Majestic Sun A812

First and foremost the cleanliness!! We have stayed in several condos in Destin and this by far was the cleanest yet! We appreciated this so much especially after the last place we stayed, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Also, the communication and checking in were spot on!! Not too much to be a bother, but also if I had a question, the owner was quick to respond (under 30 mins easily). We will be back for sure in the future and thank you again.

We took a last minute, end of the summer getaway. We stayed in the Majestic Sun unit A812 and it was everything we expected. It was just as advertised.....clean, nice decor, great views, and awesome amenities. We loved it. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be more elevators. The wait for them were pretty long. But nothing major. We will be booking for next year for sure!!!

This was a great rental, just big enough for us, and very clean! Any issue we had was taken care of immediately. No issues with the rental itself but our AC was out upon arrival and we had maintenance within an hour! Majestic Sun and Glass Casa are the best and our condo was perfect!

Unit 812A at Majestic Sun was an excellent choice. The furniture was of high quality, the walls were freshly painted, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dinnerware and pots and pans. The balcony had a table and two chairs and a chaise, with 4 extra chairs available.

Everything was clean upon arrival. No real issues that needed immediate addressing. The toilet in the master bedroom needs reseated to the floor. It has a little “rock” to it and the water filter in the fridge was ready to be replaced. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Even had a place to hang suits to dry in the shower.

The place was clean and the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed. The elevators were super fast so we never waited long for a ride. The beach access is literally across the street and the little souvenir shop in the bottom of the building was nice.

Would definitely stay in this condo again!

This is the second time that we have rented a condo from Majestic Sun. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. I love the ocean view and the convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The addition of the $100 Livewell Credit and the VIP perks made our stay much less of a hassle. We didn't have to drag beach chairs and a beach cart in our vehicle. Already have another unit booked for August!

The place was wonderful. Great view and great location. Only thing I would look at is the dryer doesn’t dry very well. Otherwise a great rental and would stay again!!

We have never been to Destin so we utilized reviews and they were correct. The facilities of the entire complex was great, clean and staff very friendly. Our condo was awesome and we liked the décor, amenities and view was perfect. We will definitely look to book again next year!

We had a wonderful time. Great location for beach & pool. The kitchen had all essential items that we needed. The chairs & umbrella were an unexpected plus. The rooms were very clean. The refrigerator worked, but even on a higher level, it did not seem to cool properly. Thank you!

We stayed here over spring break. The rental process and all through the stay, everything was great. The unit was very clean and everything was well kept. The only issue we had was arrival - everyone arrives around check in time (no surprise), but there's only one entrance on a very busy street. With all of the construction around travel is difficult around Destin in general right now. Highly recommend this rental though!

This condo is tastefully decorated and a great location with a view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the new sofa and loveseat, the kitchen is appointed nicely and the beds comfortable. There was ceramic tile throughout the unit which is easy to keep clean.

Loved the Condo, updated & Clean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings having coffee & evening having cocktails. The beach was across the street & was easy to get to, felt very safe. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, we would rather be on beach. Pricing was within our budget. I would definitely stay here again. Tim the employee I booked with was very professional, helpful and nice. Oh, and shopping was conveniently located. The Beach was relaxing & fun! Thank you
