Great location, very clean, with everything needed for an awesome vacation. We loved the pool, bike rides, and the convenience of having a golf cart. Property management was very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll definitely be back.

It's so nice when you stay somewhere and it exceeds your expectations! The house was very clean and comfortable!! We LOVED the location! Quiet, close to the beach, and the clubhouse area was great!! Bikes and golf cart a huge plus!! Loved the Destin area, first time for our family there...definitely would go again!! Also Glass Casa very easy to work with!!

Also the kitchen sink didn't have the sprayer built in which seemed weird because they always do and everything else was updated and modern. But those were minor things. House was very nice, very comfortable, perfect location and we loved it!

We get a house in Destin every summer and this is probably my favorite. I felt very comfortable. Having the golf cart was awesome. Neighborhood amenities were great. The pool is perfect. Just the right size and a lot of privacy. The mattress in the master is really nice. Other beds - not so much - but for kids they are fine. It was very clean except the floor. Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at Siesta Palms. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool, grill, bike, and golf cart. They really made the experience. The neighborhood and the amenities it offers make it one of our favorite destinations. The pool alarm for child safety is great but could use some instructions on how to use properly, we were constantly setting it off and waking up the baby. Otherwise 5 out 5 would do again!!!!

Beautiful home. Only issues were door code not working and no charging cord for golf cart. Staff did a nice job of recovering door code for us.

We loved the house and pool and convenient location to the beach by golf cart. We received a text at 12:00 central time Saturday with codes for house saying it was ready. After arriving at 3:00 and unpacking etc. we decided to check out golf cart we filled out paperwork prior to arrival. There was no key and nothing stated how to find the key. Glass Casa not open so we waiting till Sunday morning at 10:00 and thought maybe had to go to Destiny Club to pick key up. Destiny Club stated call GlassCasa which I left a message on emergency line and was called back and given key box code in garage for golf cart. Glass Casa said they would check why we did not receive the golf cart text and let me know. Never heard back and never received the text. 3rd day we ran dishwasher and after running through cycle had a gallon of water on kitchen floor. Called Glass Casa early morning and they said they would report it to maintenance. Sent text to Glass Casa at 5:00 to see if resolved and we could use dishwasher,no response. Called Glass Casa Wednesday morning and they said it unfortunately did not get reported to maintenance and they would contact them. Waited till 4:00 and called Glass Casa and they checked with maintenance and it was fixed. We were never notified. No text for golf cart and bikes and lack of follow up was frustrating. The house, location and amenities are a 10. I would highly recommend the house and pool as a great place to stay, but better management would make it perfect!

We had such a great stay at siesta palms, glass casa vacation rentals was exceptionally great to work with, very prompt responding to anything we needed, as for the house, it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! So clean and inviting as soon as you opened the door! The beds were very comfortable and clean, (unlike our last vrbo experience)! The pool was great as well!! And they don't list it in the description, but there is chairs and umbrellas along with toys to take to the beach in the garage! The golf cart was probably the best part of the rental, it made getting to the beach (and parking) so easy!! We will definitely be staying again next year! Thanks so much for having us!

Loved this house and pool. Although construction was currently underway at a house behind this property, and we would have liked a little more privacy, the house itself was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach, the golf cart was a nice perk and convenient for getting around town. The pool was lovely and the jetted tub inside was great too.

The home at 58 Siesta is absolutely perfect! The home is gorgeous and has everything you need! We really enjoyed our stay there! Be mindful of the HOA rules and don’t park on the side walk that goes over the homes driveway after 10am, or you will get a $50 citation.

Overall this was a great experience for me and my family. The only complaint I have is we were not given the gate code. We were locked out after returning from the grocery store the first night. The code changed in the middle of the week. First of the month they change the code. Had family locked out because we were not informed of the new gate code.

The house was very nice and hope to come back again next year. The only 2 issues we had was the golfcart included with the rental needs replaced, it is 30 years old and steers very hard. We had to have a maint guy come and check the cart because it didn’t seem to be charging. The cart was a great part of the trip because the location is a bit of a ways to the public beach access. The other issue is in the master bath the whirlpool tub spigot leaks onto the counter while filling the tub, it needs a better spigot or a spray nozzle installed into it.

The property was great. It worked well for our party of 8. Communication with the property management was very good and it was easy to interact with them for questions, etc. They also provided very detailed instructions and information. Overall, we were very happy. A couple things that would have made it even better include more kitchen supplies such as more tupperware for leftovers, more/bigger pots and pans, a CrockPot, more blankets for lounging on sofa and a full-length mirror. Those are pretty specific, I understand, and lacking them wasn't a big deal. Just some ideas to make it even better:)

The home was completely spotless. More items in the kitchen then you would ever expect and all looking brand new. The towels were bright white and fluffy. Not what you’d expect from a rental. The pool was awesome to have for the kids. They wanted to be in it constantly. A HUGE perk was the golf cart included. I couldn’t find one thing in the home that could have been better or different. It was absolutely perfect and I hope to stay here again.

I mean that in a great way! The house was very clean. Love the open floor plan and the video game room came in handy for my 3 teenage boys. Suggestions for going in august is get the pool heated because that water is COLD! The kitchen was nice a big for my husband who loves to cook. The master bathroom was huge! Will book again!

We feel that this is by far the best property we have rented in the 12 years we have been wintering here in Destin . The property was on the numbers upon our arrival , no complaints at all . Anything we needed to be done at the property Destin Palms took care of right away , they are first class. We have rented Siesta Palms again for next season , that tells the whole story . We had an amazing vacation! The property was perfect. It was clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. I’m glad we chose to warm the pool- our kids spent most of the week in it. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a little concerned about not being "on the beach" when I reserved this rental, but it was for nothing. About half of our group wanted the beach, while the other half was there for golf. This was a perfect location for both. Halving the six seater golf cart, we were able to quickly & easily get to the beach, and the golfers were able to get out of the neighborhood with no trouble as well. We loved having the big kitchen & family area. At the end of the day, we had plenty of space to get together & wind down from our busy days.

One of the best vacation homes we've ever rented & love the community it's in. Also loved the 6 person golf cart so several of us could ride at a time. We love being able to drive these golf carts along the streets next to the beach! My one suggestion for the home would be to have a larger supply of towels as we had to wash towels everyday to have enough for everyone.

First, we didn’t get the golf cart that actually came with the house until the second to last day. The one theygavw ya was. 4 seater and we really needed the 6 seater we were told we were getting. Also the bedding in the master and the queen bedrooms were terrible. Like sleeping on concrete. Other than that, everything else was incredible. A short distance to the beach. Very safe and secure. I will definitely stay again!

Kitchen was beautiful and had most things necessary to prepare meals if you are so inclined. Pool area was nicely maintained. The golf cart that was included was fantastic! Made short trips to the community center or the beach much easier, especially if you are carrying a lot of stuff along.

She was wrong. This home was absolutely amazing. There were a few issues when we arrived but they were promptly taken care of. Also if you have concerns about hot water, don't fret. It just just takes a bit for the hot water to get where it is needed. Apart from that, the stay was fantastic, and one that will hold amazing memories for my family and my self for years to come.

The peace of mind knowing that the property management company will always be courteous and responsive is critical. Any issue we have ever experienced has always been immediately resolved to our complete satisfaction. Everything from receiving alerts prior to your stay and during your stay is very helpful. As far as the property is concerned, the home still feels like it is brand new. The location is perfect; close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away to not experience the noise from the street. The private community provides great security and all of the homes are beautiful. Siesta Palms was responsible for our family enjoying an awesome vacation.

This one-story floor plan couldn't be better. It met our 2 family, 8 person needs perfectly. Swimming Pool in the back yard and a street legal golf cart are a must and this rental delivers both. If you are looking for a outstanding rental, I would highly recommend you give Siesta Palms a try!

The club house at this gated community had everything from a mini theater (you reserve for a private showing), playground, tennis courts, basketball. It had everything. And its a gorgeous home located in a great area of Destin if you like the Quieter vacation. Further from the touristy locations but its a short drive if you want that. But it makes it nice to be closer to the quieter part of the beach. It's definitely my HAPPY PLACE. We had a great time. The home is very nice and the private pool, while a little on the small size, was so nice to have. We did not have any issues and the folks at Destin Palms Vacations were incredibly helpful and had quick responses whenever we had questions before booking, after booking, and during our stay. In general, the home is great for one or two small families with children. It is close enough to the beach to go whenever we want but it was far enough away to not be on top of the traffic nonsense of scenic 98. On a side note, we are all bigger people and absolutely loved that the patio furniture and dining room table were made to accommodate this. We found the home to be exactly as advertised. Most importantly, it was very clean and felt like a home versus a rental property. Any issue we had with the property was immediately handled by the management team with a sincere apology. The community is great and the location to the beach is very convenient; close enough to walk but far enough away for privacy. The only recommendation I would provide is I think it would be great if the bicycles they provide were at no additional charge. We would definitely rent this property again!

Thank you so much, Al! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! I definitely understand about the bikes. Just to clarify...the owners of the home don't own the bikes. It would be hard for owners to supply their own bikes to guests because if they did, it opens the door for different liability and liability insurance. At Destin Palms, we know people on vacation like to ride. We keep bikes in the garage so that they are easy access for guests to rent and they don't have to pay a delivery fee if they wanted them. Back in the day, no one had to worry about whose bike you were using and if you fell off, but unfortunately with rentals now, all bases have to be covered. I promise the rental of the onsite bikes are well below the competition (and their fees). :) You and your family were wonderful guests! We would love to have you back again.
