Pointe Santo E27

This was our 6th trip to Sanibel but the first one since the hurricane. It was wonderful to see how well the island and it's amazing people have recovered. The condo was fabulous with a great view of the beach and water. Easy access to the beach from the stairs or the elevator that are located close to the condo. Short walk to the beach which was very quiet. If your idea of the perfect beach is peace and listening to the waves vs. the people next to you and there choice of music, then this beach is for you. Fortunately, Sanibel puts the environment first and they do not allow music on the beach. The condo has new furniture and most things have been updated. There were a few minor things that we alerted the management company to and they were very responsive. The beds are comfy including the two twins which having rented many units this tends to be where the worst mattresses are. Most units tend to pretend the twins are only going to hold kids which is not always the case. This was a girls trip so an adult stayed in that room with no issues. The pool and clubhouse have been totally renovated and the pool is now saltwater and was very nice. We would rent this unit again.

We have stayed at Point Santo many times. This was our first time back since the hurricane. An amazing amount of work has been done and the overall island looks really good. At Pointe Santo the pool has been renovated and updated to be a saltwater pool and the clubhouse and restrooms are now very nice. The unit was on the second floor with direct beach front with a great view from the Lanai. Elevator and stairs are close to the unit which makes getting the stuff to the beach easy. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was nice. One bedroom needs some touchup to the ceiling from a roof leak. We made the management company aware and the assured us they would look at it and address. Beach was lovely, clean and quiet. We would rent this unit again!

Well appointed, clean upon arrival. A minor electrical issue was corrected by Glass Casa personnel quickly and professionally. We have been traveling to Pointe Santo for 15 years. Glad to have it back!
