Pointe Santo E7

Perfect end unit 3 bedroom unit with short walk right out to the beach. There was a shell/feet cleaning station within a short distance of the unit. Chairs and Umbrellas were plentiful. The unit was spotless clean and had dishwasher and washing machine pods along with plenty of trash bags. Combined coffe pit and Kuehrig was also nice. Plenty of beach towels were provided . Would definitely rent this unit again

The location is great. The apt looks like the photos. It’s clean. There were a few things that could be a bit better. For one thing, the primary bedroom does not get very cooled down by the AC. After two days of trying to get them to fix this with some very poor communication from glass casa - they did send someone but told me that there was nothing they could do about it. That room just gets too heated up by its location. The AC blows cold air, but the room certainly does not get cold. The middle room does get much colder. The middle room has a queen vs the primary which has a king bed. The third room with twin beds also seemed to be warmer. But the living room kitchen area was as cool as needed. The kitchen had pots and pans that had the teflon all scratched up which is not good. But they had most things needed in kitchen and promptly brought me a can opener when I asked for one. Great shelling right in back of the condo which we loved. Would considering staying there Again.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location, cleanliness, comfortable common areas, and especially the shelling right behind the condo. We’re also happy we could promptly provide the can opener you needed.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the temperature in the bedrooms and for the frustration caused by the communication during your stay. We understand how important a comfortable sleeping environment is, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll continue to look for ways to improve the airflow and comfort throughout the unit.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cookware. We’ll be checking the pots and pans and replacing any items that are showing excessive wear.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for considering staying with us again. We truly appreciate the opportunity to host you and hope to welcome you back for an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay next time!

This was our second time to stay in this unit. we love Pointe Santo and this unit is so nice. Literally steps to the beach.

the only downside was the first bedroom stayed so HOT, we experienced this last year also but this year was worse. i hope they get that fixed.

We had an amazing stay here. The ocean was just a few steps away from the back door. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

A little cool for the first three days but the rest of the time the weather was great. Great shelling and enough restaurants were open to keep us well fed.

Fantastic location. Beach just outside the door, and we loved the pool & hot tub as well. Just as described!

Loved the location and convenience of this place. Great view of the ocean. Ground floor looking out to beach with screened in porch that was shaded all day. No reason to drag your stuff to the beach. If you needed a break from the sun you could go sit on the porch. We made lots of walks up and down the beach looking for shells (never seen a beach covered with so many shells). The pool is also really close. Great place if you are looking to relax and have downtime.

We returned to Sanibel after three years of construction to restore Pointe Santos E7. The unit was fully restored and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! The grounds were being repaired to their original beauty. The pool was open and construction of the pool club was under way. The beach was fully restored and shells were plentiful. Our favorite restaurants were open as well as many shops and business owners were happy to see us! We have rented PSE7 for over 25 years and were thrilled to be back. We have rented for next year and dream of another fantastic stay in 2026. We highly recommend Glass Casa to book your next vacation!
