Description

Majestic Sun 809A at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a beautiful beach view 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach condo located directly across from the beach on the eighth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This vacation rental condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you would need for a home cooked meal while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat guest comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bath. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area off the hallway, perfect for small children. There is a full bathroom located off the common areas as well. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This vacation rental, Majestic Sun 809A, sleeps a total of 6.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Great Beach Rental

We traveled to Miramar Beach for the Topeka Live Moon Crush festival and loved our accommodations. Great view, very walkable, comfy stay.

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay at Majestic Sun was nothing short of amazing! Not only was the view of the gulf perfect, but the modern amenities in this unit were unbeatable. My wife and I will definitely be back when Kilwin’s opens in building B for a sweet treat to go along with this amazing experience. Cannot wait for our next adventure in Destin at Majestic Sun! Perfection!

Well equipped Condo

Hi Carol- Thank you so much for your feedback and we agree with you, the location can't be beat! The association is in the process of updating the lobbies and elevators at Majestic Sun and Kilwins Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop is close to opening in the B lobby and although that is not a restaurant, Cabana Cafe is located on property at Seascape Resort, just a hop from Majestic Sun. Wonderful stay !

Our first time stay at majestic sun. It far exceeded our dreams! We loved the sunrise and sunset views. Dolphins swam by several times! The condo fit our needs exceptionally and owners and Glass casa were great to work with! We loved every minute we spent in Destin and visited many of the great restaurants and attractions, we really loved McGuire's ��. We will be back!

We Will be back

This was my first time to Florida and it was perfect. Perfect Weather. Perfect location. The rental was beyond exceptional. We had a perfect view of the water and every morning we would eat our breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins pass by. The property was clean and well maintained and stocked with everything necessary to make this a wonderful experience. My wife and I availed ourself to some of the discounted adventures that came with the rental. We enjoyed a sunset Dolphin cruise where the dolphins were actually following the boat and jumping in the wake. We had a great time snorkeling and a wonderful time experiencing a sunset kayak glow. The property had wonderful amenities which we didn’t avail ourselves to in that we spent all our time on the beach which was only a 10 min walk from our room. My wife and I will be back to the same place if at all possible.

Awesome stay, nice condo, very refreshing view, but very noisy

we loved to stay at Majestic sun, everything was great, pool, hot tub, access to beach, and amzing view, only down side was master bed room was close to lobby and lobby was very noisy, you can hear elevator ring when it stop by all the time.

Great location with the most gorgeous views!

We had an amazing Spring Break getaway at this cute condo! Perfect for our family of four. There were lots of things we loved about staying here, but hands down the best part was the gorgeous view of the gulf. The water is so clear and the sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking!
The unit was sparkling clean and the decor was fresh - just as depicted in the listing. Our kids loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed the pools on rainy days too. On arrival we had a very minor issue with our sliding glass door, but after a quick text to management, maintenance staff was on site to fix within 5 minutes. I also appreciated that they checked on us again during the week to make sure we were having a good stay!
The beach chairs included in the unit were super helpful so that we didn’t have to rent them and we loved having a washer and dryer in the unit for our beach towels and kids gear. We also enjoyed the VIP perks from Explorie and used them on a rainy day to keep the kids entertained. The immediate area has lots of restaurants and shops (we enjoyed the sunset from Whale’s Tail and the lattes from Bad *** Coffee were so worth the wait!) but it’s also not far from other beach towns of 30a if you want to explore. Overall an awesome stay and we look forward to coming back soon!
