This beachside condo was exactly what we wanted, steps to the beach steps to a pool.
Close to coffee shop , activities, restaurants, yet as relaxing as you want it to be listen to the waves and look at shells.
You can make your stay here as relaxing or as active as you want it to be and then you return to a beautiful condo on the ocean.

From the minute you walk in this property the full panoramic view of the beach awaits you! Beach just steps away to Awesome, and we are sharing our enjoyable stay we had escaping the cold from the Midwest. The location on the beach is convenient to access everything you need is here- if you like shelling, doing nothing but watch the Gulfs gentle waves or jumping in the pool with the quiet relaxation of Sanibel Life is easy to adjust to. Go rent a bike discover the other things on the island while there. Amenities and details of the property and comfort in the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 baths are all quality the furnishings you won't be disappointed. Can't wait for our next visit to Sanibel and we will be back!

You know you're on vacation every waking minute you spend in this place. Whether you're in its screened in balcony, in the living room, kitchen, dining room or bedrooms, you're looking at panoramic views of palm trees, nature, bright blue skies, sunshine, the sandy shoreline, the Gulf of America and the distant skylines of Naples and Marco Island. This is the ideal unit, just steps from the short boardwalk leading you to the beach. Telescoping floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to feel outdoors, with a cross-unit breeze while listening to the surf. This unit is bright, clean, well decorated and contemporary. Everything is new, doors, windows, finishes, furnishings, kitchen cabinets and appliances (thanks to Hurricane Ian). The building is attractive. The grounds are clean and impeccably maintained. Its central island location means you're never far from any of the Sanibel's attractions. I will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time in R206 during the holidays. The condo was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous decor, they even decorated for Christmas! Very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Tranquil surroundings and easy walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of serving platters, and pots and pans. Would definitely recommend.
The only difficulty we had was the code to get into the condo initially. It didn’t work. Fortunately there is an emergency number to call who was able to help us. Since check in is late we were standing in the dark. Once we were able to get a code to work entry to the condo was easy.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo and our experience as guests. First, the location is perfect. It’s an end unit with a full-on unrestricted view if the beach, and just steps away from one of Sanibel visitors’ favorite hobbies: Shelling. The unit is decorated with a real “relax and enjoy, you’re on vacation” vibe, highlighted by owner Don’s impressive collection of shells and nature photographs. The kitchen is particularly impressive: the new metallic black appliances really set it off in style. The owners, Don and Peggy, are great hosts. They keep the place spotlessly clean, and they seem to anticipate your every need. They’re the very definition of friendly and responsive. Bravo!
