From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained the condo was. Being on the top floor made the experience even better—the view from the large porch was amazing, and the spacious outdoor area easily accommodated our entire family.

The condo itself was beautifully appointed and clearly well cared for. We appreciated how straightforward the instructions from the management company were; they guided us right to the property without any hassle. The unit was stocked with plenty of fresh, clean linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy family meals.

The property feels like a resort, with multiple pools and plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy without ever having to leave. That said, if you do want to venture out, there are many great restaurants and shopping options conveniently close by.

We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely book our next vacation with Glass Casa. Highly recommended!

The unit was better than I expected. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor balcony furniture was also nicer than what was shown in the photos! The view from the 12th floor was also very nice!

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival and the location was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The location had many things to do right there which worked out great for our family. The only somewhat negative thing we had to deal with was the sound of the people in the unit below us and the noise from the cars on the street at night.

The Palms was so perfect for our family of 5! We enjoyed being so close to everything & the pools were so enjoyable!! The only bad part was the public beach across the rd. It’s so tiny & so packed. We had to drive to Miramar Beach to enjoy the beach & it was beautiful! We will definitely be going back to the area next year!

The unit was as pictured and perfect for our family vacation. Beach view from our balcony. The pool was nice, be sure to bring your own towels. Public beach was walking distance and beautiful emerald water. Lots to do at a short drive. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great with the house. It was well stocked with towels and other housekeeping items. It was super easy to get to the beach, and the golf cart was amazing. We even rented another one. Jamie in your office was phenomenal to work with. The only drawback was no grill and parking more than 2 cars was difficult. In the end, we figured it out.

We had a three bedroom condo on the 12th floor that looked out at the Gulf. Every morning was wonderful to sit on the balcony and have coffee and look out at the Gulf. Our condo was very spacious and very accommodating. We had everything that we needed. The staff was friendly. The management team answered all of her questions quickly. The only thing that would’ve been helpful is more toilet paper but it was an easy walk to the dollar store to get more. We are planning on staying in the exact same place next year. It was one of the best vacations and cleanest places we have ever stayed.

The property was immaculate. The view of the gulf was absolutely beautiful. There were 6 of us and we were never crowded. They kept in contact but it was too much. The walk to the beach was short. The shuttle was a nice option too. I hope we get the same place next year.

This unit was exactly as described, and exceeded my expectations! Very clean, beautiful views. My family and I enjoyed our time here in Destin and would definitely stay in this unit again! Great stay for the price, not directly on the beach but the views are there from the balcony with a short walk or drive across the street to the public beach or the state park.
We had a small issue with the front desk staff not being able to find our reservation confirmation, but a quick call to Glass Casa and it was resolved in minutes, super helpful! 10/10 recommend!

Spacious three bedroom with lots of room to move, full kitchen and dining, with Roku in every room. Pretty clean. Internet does not work, but thankfully the Internet next door did. Matthew came to check on it and was super nice. Everyone on the phone were nice too. Pool was great, but crowded. 1 min drive to beach. Public beach access was crowded, however we walked up the beach past the private beach and found less crowded public beach. Walked to some food, shopping, and attractions. Short drive to great restaurants, shopping, golf, and parasailing. Overall, great stay, especially when the weather cooperated.

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The view was amazing and there was plenty of room for 2 families to stay comfortably for a week. I liked how easily I could access information about our stay through the managing company. Arrival information was sent as promised and we had no issues checking in. Also, we were pleased with the amenities available at the resort. The pool was great for the kids and all of us enjoyed the on-site restaurant outdoor area and the food. We were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the food and service was during our stay. This condo is perfect for families needing a place to stay for baseball tournaments considering the baseball park is across the street.

Beautiful condo, very spacious. I was so happy we had the space and a nice place to stay with rain 4 straight days in Destin! Everything was there that was needed from kitchen accessories to beach chairs/wagon and beach toys. We loves the huge patio! Be prepared that the large lagoon pool and baby play area is not heated and water is freezing, there is a small pool that most people/kids used. In the later months we were told the water warms up nicely. We will definitely be back!

After a long day of travel was excited to finally arrive to only find out the entry code texted to us was incorrect. After a few phone calls was able to reach someone who provided the correct code. Condo was very nice and clean, except for a used baby bottled found behind some curtains. There are no blankets on beds found one in closet but when cold front moved through could of used more! Overall stay was very nice staff and food at resort was excellent would definitely recommend.

The location of the room was perfect... the elevator was right outside the door leading to the pool, so it made it very convenient when carrying the whole load or just a quick run up to the room. The “home” didn’t feel like part of such a big property... no outside noise and felt very insulated. Inside it was very comfortable and had a safe feeling like home. I will say the kitchen could use more in the way of pans and kitchen supplies as it felt more like a hodgepodge of leftovers That being said, we made it through the week with what we had and all were fed. The short drive or walk to the beach was easy. It was more time consuming to get to the car from the garage than walking, but with kids and all the beach needs I was glad the ride wasn’t but a moment. The parking at the beach was very abundant and free! We did use the shuttle a couple of times to the harbor which was super easy! The driver even gave us his # so we could call to find out the next pick up time or ask for a ride. That was very amazing and so appreciated!!! Definitely will stay here again or recommend to another!

We loved this condo! Perfect for our 3 families! Carpet was dated & dryer sounded like bearings were loose (but worked fine). We were able to check in early which was much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our condo, it had the most amazing view from our balcony and the pool alone was so gorgeous, we had a great time, it was in a perfect location close to everything and we would definitely stay there again! Plus the restaurant/bar had the best food and drinks, especially the Hey Pool Boy!!! The rooms were very spacious and each room walked out onto the balcony area that had several patio chairs to enjoy the view .....it was a great deal and we had a great time....
