Great condo at Maravilla. The space was clean and tidy, had some toys and games available for the kids to use which was nice. The door code did not work when we arrived but when I found the number to call the person I spoke to was helpful and reset the door code for us and after a few minutes we were able to get in. Love the location - right by the beach with private beach access and beach service included, pools were good though crowded. no complaints!

Very satisfied with our stay at Maravilla. The property is an excellent location ride next to the beach. The pools and pickleball are amazing. Our condo was clean with a few minor issues but the property management was very quick to respond.

We have been to Miramar Beach the past three years on family vacation and this was our favorite place to stay. Our family stays at Maravilla every year and this condo was in the building right next to theirs. It’s was very spacious and clean and well stocked with all the necessities for the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The included beach service was great as well. We will definitely be back for another stay next year. Thank you again!

The place is perfect. It's very clean and organized. It's the third level but they have elevators. It's what I loved the most. I would definitely return for the next one.

we had a great stay! 4 adults and 3 kids. thankfully they have a sofa bed and a set of bunk beds, so there was plenty of room for everyone. having 2 king sized beds was also a huge plus for the adults! The condo had everything we needed for cooking and bedding. Not sure if this is doable, but I would suggest that Glass Casa put a small vacuum in the condo for the area rug in the living room. it quickly got sandy from kids going in and out on the balcony. the beach is a super quick walk across the road which was great! it was also nice having 2 pool options. there was also a hot tub , but it was too hot outside for me to even think about getting in it, lol. the host was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay.

Our stay at Maravilla was nothing short of fantastic! The property was clean and the pictures were exactly as the condo was. There were no surprises. The location was perfect, across from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to have groceries delivered locally and the owner was available to answer any questions. Thanks so much, My family, a party of 6, had an Amazing vacation this year! This unit was well-stocked throughout and in the kitchen especially! Unit has both Keurig and Regular Pot Coffee Makers. Best of all was the view from the patio with some pretty decent Gulf views! Only change for me would be aesthetics- needs prettier toilet seats! The ones were scratched/discolored. Other than that, I couldn't have asked for much better. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We often go to Destin to have a break in our " to do list". These guys were great. Although our children were late on arrival, (Due to Delta in Atlanta) we recovered and had the best weather after several days of #2 Red Flag water. Gate access, trips to the store and downtown and absolutely no complaints from the crew made for a happy group.

We loved the property. It was perfect for our vacation. Once we figured out what sounded like a bowling ball being rolled upstairs was actually the sliding door it was smooth sailing. Great location and close to everything. Beach service and private access was wonderful. Very family friendly while we were there. The beach was peaceful with very little loud music or people. It was very relaxing!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach condo!!!

I love the proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Daily exercise is important to me. The walking destinations with spectacular views rates #1 on my list. My husband enjoys the tennis. We both appreciate the two pools. Front pool has a great view and not as crowded. Back pool is heated!

We had a great experience staying at Maravilla 1303. The unit was well stocked, clean and the location was great. Communication about check in and check out was timely and clear. We had one small issue when we arrived with the bathroom sinks not draining well. We put in a maintenance request and the drains were fixed the same day. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is lovely and the property has two nice pools and tennis courts. The beach is directly across the street and it was really nice to have two chairs and an umbrella available for us.

The condo is in a great location. It had easy access to the beach and being able to have an umbrella and chairs setup for you was a nice touch. Other amenities are just a walk or short drive away. The complex itself had 2 pools to enjoy with one being heated for those cooler days or evenings. The condo was clean and setup well. The kitchen had everything needed for you to prepare a meal. We really enjoyed our time in Miramar Beach and our stay at Maravilla.

Loved our stay! Had an issue with the codes as soon as we arrived but it just took a quick phone call and it was taken care of. Basically walked across the street to the beach and had a nice walk each morning to Bad Ass Coffee. Would definitely book again!!

Great way to relax at the beach without the hassle of going out for all of the meals! Plenty of time to stroll on the beach or boardwalk! Love the area especially the beautiful colors of the ocean from baby blue to turquoise green to dark blue. Our favorite family get away!

Loved every minute of our vacation. This condo is right across from the beach and we walked there every day. The beach umbrella and chairs were so nice to have. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't be happier with our choice this year!

This condo complex is in a very quiet location that is literally steps from the beach. The weather was a little cool when we were there so the heated pool was perfect! The condo is really roomy, two rooms had king beds. The furniture is updated and very comfortable. This condo is also within walking distance to restaurants. We walked to dinner both nights and to an ice cream place for desert :) This was our first time staying in this condo and we'll definitely stay again if it's not booked up!

We loved our stay and it was just remodeled! What a perfect location! Close to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. We walked to Captain Dave’s for dinner one night and then walked to the ice cream shop another night. Loved the large sidewalks along the beach too. Such a wonderful family friendly area. Oh, and the two complementary beach chairs each day were amazing. No lugging beach chairs! We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone.
