Pearl of Destiny

This home is beautiful and has everything we needed. They supplied us with plenty of towels and and the beds were comfy. The house needed some work but overall such a wonderful stay. The golf carts were such a plus we deff got use out of them. I recommend staying here. It fit our family of 8 with plenty of room and not feel crowded.

This house is beautiful and spacious for a large family. The description doesn't mention all the things that are in the home. There's tons of beach chairs, 2 beach eagons, lots of toys for the sand, pool floats, beach mats, ect. There is a pack and play and several floor fans. You will need those. The homes only allows the air conditioner to be set at 72°. The main bedroom only has sheer curtains and gets very hot. The sheer curtains also allow tons of light in at night so be prepared for that.
The pool house is also a great bonus. We were traveling with a baby, so the parents and baby stayed in the pool house so not to disrupt the others while sleeping.
The golf carts are awesome for the area. There are several local restaurants and shops near by you can ride the carts to.
Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry supplies and dishwasher pods. The host supplies you with the minimum. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need.

Overall I would describe our stay as pleasant. Its a nice rental and they provide ample items for the beach as well as two golf carts. The kids also loved the ping pong table. The only complaint was that the pool is on the small side and is alot smaller than it appears in the pictures. Besides that its a lovely property with plenty of space and is in a good area. The rental company was also super responsive to any issues.

This was our second year at Pearl of Destiny and it is a perfect place for our family. The house is just what we wanted with plenty of space and everything we were looking for. The location to the beach and with the pool was perfect for everyone especially our little ones.

The only note I would have for the owners is the second refrigerator for the second year in a row was not working well filling with water each day. Guests who look to enjoy this level of rental would expect everything to be working.

That being said it is a lovely house with everything one is looking for. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Fantastic stay. Property is beautiful and well appointed and equipped. Was just our family of 5 for Thanksgiving but can comfortably accommodate much more. Golf carts were a great bonus and the pool was perfect. Our new favorite Destin rental property!

Beautiful home that my entire family enjoyed. Very clean and well stocked. Two golf carts allowed for easy beach access. Bedding was comfortable. Pool was clean and the kids loved it. Location was convenient not only to the beach but to restaurants and supermarkets as well.
Glad Casa was rapid and efficient in their responses to our needs. I highly recommend.

We loved having our family in this home. Great location, great neighborhood, we liked the golf carts included and bikes. The only negative I would say is the home had some things that needed fixing.
-the grill only worked on one side and took forever to grill for everyone
-the fridge and freezer drawers were very difficult to roll in and out
- the fridge in laundry room leaked
- the mattress on the pull out sofa in master bedroom was horribly thin
Those are easy fixes and would make it even better. Minor stuff but great space and it was good having the pool toys and beach supplies there. It would help to add to the listing what the house includes so guests know what they do and don’t need to bring. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved it!

First time in Destin and this location was perfect for our families. House had everything we were looking for. Lots of space and the little ones enjoyed the pool. Clearly will be on the top of our list for 2024.

The property was clean and the communication before, during and after the stay were top notch. Very happy with the overall service and experience with our stay at the “Pearl of Destiny”. The location was PERFECT for us to do everything we wanted. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to our next stay.

This is a great house with wonderful amenities. The pictures accurately reflect the house (except as other reviews mentioned-the pool fountain didn't work). Very spacious house-great living room with seating for everyone. Well-stocked kitchen-had air fryer, crock pot, plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. They only provide a few dishwasher soap pods and laundry soap pods so you need to bring your own if you are staying more than 1-2 days. Also might need extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Lots of beach equipment available-several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, 1 boogie board and 1 skim board plus corn hole. Ping Pong table in garage but we couldn't find the net holder to set it up. (2) 6-seater golf carts and 4 bikes included. It was great to take the golf carts to the club area about .7 miles from the house and the beach about .5 miles from the house. Club area has the tennis courts/basketball hoop (they have lights and are open until 10 pm), fitness center, hot tub, movie theater room (reserve your own time between 10AM-3PM). Outdoor pools not heated except for Spring Break so couldn't swim in them Thanksgiving week, but hot tub was nice. Great to take golf carts to beach. Can walk also, but easier to bring stuff in the golf carts. The home's pool would be warm to swim in if you pay to have it heated. The bedrooms were great--the bunk room has twin over double beds x2 plus 2 twin trundle beds underneath. There is also a little pull-out couch in the master BR on the main level. The pool house is perfect for more privacy for 2 people. The only stressful thing was I had to call the emergency number posted on the house because they didn't send me the codes to get in. But they called back within 5 minutes and gave me everything we needed so it was fine.

We had 3 families with us and this house was perfect. The kitchen was AMAZING! Multiple golf carts were a bonus some places don’t even offer 1 let alone 2 to use. The location was perfect and close to the beach. Will stay here again.

Nice house, big open concept suited for a large family group. Private pool was a plus for the kids. We wish it had been closer to beach but golf carts were helpful for carrying everyone to the beach. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to others if you have a large group and don't mind a short ride to the beach.

It was excellent, the only suggestion I have would be to consider the handicapped . One handicapped toilet downstairs would have been a luxury for the aged vacationers. The toilets were extremely low and hard to get on and up from.

This is a lovely and roomy rental home. It was very clean. There were some concerns, the Hot water did not get hot for the Master bedroom or upstairs bathrooms. The Staff responded to all of our concerns. Having the two golf carts was great. Great location. We would stay here again
