We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was wonderful to use (the heater option was great). The staff was prompt with responding to any questions. We enjoyed using the golf cart and bikes to explore.

We had a fantastic stay at Silver Blessings for our family vacation. The location was perfect! Close to dining, the beach, shopping. The heated pool was a lifesaver since we went in early March. Having the golf cart to go to the beach was so handy as well. We had some hiccups but maintenance was very quick to respond. The house is beautiful and spacious for a large family. Priscilla and Jamie were fantastic to work with.

We had a small problem with the heated pool, but we were able to reach out to our host and get it taken care of right away. Parking was a bit tight so I suggest no more than 2 cars. Overall a lovely home in a great location. Will stay again

This was our second year staying at this property and it has maintained its experience. Heated pool, golf cart, and beach chairs at property make it easy to relax as well as kids playground in the neighborhood complex.

The house comes with a golf cart which was a huge bonus, we had no idea how much we'd love riding around Destin on it. It's a short ride to the beach and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

We did a family trip for Thanksgiving 6 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us! The house was great and all amenities were great! Having the pool heated was a huge added bonus! If we hadn’t had it heated probably wouldn’t have used it as much as we did. We would definitely rent this house again!

We go back to this same house every year in Destin! It’s by far our most favorite vacation! Location is perfect, house is so clean, pool and hot tub are incredible, golf cart is added bonus! It’s located in a gated community with another pool, workout gym, pickle ball courts, playground and basketball!!

Silver Blessings is a great space! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms upstairs were quiet for sleeping children even with adults talking and listening to music downstairs. The pool area is very private and relaxing. The extra refrigerator in the garage was super convenient for drinks. Would absolutely recommend this house and Glass Casa, they were super responsive the entire time.

The house was clean and well equipped for all 8 of us! The pool was great and super clean! We had no idea the wonderful location of this neighborhood and the golf cart included in the rental would definitely draw us back to stay again! Just hop on and it’s a two minute ride to the beach!!! Our only complaint is the stacakabke washer dryer unit is very small so we constantly had to do loads and the bath on the main floor is very small and serves as a master and main bath. But those are workable things given all the great features of the house location and managing company. We will definitely be back!

From the beginning the communication was above expectations. Great house, beautiful with lots of space indoor and out. The golf cart was super fun and convenient, the beach was within walking distance but the golf cart made it really fun. We had a major problem and something was broken with the spa and pool heat. They sent out a repair person right away and when that did not work they sent a pool person within a few hours and fixed the problem.
Would go back again!

This home is very beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and we liked the sitting area in the living room. This was both our first time renting a house and our first trip to Destin. Overall the community and home were excellent. The house was clean and very roomy for our party of 7. Although I read reviews of a less than equipped kitchen with dull knives and poor cookware. We found everything to be fully functional. Yes, the knives could have been sharper but they worked fine as did the cookware. The pool was fantastic and used every day before and after the beach. The golf cart was a life saver and utilized every day. Our critique would be around the lack of cushions (pictured online) on the pool furniture. The foul odor from the bushes (which were overgrown) near the pool which got worse when humidity was higher, a mildew smell from the washer and concerns over how hot the outside of the dryer got although it struggled to dry our laundry. Several articles of clothing picked up black streaks/stains from the dryer. After inspection we found a black sticky substance in the dryer that we removed and didn’t find any additional stains. Additionally we did find dirty dishes in the cabinets and some of the cookware was not thoroughly cleaned and required scrubbing before use. We would however stay at Silver Blessings again as we really liked the home, community and location. Hopefully the comments are useful.

The highlight was the pool especially because there were riptides for half of our stay that limited our time at the beach. One of the reasons we selected this location was all of the amenities but we didn't end up using them very much. The tennis courts were booked at some of the best times and the playground had no shade so the equipment was too hot most of the day. Some of our group used the exercise room and they liked it. The golf cart was a must have. We walked to the beach most of the time but when we wanted to drive there were always golf cart spaces available but rarely any regular spots. Local places we liked were The Crab Trap, Pompano Joe's & Boshamps. The food and drink at these places were very good but the prices are on the high side. The house itself was great. Parking is tight. Their sign says you can park 4 cars but we could just barely fit our 3 vehicles. Don't ignore the no parking on the street overnight rule. My son in law forgot to pull his car into the drive on the last night so that cost us almost $60. The kitchen was pretty well equipped except the knives were terrible, there were no leftover containers & there was only 1 kitchen towel. They had a number of body boards, beach chairs & some sand toys in the garage. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that was great. We do have a couple of suggestions. It would have been nice to have a trash receptacle out by the pool. The grill cover smelled like something had died. We had to move it as far away from the pool area as we could to avoid the smell. The turntable in the microwave didn't work. There was no receptacle for recyclables. We needed a blanket for the hide a bed. The mattresses in the small bunk room were uncomfortable. They would probably be ok for small children but we had teenagers. We could not find any instructions on how to lock the front door from the outside so we had to call the office. Would stay here again.

We loved our vacation! The house size was perfect for 10 people. We had 6 kids kids, grandma and grandpa and us. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool is very nice. We spent more time at the pool then the beach. Partly because we came during a tropical storm! The golf carts were great to drive around instead of using cars. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Destiny East/Simply blessed was relaxing, amazing, and memory making, vacation. There was ample space for our party of 10. Everyone enjoyed the private pool and golf cart which made it so much easier getting to the beach! Anytime we had questions the property manager was quick to respond. The only issues we had were the two bunk bedrooms...,the beds in those two rooms were very uncomfortable (hard). Destiny East is where we will be scheduling our vacation for 2020!!

First a special thanks to mike the maintenance guy. So very helpful and we are grateful for the rescue of my daughters iphone. He was extremely nice and knew exactly what to do. Wonderful to have someone you can rely on and is knowledgeable. Pros location everything we needed so close to either walk or take golf cart. The golf cart was a big hit with the grandkids the pool is very nice actually a large size for a private pool. We had a good time on the dolphin tour and really loved the escape room. Needed more time to do all the activities available. Beach and ocean beautiful rented paddle boards and had a great time with them. The house was a bit sparse compared to other houses we have rented but the community center had a playground basketball court exercise room and theatre so we have no complaints.

This was a wonderful house for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 5. There was plenty of room. There were 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. We took the top mattress off of one and laid it on the floor for the kids. The location was great. Just a short drive to the beach. We got to the beach by 11 each morning and had no issues finding parking. If we didn't get down there until later, parking was an issue but the included golf cart was a huge help. We always stayed towards the left end of the beach as you are looking at the water. Seemed to be less crowded. We ate at the Crap Trap one day. We arrived to eat about 4:45 for a late lunch/early dinner and our party of 9 was sat right away. We also ate at Pompano Joes. They do call ahead seating. We called ahead for our party and then arrived 45 minutes later and sat within 10 minutes. The pool was awesome. The kids never came out once we got back from the beach! The workout facility was very nice and we watched a movie in the theater one morning. You can bring your own movies or there is a huge selection to choose from. The only slightly negative issue was the frogs! They talked back and forth to each other ALL NIGHT LONG! Definitely took some getting used to. Otherwise, it was a wonderful week!

The golf cart was a big help when going down to the beach and going out to eat. There were 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. Our kids were still a little small to be on the top bunk so we moved the top mattress down to the floor for them. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The only slightly negative things were the FROGS! They talked to each other non-stop during the night and took a few days to get used to. Bring some oil to help cook things in the pans. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans (even bacon!). The griddle was very helpful and used that to make eggs, bacon, and pancakes. There is an extra fridge and freezer in the garage. The kids liked the movie theater in the clubhouse. Plenty of movies to choose from or you can bring your own DVD. We had a fantastic time and loved going to the beach! We were down at the beach by 11 each day and there was plenty of parking. We stayed towards the left of the Crab Trap and seemed less busy than the other side near the bathrooms.

We booked early in the year, and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. There were more beach items than expected, and plenty of room. Beds were hard, but nothing is like your own. Conveniently located to beach, stores and restaurants; and the clubhouse, pool and playground were nice and clean.

The lay out of the house was perfect for family gatherings with the open concept of kitchen, dining and living room. The pool was clean and welcome after a hot day at the beach. Everyone had their own bedrooms and the children loved having bunk beds. The master bedroom had the most comfortable mattress and was private away from the other 4 bedrooms. We loved the location in the gated community and having a golf cart was super fun to get us to and from the beach. Thanks to the information given before check-in, we knew just what to bring. I would add kleenx tissue to the list. Also, we could have used a dust pan and windex spray to help keep the place more tidy during our stay. It was good to have a hose next to the house so we could clean the sand off our feet after our beach visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing missing was a ladle, splatter screen and hot mitts. We brought paper plates and plastic cups which helped with clean-up. Also, bring your own napkins and extra kitchen bags for garbage. We appreciated that everything was in good working order so we did not have to stress or call the manager for maintenance. We would recommend this property to relatives or friends. It was indeed a "Silver Blessing."

Our grandchildren were so happy in this house. The only negatives were: The pool had no maintenance until our last here. Second negative are the kitchen knives. They were useless so my son in law I had to buy knives so we could prepare meals. This annoyed me because I called Destin Palms and got no response on the knife issue.

The pool and whirlpool are a beautiful addition and can be warmed at an additional cost. Check out was earlier than I would have expected 10am, but overall stay was wonderful.

No issues renting this property. It's located in a beautiful gated community that is just a couple minutes drive to the beach in the included golf cart!! Just pack up your gear on the back and roll to the sand. Rooms were big and spacious and our two boys loved the bunk beds. Backyard is very nice and relaxing. Open floor plan was great and had a large sectional couch for kids to crash on when they got tired each night. Will definitely go back and would recommend this property to all my friends.

The house was recommended to us by a friend who works for the rental company, and it was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for our 4 individual families, as well as enough space for friends to come over. The neighborhood is beautiful, the amenities were fabulous, and the people are friendly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything available to us that we needed. There were a couple of issues we had with the front door, the internet & modem, but we reported those issues and got quick responses. We would definitely stay here again!!!
