This condo is absolutely beautiful. There is every amenity in the condo that you would need. The lanai is wonderful to look out at the view of the ocean while sipping your morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

Please was just as advertised. Everything in the condo was in great shape and the hosts thought of everything you would need. Having the downstairs storage locker was also key. We would stay here again for sure. Thanks for helping us have a great time on this trip!

What a wonderful vacation rental! Brand new everything and so well decorated. So spacious for our six guest and has an exceptional kitchen fully stocked and the full sized washer and dryer were an added bonus. We enjoyed the gulf views on the screened patio, the pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was an easy trek on the newly built boardwalk. I will definitely choose this property again and have already recommended it to a friend!

What a beautiful surprise to see this lovely condo totally rebuilt. The mix of soothing colors invites you to relax and enjoy your surroundings, both inside and out. Very comfortably furnished with all the amenities you need or want. Loved the coffee bar and a kitchen that was so convenient for cooking, if you so choose. And the lanai with never ending beach views, with a special private lanai in the master bedroom. There were 6 of us, but the spacious condo never felt crowded. Young people truly enjoyed the monster TV, as well as the individual tvs in the bedrooms. And there's a pool for Sand Dollar guests to enjoy, also. A short boardwalk takes you directly to the beach where seashell hunting awaits, along with swimming in the waves and long shoreline walks. It's all here in this condo. I will definitely return to enjoy it again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at A301, and it was an absolute delight. The condo was beautifully decorated, with a cozy yet modern feel that made it easy to settle in and relax. The spacious open concept living area had large windows that let in plenty of natural light, offering stunning beach views along with a screened-in lanai. I spent almost every night out there! The kitchen was fully equipped, and updated with all amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable, with ample storage, and the bathroom finishes were stellar. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beach, where we could enjoy quiet strolls, shell collecting, and breathtaking sunsets. The surrounding area was peaceful, and the community felt secure and welcoming. It was clear that the property management took great care in maintaining the condo, ensuring everything was spotless and functional. Spacious parking and the elevator insured getting in and out was a breeze. I will definitely be back! ☀️ 🏝️ 😎

The unit was beautiful! Very clean and new. It was the top floor corner unit. It was a very large two bedroom two bath. Big screen balcony. Balcony was always cool because you didn’t get a lot of sun during the day. Huge TV’s! Very well supplied! Nice big pool..easy boardwalk to the ocean! You could hear the waves from the balcony. Well supplied with everything. Separate closet on ground floor with beach chairs umbrellas kids toys and a big wagon to take everything down to the beach! Overall Excellent Condo! Management very professional and Condo was spotless! For some reason I tried to give those two questions 5 stars but it would only let me give 4 stars

This lovely newly rebuilt condo has never ending views of the beach. Interiors are modern with soothing relaxing colors. Lots of dishes, cookware and all you need to live here. And a gigantic tv, if you’re not enjoying the beach. The pool is great for adults and kids, but I love the ocean! I plan to return for another real vacation!

Our family of 6 had the best time! My husband and his family have been coming to Sanibel and staying at Sanddollar since he was a child. It is a place that is very dear to him. We all were impressed with the finishings of A301. The arrival and departure process was very simple. Everything is exactly as pictured! The view of the Gulf is spectacular. You can't beat a one-minute walk to the beach or the heated outdoor pool.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip back to Sanibel after Ian! Sanddollar A301 is simply beautiful; perfectly decorated and supplied, spotless and comfortable! Glass Casa was very very responsive and exceeded our expectations for customer service! This location is beautiful - wonderful views, convenient to restaurants and shopping, and for shellers, just up the beach to a sandbar with amazing shells! Work is still in progress but the island is as special as ever! Can’t imagine a more beautiful condo!
