a great choice in both beach access/appeal and proximity to most everything else in the Destin area. It was a great stay, everything was clean upon arrival. The location was great- quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. I would note that the beach access does have stairs and no ramp until further down the road, that didn’t bother us it’s just something to maybe be aware of. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was just about perfect. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was great with good restaurants and a great beach. The only issue we experienced was a musty smell when we first arrived. This was likely from the closet in the master bathroom where beach chairs and equipment were likely put away when wet. Overall, a wonderful week with fabulous weather! We will be back!!

Great communication with property manager. Unit was better than pics (upgraded furniture/TV). Extremely clean & every kitchen utensil you could possibly need, very well equipped. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool and area eateries & stores. And the view from the LR & patio is breathtaking! Stop at Winn-Dixie and have them steam some fresh peel & eat shrimp! Highly recommended this condo. Would stay again most definitely!

We learned about this apartment from the owners. It is located at Miramar Beach, close to many restaurants and right across the street from the beac hours before check-ih. Check-in was very easy. We got there about 2 hours early, but the apartment was ready, so they texted us the code so we could enter. The view from the 7th floor is absolutely stunning, during the day and especially at sunset. I even got up one morning at 6:30 to take photos of the sunrise. It was worth it! We had one dinner right next door at Royal Palm Grill the first night. Great food and service. Another night we ate at Lousiana Lagniappe which was excellent. Very nice location. Wasn't looking for anything kid free but we were disappointed that there were way too many families with small children at this location and we had a very hard time using the pools. Great for a family though and our stay was very nice. It was clean, well equipped and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, our condo was clean and decorated nicely. My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we still slept great because we were exhausted from all the fun we had. Overall great place to stay!

I stayed there a week with my daughter and two grandchildren and it was amazing the place was decorated so cute very clean comfortable amazing view Condo building was clean great location Condo had Bach chairs and cabana supplies for the kitchen everything you could imagine that you need other than your own food I will definitely come back and stay there again the beaches were fabulous and the pool and hot tub was wonderful I highly recommend staying in this unit 706A

There were only minor issues including the hairdryer not working and the chairs for the beach were broken when we tried to use them the last day of our stay. We left a cooler there for future guests, hope it’s useful! The chair rentals took up most of the space on the beach, so get there early if you want to use your own in the small space provided or spend $40 a day!

We had a great time! The unit was clean, beds weren’t extremely comfortable but they worked. The chairs at the property to use at the beach were broke and the hair dryer did not work. Other than that, it was a blast! Thanks for having us!!

Great location and great property. Unit could have been a little cleaner. Some sort of goop on the patio not cleaned up. Bathroom floors could have been swept/mopped better. Overall a good stay though.

My only complaint was the that every time the elevator arrived on the floor it dinged which we could hear at night while trying to sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was SO clean and had everything we needed. Our only gripe were the blinds in the master - the room didn't get as dark as we'd like due to the hall lighting outside. Still not a big issue. The location is ideal. We cannot wait to book another week here next year!

The only matter that we had with this location was that the apartment door was one sided Keyless, with no option on the inside part to be locked, so even my 1,5 year old was always opening the door to run outside. This was the only "headache" that this apartment gave us.:-)

Able to enjoy both sunrise & sunset. Owners were accommodating to a change in date due to hurricane Irma. A little updating on rug in living room & bedspread but that was no big deal.
