We had a great stay and our condo was comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. If I had to make one complaint, it was that I received no "How to check out" instructions. The do's and don'ts of checking out. I didn't really want to leave so it was not really a complaint.

Very clean condo had everything we needed. Great spot with a good view of the pool and overlooked the ocean! Would recommend staying at the majestic sun again! also loved that it was a short walk to the beach where you can rent your own beach chairs and canopy!

Everything was great. This was our second stay at the same condo because it was so great the first time, and it didn't disappoint the second time. The condo was very clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. There's great food and ice cream within walking distance, which is very convenient when you're trying to drive as little as possible while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better was having a shower caddy in the shower to hold shampoo, etc. Other than that, I can't say enough great things about our stay!

First and foremost the cleanliness!! We have stayed in several condos in Destin and this by far was the cleanest yet! We appreciated this so much especially after the last place we stayed, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Also, the communication and checking in were spot on!! Rental experience was great. We were there for 2 months so you learn the uni well. Several concerns about 812A which were not the fault of the rental agency, but the owner has not updated the unit. We took a last minute, end of the summer getaway. We stayed in the Majestic Sun unit A812 and it was everything we expected. It was just as advertised.....clean, nice decor, great views, and awesome amenities. We loved it. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be more elevators. The wait for them were pretty long. But nothing major. We will be booking for next year for sure!!!

This was a great rental, just big enough for us, and very clean! Any issue we had was taken care of immediately. No issues with the rental itself but our AC was out upon arrival and we had maintenance within an hour! Majestic Sun and Glass Casa are the best and our condo was perfect!

We are frequent VRBO travelers. This is our first resort experience as a family, and it was fantastic! I have a family of very picky frequent travelers who are easy going enough to sleep on the floor, but will take issue with uncleanliness or anything broken or unkempt, and my teens will identify it quickly. We literally had NOTHING whatsoever come up with this property, with the exception of a balcony smoker somewhere downwind from us. But the property manager got to me before I got to her and it was resolved without issue. I can’t really even come up with anything critical to improve upon - maybe additional seating at the dining table? Room for 2 more would be ideal for a family dinner. So what did we love then? 1. The property was exactly as described. 2. The check in process, and the rules and requirements for the resort, were clear and easy. 3. The condo had Alexa preprogrammed with our unit info and anything we needed we just asked Alexa. It was also pretty fantastic to have her there to throw on some music during downtime or when making dinner 4. The beds were super comfortable - the bedding clean and practical. I have a daughter with OCD and often she will either sleep on top of bedding with her own blankets, or launder everything multiple times before she will relax and allow herself to sleep IN the bed. From the first night she was snuggled in tight and slept like a baby. THIS IS HUGE FOR US!! 5. The view was incredible! Unobstructed views of the beach. We couldn’t see direct sunrise or sunset, but you still can catch the colors of both. 6. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a large skim board available for use. Which was AWESOME bc I forgot my son’s skim board! 6. The amenities for the resort were great! Some must do’s! Rent chairs & umbrella - daily rate is $45 + tax. If you do daily, the hut opens at 9am. I was there by 8:00 every morning and was never first. You can rent by the week, but we always have at least 1-2 days we are not on the beach, so for us it would have been considerably more $$. Do your homework on the experiences. While you do get a discount through the resort, we found that the discount still made it more expensive. And most were booked out several days. We did the research ourselves and found cheaper options with good reviews that we were able to book for the next day at the time of our choosing. Just something to think about! This was SUCH a memorable week. THANK YOU!!

Everything was clean upon arrival. No real issues that needed immediate addressing. The toilet in the master bedroom needs reseated to the floor. It has a little “rock” to it and the water filter in the fridge was ready to be replaced. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Even had a place to hang suits to dry in the shower.

The place was clean and the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed. The elevators were super fast so we never waited long for a ride. The beach access is literally across the street and the little souvenir shop in the bottom of the building was nice.

Would definitely stay in this condo again!

The unit was very clean and everything was well kept. The only issue we had was arrival - everyone arrives around check in time (no surprise), but there's only one entrance on a very busy street. With all of the construction around travel is difficult around Destin in general right now. Highly recommend this rental though!

We enjoyed the new sofa and loveseat, the kitchen is appointed nicely and the beds comfortable. There was ceramic tile throughout the unit which is easy to keep clean.

The beach was across the street & was easy to get to, felt very safe. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, we would rather be on beach. Pricing was within our budget. I would definitely stay here again. Tim the employee I booked with was very professional, helpful and nice. Oh, and shopping was conveniently located. The Beach was relaxing & fun! Thank you

We didn’t have the beach chairs and umbrella in our condo when we arrived and the cable wasn’t working in the 2 bedrooms. But those issues when addressed right away when I brought it to their attention. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner, but other than that we were very happy with the resort and our condo. We look forward to returning!!!!
